I received 6 bids after contacting 10 different roofing companies for an estimate. Pioneer roofing was by far the most professional and knowledgeable out of these companies. I was considering one other company out of all of the bids. Larry had spotted that a shed roof of mine would not support traditional shingles. I was hesitant and asked the other company about this. They informed me that Larry was right and they missed this. The other company said this would increase the bid. While this is understandable, as new material would be needed, I instantly knew pioneer was my company. They were actually the cheapest to begin with. From there Kristie took over and had excellent communication with me throughout the whole process. She is very personable and accommodating. They scheduled the job through our renters, which was one less thing I had to worry about. I showed up during the installation and was impressed by their installation team. I regret not getting any of their names. After the job was done, they left the yard spotless. This was a big investment for me so I was nervous. Pioneer knocked the ball out of the park and my roof looks amazing. Thank you Pioneer Roofing!

Initial comments:
While the roof replacement task was done well and on time, what is dissapointing is the lack of followup to repair damage caused during shingle delivery. April 7 final payment was made for job and a verbal promise made to repair gutter damage. I should have withheld some funds as an incentive. But I took Larry at his word. I provided monthly reminders of unfinished repairs. May 15 a promise was made to repair. June 18 another promise. July23 'repair' people showed up to say 'we dont do 5" gutters' and left. It is now late August. I have told two other potential jobs in neighborhood IF they select this company to withhold funds as promises may not be kept. It is a small repair but four months is a bit too long.

I called Larry to take care of some roofing work I had to do for a client under contract. Despite the continuous rain, Larry found the time to go out to the property just days after my initial inquiry, and completed the work. I can’t speak highly enough of his promptness and professionalism.

Excellent work and very prompt service. I called in the morning about a leak and they were onsite before lunch. They took care of my roof and headache before the rain started again.

Larry was extremely quick and supportive on short notice to take a look and repair a leaking roof that happened in all times " Thanksgiviing". during the heavy rain storms happening across the region. When it was time to replace our 21 year old roof, Larry came out and replaced it along with our Chimney repairing wood rot from termites. He also took care of the stucco around the Chimney replacing with with Cement Plank. During the roof replacement he had to deal with the worst thunderstorms and rain several days in a row this past July. I am not sure how he did it but he did it! He and his staff were polite, prompt, efficient and the cost and quality of the roof was worth it. They cleaned up with no nails around. Larry's experience is evident and I highly recommend him.
