We have used Porchlight Home Inspections twice. Keith is very detailed in his reports & has helped us with the inspections in a timely matter. Highly recommend him for inspections

when I went to the house today (as I have done each Friday since the tenant moved out, just to make sure everything is OK), the back door was unlocked and the crawlspace door was wide open, swinging in the wind. This is just one more reason why I do not like home inspectors.

We were very pleased with the inspection and help Keith provided with a home we were looking at signing a purchase agreement and buying. It was very helpful. Keith was able to get me scheduled quickly for an inspection. He was thorough in his inspection and his report was very detailed and easy to understand. He makes himself available for any questions.

Inspection was thorough, answered all of our questions and alerted us to some small issues with our new construction home we hadn't noticed. Turnaround on the final report was very quick, and Keith went over it with us in detail to make sure we understood all of his findings in the report and their potential ramifications and what should be done to rectify them. Keith was also very flexible in scheduling a time for the inspection, as contractors were still coming in and out of the home to finish up construction. Highly recommended!
