Needed a new roof after Ida. They worked with me and also dealt with all my insurance hiccups. New roof looks great, they were easy to deal with- they came out promptly and got it done in a day. Helped me sort through my insurance policy and sent over what my insurance wanted from them promptly. As frustrating as it was to deal with all of the issues faced after the storm, they made it easier. This was back in January and I’m still a happy customer.

I will only use Pitts Roofing in any and all roof repairs or replacement. Fantastic service, wonderful to deal with and they worked tirelessly with my insurance company to get my new roof in record time! I was frustrated with the run around and promise from other roofing companies after Hurricane Ida and took the advice from my real estate agent to call the best in our area. Mr. Pitts answered my call at 4:30 one afternoon and within 12 hours a new beautiful roof was being put on my house! After months of waiting for other companies in the area to put me on their schedule and obtain supplies I was elated! April the office manager is very responsive as well as super knowledgeable in insurance policy and procedure. After she scrutinized my settlement offer she found many discrepancies in the offer and in turn I received a larger settlement due to her hard work. My new roof is leak free and looks so beautiful! They put our original roof on in 2007. Good workmanship both times. Cleaned up afterwards.

I was originally unhappy with their service, but they made it right in the end. It took them coming out a few times to make everything right, but I would hire these guys again moving forward.

Mr Pitts and his crew showed up on time, work was done professionally and on time, cleaned up and removed all debris, I will be using Pitts Roofing in the near future on the pool house project, highly recommend

Similar experience to other posts here. We had several repairs needed on the house that we just purchased. Pitts provided the quote, prior to close, at the request of our realtor. So we decided to try to get the work done by them. We scheduled the work, six separate repairs, for a Wednesday. Workers were a no-show that morning, but we were told that they would be there in the afternoon. No show that afternoon, but the owner texted me that they would be there first thing on Thursday. I wasn't sure anyone would be there, but he said no worries, they didn't need to enter the house to do anything. This really confused me because some of the work needed was in the attic. I sent him a text with a reminder of the work needed. He had us mixed up with someone else, and had planned some other work on our house that day, thinking we were someone else. The plan was now to work on the house the next two days, Thursday and Friday, with a promise to be there "first thing in the morning". No-show, again. I called, no answer. My wife called, and the excuse we got was one of his guys didn't show up that morning. Owner still said they would be there in the afternoon. They weren't... No-show on Friday as well, so we gave up and stopped communicating with them. So we got a quote from someone else on Monday and hired them to do the job. But then the next Tuesday, 2 guys showed up to do ONE of the six jobs, without calling or texting in advance. One of the two workers looked... very unprofessional. We told them sorry, we've hired someone else. They didn't seem surprised or angry, almost like this happens all the time...

I had several conversations with the owner through the course of trying to get the work done. He's a really nice guy, and I don't think he is intentionally dishonest or trying to cheat anyone. He just doesn't seem to know how to effectively organize or plan work, nor to understand how important it is to meet his commitments to his customers. I cannot recommend him to anyone.

Called roofer multiple times and he never showed up. This went on for 2 weeks. When I did reach him he gave me excuses as to why he couldn’t come out and promised he’d be out the next day. Of course he never showed up. Don’t waste your time and effort in these guys.

I spoke to Leon Pitts last week and he assured and promised me several times that he would come check my leaking Roof that they installed and he still has not came. I’ve called several times and left messages and now he’s not answering my phone calls. Stay Away HORRIBLE and unreliable and he is a reflection of his company. So sad!!!

I don't know how they are in business. They do not show up. The owner told us on 3 different occasions they will be here in the morning and did not show up. We needed some minor flashing work done in order to close on our house. The owner has ignored our calls and messages and never did come to do the work. He is a Liar and unprofessional. If the owner does not care, I imagine the people who work for him can care less too. STAY AWAY
