The crew that washed the driveway and parking area did an excellent job. The crew that cleaned the windows also did an outstanding job. The crew that power washed the deck did an excellent cleaning however all of the deck furniture was left strung all over the deck and a chair on the front porch was left in the middle of a flower garden. The walkway had moss growing between the pavers they did not remove it they said they could not remove it however when I previously had another company clean it they did remove it.

Save Your Money—And Your Sanity
I paid East Coast Window Cleaning several hundred dollars to clean all the windows on my two-story home. What did I get? A crew that showed up without a ladder. You read that right. They cleaned the insides (anyone can do that), and for the second-story windows, they simply stood on the ground and sprayed them with a hose. That’s not window cleaning—that’s what I do after mowing the lawn.

Worse, they’ve been hounding me ever since. Despite repeatedly telling them the job was poorly done and asking—begging—to be removed from their call list, they continue to cold call me several times a year trying to upsell me on more services. For three years. They just won’t quit.

Unprofessional, ineffective, and relentlessly annoying. Hire literally anyone else.

East Coast Windows have been to my home 4 times. The first time, they cleaned all the windows on the inside and the outside and the second time they cleaned the windows on the outside plus my screened in porch area that has EZ Breeze panels, which are difficult to clean and reinstall, the next time, I had them clean very tall windows and high cabinets in my kitchen along with many EZ panels. Emmanuel and Ron were here last week and cleaned the inside and outside of all my windows plus my new patio with windows and slider windows. Again, they are thorough, professional, wear booties and respectful of my possessions while moving my furniture. I am very relaxed while they are here, and I trust that they know what they are doing with amazing results and beautiful windows.
