Kameron came to my house to do a roof inspection. I did have some issues I needed him to look at. He didn't go in the attic even though he had ladders on his truck. He didn't even go on the roof to do the inspection. All he said was he would email me the quote, of course I never got the quote. What was the purpose of him even coming out to my house if he didn't want to work.

I have worked with Platinum Roofing for the last 9 years as their supplier (CRS Supply). Thru the 9 years they have always been professional and always went the extra step to take care of their costumers. Which led me to hire them to do a roof repair that turned into a full roof replacement due to damages. I would absolutely recommend this company for any roofing needs.

Absolutely the best, most timely roof repair company I could have called. We had as storm issue the night before our closing on the sale of the house. Blew off the satellite antennae and pulled a hole in roof where it was mounted. I had to go back to the attorney's office immediately and put up escrow money and a promise to have the roof repaired within two weeks. I called Platinum and they had an expert on site BEFORE I left the attorney office - gave me an estimate that day - had it repaired within one week. Doesn't get any better than that. Sound too good to be true - believe me on this one.

Platinum Roofing’s team provided a detailed estimate and amended it to include the installation of two sun tunnels. In addition, the team, Kameron and Joe, provided excellent customer service. We considered five companies and chose Platinum because of their professionalism and reputation for quality work. Their crew took pride in removing all materials and swept the yard multiple times for nails. As a result, our roof looks fantastic, and we’re thrilled with the results.

I love my new roof. Everyone at Platinum Roofing Atlanta was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They all worked hard and great as a team. Everyone was there to answer any questions that we had from the first call, to the final walk (looking everything over). Had these guys repair a roof on a house in Hiram. Jon was our representative. He was great and took care of everything.

I needed a new roof, but couldn't afford to do that at that time. They worked with me on cleaning off the roof and repairing the spot that was leaking. My only problem with their service was they left all the debris from my roof, and there was a lot. I would have liked the option to have them remove it, at least from the front and side yards. I didn't say anything because the gutter guys who used to drive around the neighborhood and clean the roof for $65 cleaned up the debris, so I thought it was standard. To blow off entire roof and gutters for $250 sounds like it includes cleanup, but I guess it doesn't. Wish I would have been given that option, because I certainly would have liked them to clean it up, like I said, especially from the front and sides (the back yard isn't a big deal). Other than that, they did a good job.
