Karl's Construction

My basement was flooded. From my 1st conversation to my last, Karls Construction was highly professional and very easy to work with. I had a pretty complete restoration including drywall removal and replacement (you cannot see one seam), painting, plumbing, electrical, complete bathroom re do, tile cleaning, carpet, restoration of cedar closet, etc. The crew worked hard and were very respectful of my home, which is important to me. I highly recommend Karl and his team. I've dealt with many sub par contractors, Karl is at the top of his game.

Karl's did an outstanding job on our new deck, patio, and fence - from the design to the construction to the exposed aggregate concrete patio, it all turned out beautiful! All very skilled workers. We plan to have them redesign and rebuild our front porch deck and walkway too.

Karl was great to work with! He was communicative, had creative ideas, and completed the job as described and even quicker than anticipated. Most importantly, he was reliable and honest! He was very knowledgeable and we plan to use Karl’s Construction for a few more upcoming projects. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for quality workmanship, look no further than Karl's Construction. A great group of professionals for tile, electrical, and plumbing. Leo does exceptional tile work. Everyone was courteous and cleaned up after they were done. We will definitely use Karl for future work!

Loved working with Karl and his team! Karl is quick to reply and had good solutions when we had questions or concerns. We really liked all the trades he brought in and felt totally comfortable with everyone in our house. Karl stays true to the schedule and doesn’t want to linger on the job site which I appreciated so much! Kept the construction area really well sealed off from the rest of the house, making a pretty intrusive project much less so. Get on his list before he gets too busy!! :)
