We are extremely pleased with ultimately choosing Politz Enterprises, Inc with whom to do business for our roofing and siding. The crews are punctual, hard working and apparently prideful in the work that they do. Joaquin is extraordinarily skillful and accommodating. Robert, the owner, was easy to work with and apparently knows the importance of staying involved in each project from start to finish. Our neighbors continue to comment on the exceptional work that was done. We would 100% recommend Politz Enterprises, Inc to others!

I usually do not write reviews but this company deserves an excellent review. Rob very helpful throughout the process. His guys are very professional. They replaced the roof in one day and they replaced gutters second day. They cleaned their mess after completing the job and so far no leaks. I highly recommend this company.

This is the 3rd roof Politz Enterprises has done for me and my family. Rob is very trustworthy and easy to work with. Honesty and integrity, I never feel like he is trying to pull the wool over me in an effort to make more money. I spoke with other contractors, but something never felt quite right. He and his crew just finished a large job at my in laws in VA, it looks fantastic! My in laws are thrilled with the results. He also performed a smaller job on my son's home. We had our roof and gutters/downspouts replaced last week and could not be any happier with the quality of the materials and the professionalism of the entire team. Rob was very responsive to any and all requests including a small issue with our DirecTV satellite signal. He actually had it fixed quicker than DirecTV could fix it! Politz gave me a new home from the outside - new siding, soffit, gutters and downspouts. They did a great job. The three 3 men who came to do the siding were hardworking and so knowledgeable at what they did. They worked liked a well-oil machine together. My wife and I bought a house in Frederick that we knew needed a new roof. We got several bids. Company owner, Rob Politz, spent almost an hour with us discussing options. The bid we received from him was very competitive and we are so happy we chose to use Politz Enterprises for our roof and new gutters with the leaf guards. Our house looks fantastic and we’ll never have to worry about leaks or clean our gutters again! We know our home value has now increased substantially. For me, Politz Enterprises gave me excellent customer service and the best price. I have about a 3000 square feet roof, 12 people showed up and did it all in one day. My roof looks beautiful. Thank you to Robert, Tammy and Louis’s installation team for your outstanding customer service. If you need roof replacement, get 5 estimates and make sure one of them from Politz, you will see. Finally, I think Mr. Politz is an honorable person since it shows through communication and follow-ups. I am so glad that I went with Politz.

Best bang-for-the-buck. Trite, but absolutely true for Rob Politz. I've had the"pleasure" of installing roofs on houses myself, so I know what I want from a roofing company. After getting many bids for the job from small outfits to large companies, it became apparent that Rob Politz was the best choice. My decision was based on what Rob said his procedure would be, the fact that he was more than willing to make adjustments to the contract to suit me, and lastly, a very competitive price. One cannot base the choice on price alone, as the product may not even be worth that price. But after a lengthy and very comfortable conversation with Rob, I had no apprehension about using him for the job, as he was knowledgeable, articulate, and completely forthright. I didn't even detect a hint of a deceptive salesman. That was the beginning of a very good job to come.

All of the contractors expected my roof to take several days to complete. Rob's crew started at 6:30 a.m. and finished that day at 6:30 p.m. I spent most of the day on the roof watching the progress, ensuring that what I knew should be occurring was actually happening. Installation was done carefully and correctly. Rob's men we're obviously not new at this. Shingles, sheet metal applications, and roof and plumbing vents were all installed perfectly. As I said earlier, I've done this and know how it should proceed and the expected result. I would like to have installed this roof, but at my age, it would be foolish and take forever.

After the crew completed the roof, the cleanup was equally impressive and as important to me as the roof. All pieces of stray paper, shingles, and nails in the lawn were picked up. The men sifted through leaves on the ground, bushes, and repeatedly retraced their steps dragging magnets two feet wide looking for nails. The end result was there was no sign that the chaotic and debris strewn scene hours earlier had even existed. The roof looked great and so did the yard.

Nice group too. Polite, respectful, and generally, just good guys.

That's the story of my roof. I highly recommend Rob Politz. Use him and you will not regret it.

When we finally decided to get a new roof, my wife was dead-set on hiring a specific contractor, so Politz Enterprises was not our first choice. Thank goodness we decided to get a second quote! Rob visited our home on a Sunday afternoon and gave us a bid that came in well below our previous quote -- we signed the contract that day. He promised a flawless installation within a two week window, and his team delivered. They were on time, professional, and they completed the job in one day. I was pleasantly surprised when Rob personally closed the loop with a walk-through to make sure our yard was clean and that we were completely satisfied with the job. My wife and I could not be more pleased with our beautiful new roof, and with the personal touch that Rob and his team provided throughout the process. In fact, we are bringing them back to install all-new shutters. If you are looking for an honest and professional contractor with a solid reputation in our community, you absolutely cannot go wrong with Politz Enterprises!
