I had an estimate done by this company last year. We were looking for a updated quote last month due to material costs going up. They came back out but never sent out the new quote. I called them several times for the quote and all I got was lies that they "will email it today". I'm not sure how a company stays in business with poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and call another company, my experience was horrible!!

Tony is very professional. He takes time to return all my calls. Work was finished on time and was respective to the property.

I called to get an estimate for roof repair the gentleman was very nice on the phone however he missed the appointment he made with me. I called and he was apologetic and very kind said a meeting ran late. I understand that entirely so I asked to reschedule. We decided on 330pm. 4pm rolls around no sign of him and I called and got no answer. Maybe this was an off day for the company or they were very busy. I found this very off putting. If you're not able to make an appointment just call the person or text them and let them know so they don't miss work for no reason. Hopefully others in an emergency situation don't run into this same issue.

We contacted several other companies to help with repair of our awning. Platinum roofing not only repaired the awning he also gave a 20 year warranty. I have also recommended their services to my parents. I am more than pleased with their work!

I called Platinum Roofing at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, they came to see the roof that same evening, and my roof was repaired by 11:00 a.m. on Saturday morning.
