Love the Waterboro Ace Hardware. All of the associates I ever come in contact with are great! Always smiling and asking if I need help! I choose this store for anything I need for the office

If it's something I need in a hurry, this us where I go. A little more $$ for some things but worth it.

They always have the stuff that I can’t find anywhere else I see a new pack out option or whatever I know I can go there and they’ll have it. What a great store. I’ve been looking for this particular accessory for munch. I should’ve known to go there lol.

Great place to shop local if you need something for a home improvement project. Get my propane tank there for my grill and generator. Love shopping local and the people are friendly, helpful, and amazing!

They always have those hard to find items like a light bulb for a refrigerator. Who knew they had become so hard to find.
Pleasant staff.

The staff here are amazing and very knowledgeable about everything from plumbing, electrical, even basic car repair! I drive out of my way to go to this location because I know I'll be treated well and will leave happy. They explain things in a way that anyone can understand and don't rush you in and out, like Lowes and Home Depot.

Plummer's is an excellent Ace Hardware store, they usually have what I need and the folks working there are always helpful, even if some of them aren't particularly knowledgeable about hardware or born rocket scientists, if you get my drift. But some of their staff *are* highly knowledgeable on the other hand, and all of them try their best. Todd Plummer, one of the owners, will bend over backwards locating and ordering a specialized part for you too if they don't stock it, and while he doesn't work at this location he is reachable by phone and will have your part delivered to this location for pickup. I am so glad Plummer's hardware is so close to me, they have saved me countless longer drives to Lowe's or Home Depot. ☺

Some of the nicest and hardest working hardware store employees I've seen. They're very eager to help you find whatever you might be looking for.

Pretty helpful folks. No pressure buying experience. Usually have what I need for small projects around the house. If you have a handy person or green thumb on your gift list, you might find some great ideas here, with out getting lost in the big boxes.

They have everything we go in for.

5/10/22 we visited again and the manager of the store is very professional and pleasant. She's always very helpful.
