I contacted Mike about power washing our house after all of the rain we got. He was responsive, friendly and showed up on time. The house looks so much better now! We will definitely give him a call again in the future.

Mike did everything to a T. He was prompt in returning my call as well as being right on time for the job itself. He got every bit of algae, mold, cobwebs, what have you off the vinyl siding and windows plus gave my pebbly concrete porch and walkway a good scrubbing. The house looks so good! Honestly I was blown away, the house, carport and sheds sparkles. I did not expect the years of stains on the metal carport and gutters would ever come out. This is not your typical powerwasher. He has a high tech setup and knows what he is doing.

I called Mike on the phone to have my house power Washed. My call was returned promptly. His Price was phenomenal. He gave me a date, and he was at my house at the exact appointed time. He advised me about so many other things other than power washing. I left him and went to work. When I came home, I could not believe what I saw. A BRAND-NEW HOUSE. The work was so good my Neighbours were a little jealous. To top it up, I had a garbage welcome rug on my doorstep. Apparently, I did not notice the rugs when came home because, my house was so new. I was asleep, my doorbell rang. Guess who I saw at my door? Mike's wife with 2 new rugs to replace my garbage rugs which they are not responsible for. They are so sweet. Mike power washed our home, replaced a damaged downspout, removed and replaced a pair of shutters on the second floor of our home and cleaned out the gutters on the second floor. All were completed without any problems and at a very reasonable cost. We will definitely have Mike back to complete work for us again.

Michael is professional and does honest work. When he powerwash our house to my surprise, the black stuff came off. We tried to do it ourselves no luck getting the black off. Michael explained how you can damage your house power washing. From now on I will be calling him.

Mike did a wonderful job of power washing my house, which desperately needed it. He even cleaned the cement front porch that was orange from red clay. It practically looks new! PMD came out and power washed my metal roof and the difference is night and day. My roof had the black sappy goo from all the trees around my house. By the time it was done it looked as good as the day it was installed! Would recommend Mike to anyone! On top of everything price was very reasonable.

Mike did such a great job pressure washing our two-story home! Our siding, deck, porch, and concrete sidewalk were transformed into looking practically new. He was able to do all of that in only a couple of hours. Affordability, incredible results, and punctuality of Mike himself are some of the many reasons we would go back to him again for any of our pressure washing needs.

Let me start by saying PMD did an amazing job of power washing my house! I called him because I could see the house had some very dirty areas.
When he finished the house really did look sparkling! The whole house including gutters and windows were so clean and looked so good...I didn't realize how dirty the rest of the house was. So for his ability to get the job done. I would give him 5 stars and more.
Now let me say this..i called him and immediately felt comfortable that I was speaking to a knowledgeable person. He gave me the price and I felt that was fair as well... But I still called around to do my homework and I tell you what my experience communicating with mike was too notch.. His pricing was fair and his timely appointments just set him above the rest.
I have and will continue to refer him to anyone that ask.

Mike was great to work with and did an excellent job of cleaning my wooden porch and deck which had many spindles and screens. He explained how he used lower pressure for screens and wood so there was no raised wood or damage like other power washers who rely on high pressure to clean. It looked fantastic when he was done. His thoroughness left no missed spots and it was the best cleaning I ever had. I also had him clean a house with aluminum siding on May 13th and that was equally well done. He was good about communication and confirming when he was coming. When Mike walked around he was so observant of details to be able to use the correct spray depending on the whether he was cleaning wood, screens, vinyl or aluminum. He even cleaned the cement walk for me. I was happy with the pricing as well.
