We needed a repair for an out of town client who had a leak in their "GameDay" home here in Tuscaloosa. After numerous calls and messages left to other companies, Kris answered on the first ring. Kris and I met later that afternoon to review the issue for my client. Kris and his team knocked the job out within a few days of initial contact. Can't say enough about the superior customer service Kris provided during this time of need for a roof repair. My Company will be sure to seek Kris and his Team for future roofing needs!

My roofing project had issues from the very beginning. Another company (totally unrelated) had done some unauthorized work at my house and damaged the ridge vent and other areas on my roof. Kris came in and upon inspection also discovered hail damage. He immediately installed tarps to prevent further interior damage. This project absolutely had every hiccup along the way that could have been, but Kris helped me deal with the third party and with the insurance company. His help and knowledge was incredible in working through all of these issues!

Kris and his team were great. They helped us with insurance claim and kept us up to date each step of the way. Did great work and were polite.

Before replacing our roof, we interviewed three or four roofers, and my wife and I both got a good vibe talking with Kris Daniel from Pinnacle Construction---which we didn’t necessarily feel with the other roofers. Kris communicated well and let us know he would go to bat for us with our insurance company, if needed. Well, as it turned out, our insurance company wasn't playing ball, and on two or three occasions Kris was our advocate, talking the technical talk with the insurance adjuster, which we (as first time roof-replacers) knew nothing about. We were both impressed with how much effort he put forth on our behalf, even though he would still be paid the same amount for the job, whether his payment came from us or from our insurance company.
The work was completed in two days as promised, and our property was left in even better shape than when his crew started. And the roof looks great! Kris and Pinnacle were professional and honest from start to finish. Would highly recommend!

A large oak tree fell onto our roof and did considerable damage. Choosing the correct contractor was most important chore. We chose wisely. We had extensive roof damage, ridge beam broken, trusses broken, multiple holes in roof decking and etc. We chose Kristopher Daniel and Pinnacle Construction. From the moment Kris and I agreed to have his company make repairs the worry and responsibility shifted from my shoulders to his. He handled it quite well. He communicates well and knowledgeable with insurance company. His crew was great. They showed up early and worked late. They worked three days in 95 degree temperature and always courteous. They went to extra efforts to protect plants and other property. I highly recommend Kris and his crew for roofing and other construction needs. If he says he can do it, He can!! Honest, Honorable and really nice person.

I have been a homeowner for nearly 50 years and have dealt with numerous home improvement companies. An insurance adjuster recently discovered that my roof had hail damage and agreed to replace it. Unfortunately I didn’t know any reputable roofing companies and I began to search the internet and found that Pinnacle Construction had the most favorable reviews of the all the companies I researched. I chose Pinnacle Construction Company which turned out to the best choice I’ve ever made when choosing a home improvement company. Kris Daniel who owns the company was very attentive in every aspect of the roof installation as well as providing documents required by the insurance company. Needless to say I’m extremely satisfied with Pinnacle’s job. While I only used the company’s roofing services, if I need any of their array of services, I will call them without hesitation. If anyone wants my verbal recommendation, Kris has my phone number.

Kris is one of the best contractors in Tuscaloosa by far. I called roughly five roofing specialists in the area that either, didn't answer or when they did it was apparent they weren't right for the job. The first time I called Kris he answered immediately and came out to my house the day I called to inspect my roof and give me quotes based on what he found. I had hail/wind damage and was experiencing significant leaking inside my house. Kris and his team finished my whole roof AND interior repairs in two days. I would recommend Pinnacle Construction 11 times out of 10. Quite honestly, if you had a bad experience with Pinnacle you must not have been transparent with your requests from the start. Kris and his crew knocked it out of the park for sure!

Kris was amazing ! He came and did a same day estimate,was great with breaking everything down and the steps of getting a new roof. He was very professional and answered any questions concerning insurance needs and was fast about getting our new roof on.

I highly recommend Pinnacle Construction. Kris was amazing got an estmate for gutters while we were at work. Had his crew do the job within a week. Very professional. And I couldn't be more pleased with the result.
