Platinum Restoration did a great job of replacing our roof after a hail storm last year. They took care of everything with the insurance company and made the process smooth from start to finish. Everything was completed as expected and on time. Lucian was so easy to work with and I would recommend him any day.

I began working with Platinum Restoration after they helped several of my neighbors get their roofs fixed after a bad hail storm. Justin walked me through the entire process and made everything as easy as possible. We had to wait because of winter, but he got my roof on the schedule first thing this spring. Brian and his team did an awesome job and got the work done efficiently and effectively. They took care of everything on the insurance end and it could not have been easier as a customer.

Justin continues to answer any questions I have. I had a couple of minor issues with my home a few months later (unrelated) and he got Brian and his team out asap to fix them. They are good as new! They took time to explain the issues to me and show me how to prevent problems in the future.

I will not hesitate to use Platinum in the future and know my neighbors feel the same way!

We recently used Platinum Restoration to have our roof replaced due to hail damage. Lucian, Brian and Andy were all so pleasant and thorough to work with. It was such a great experience that we decided to use them again to replace our windows! Lucian was especially patient with us while we made our decisions and was never pushy.

Anytime we called with a question, they never made us feel like a burden but always took the time address each concern.

When on site, all of the contractors were great with our inquisitive youngsters always having good attitudes and smiles.

The team at Platinum is top notch. They were very helpful through the insurance process and walked me through every step of the way. Communication was great and timely as I never had had to wonder when contractors were scheduled or when materials were being delivered. The biggest take away from working with Platinum was the fact that they made sure I was getting what I needed replaced from the insurance company. I would like to thank Lucian for all of his help in the process and working with my insurance company and seeing the project through from beginning to end. Platinum Restoration did a great job meeting my needs. My Rep, Lucian, did an excellent job documenting all of the damage and talking with the insurance company about damage and working to make sure that everything was accounted for. He really took the time to make sure he was meeting my needs and made the process as smooth as possible. Very easy to work with, and highly recommend.

We had some bad storms a year ago and after talking to Trent I knew I would be in good hands. They dealt with the insurance company who was being very difficult as they tend to be with claims. They fought for me the entire time. I was even in contact with the owner during the process and he so very nice to deal with. The people they contract to do the work were all very professional very good at what they do!! I could not be happier with the end result. They are a must for any need you have.

Had our roof replaced 3 years ago. Had A few hiccups on the way but job was done and looked great. Since we have had the snow that we have had this year we formed a water leak in our garage. I called platnum and they were out to inspect in 2 hours. We found a large ice dam that had formed. They explained the issue and advised me on how to fix the issue. It was not due to the service they performed so I did as they recommended and issue is resolved. Thank you.

Your roofing/siding crews did a great job on the repairs and the job site clean-up. As a busy family we really appreciated how well the process went.

2nd "Positive" UPDATE: Owner Andrew and company Rep Brian came out today as scheduled and fixed "all" issues brought to their attention. They were very professional, explained issues and fixes for all (which were minimal). Would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND/call back if any future roofing/siding repairs require attention because of future storm damage.

UPDATE: Owner and rep from company came out tonight....soooo attentive!!! They will be fixing the one pop-out section of siding within a week or so. Super professional and personable. SOOO impressed... Thank you Andrew and Brian for stopping out tonight. Looking forward to working with you again.

The siding keeps coming loose/pops out, have to pop back in every once in a while. Facia is not perfect. Would not use again, owner attentive though. Big Lake, MN, 55309, US

I reached out to Andrew to repair my roof after the original company I hired did not follow through with the repairs; and after 10 months of waiting, it was time to move on. I called Andrew and he said he would be out at 9:00am the next day, he arrived at 8:35am. Andrew was in continuous contact with me and the insurance company. Within 2 weeks, Andrew had my repairs complete, and his company did a fantastic job!

Platinum Restoration and Remodeling did an awesome job replacing my roof! Local, reputable contractor. GAF Master Elite certified with great warranty. My neighbors hired them first and were also pleased with their work and communication. In talking to them, they said something to the effect of if they're going to do it, they're going to do it correctly. A good roof is very important, and I appreciate people who think like me and aim to do things right the first time.

I work as an insurance adjuster and have encountered hundreds of contractors while adjusting claims. With many of them, it is obvious that they are only concerned with selling a roof and making money. That is not the case with Platinum Restoration.

I met David, one of the founders, on an insurance claim and it was very, very obvious that he was concerned about helping the homeowner and doing right by that person. He was an advocate for the homeowner because he cares about the homeowner, and because he cares about how his company is perceived within the community.

I could tell that he takes pride in his work, but I think he was more proud of the fact that he can look each homeowner in the eye and know that he did an excellent job and gave them his best.

I have never left a review for a contractor before, but I wanted to make sure that his community knows what kind of person he is.
