Got the roof replaced after the hail last year in dfw . Sam who was the point man from pioneer roofing and team quickly committed to work and got it done to my satisfaction. He was always available for any questions and answers and the response se was always quick .
Will recommend him from my side for any roofing related work you may have

Sam was super helpful with our roof issue. We had a leakage and were in panic thinking it was a big roof issue but when Sam visited us, he was honest in his recommendation that we don’t have to replace the room and he put sealant to cover the leak and the problem was solved.
Very rare to find a roofer who can provide such a genuine service. We fully trust Sam for our any big roofing needs the next time!

Pioneer Roofing has high standards of professionalism and integrity. In todays time and age where contractors are after money, Pioneer Roofing is an exception.
Peter inspected my roof after hail storm of 12/15/2022 in Rockwall and after inspection he explained to me that the damage is mostly cosmetic and Owens Corning shingles (a little advertisement for the Owens Corning also :), withstood the hail impact. He said he is ready to fight it with the insurance company if I wanted but I decided no point in doing that. Insurance company assessment is within 1% deductible anyway.

Very professional and honest. Pete came over and provided me an excellent service. I had a small leak coming from my chimney and he was very honest enough to tell me that it will be best to hire a painter to fix my siding. Pete inspected my roof and there was no issues. I didnt have to have anything replaced this time. But i extremely appreciated them for their entire business. Liked how the calls were routed got a direct representative. Got my information quickly and i had a text within the hour confirming the appointment. They really did have a can do attitude. My insurance company had already said they wouldnt cover it and i needed someone to try and fix these shingles. I will be using them again. They had a cool app built in as well to help me know when the technician would be showing up. Top notch.

Pete was awesome to work with - always available if we needed anything. He made time to meet with us several times before the job started and met the insurance adjuster at the house to go over the claim with them. He and his team dealt with the insurance company on our behalf when we needed extra coverage for some things that weren't caught in the original inspection. Once we picked out the materials and got the details nailed down, the job started within a week, and was done the same day. Highly recommend Pioneer roofing. Very trust worthy and knowledgeable staff. My insurance was being a little difficult and Pioneer provided the proper documentation and explained the situation to help the approval process. When other companies would only provide 10-year or 25-year products for even a higher fee. Pioneer Roofing Restoration provided better 50-year products and even out did them in pricing. Their work was excellent and even neighbors came by afterwards to compliment our roof.

Love my new roof...the process took sometime because of insurance taking a while but pioneer made sure everything got complete without me having to pay out of pocket. They are really good at working with insurance companies and got all my damages covered without me having to hassle with the insurance.

I called Pioneer Roofing several months after a nad hailstorm in Frisco, TX. Sam got to our house for the inspection right on time and told us everything that needed repair/replacement. Sam delivered and went above and beyond for us! All repairs were done while the house was sitting on the market and everything was completed before closing. Pioneer helped me to get my roof approved from the Insurance and did the fantastic job replacing my roof. The new roof received lot of compliments from my friends and family. They did the great job on cleaning up construction area after roof was installed and Pioneer rep was very responsive when I called and texted them for several questions that I had during this process.

Sam is very professional and he did very good job on roof change, explained all different varieties of shingles, what is best and what not, life time warranty on the roof. He installed ridge vents on top of the roof to eliminate the heat from attic. He clarified my questions , concerns , insurance estimation process. He is taking care of the claim process also.

After a major hailstorm we used Pioneer to replace roofs on our home and three other outbuildings. Additionally, they did painting and new vinyl siding in areas that were non-brick. They had a subcontractor who did outstanding metal work and flashing to repair areas that had been poorly done over 35 years ago when the house was built. Pioneer also rebuilt a "mancave" for us which now has transformed from a barn look into a great little cottage! The owner of Pioneer was very responsive to our needs and helped steer us to solutions which looked great and were within the budget and time schedule. We really appreciate their great work!

Before we contact Pioneer we talked to several other roofers but none of them satisfy my wife, so we wait until December to decide the roofer, that's when we met Sam.

He promised a lot of good things and he is knowledgeable about roof and other home projects, most importantly, he cares about customer needs and tries to fulfill each of them to his best.

That's why we decided We should try Pioneer out although we had to wait about three weeks before they could start working on my roof.

It took them less than three days for my roof, there was a little rain the last day so I decided to check leakage every time I go upstairs.

Upon finishing the roof, they clean up really well, no leakage is found so far, decent nice looking new roof will remind me of Sam and his hard working team.
