All I wanted was a quote from this company so I could decide if I wanted to go through insurance or pay out of pocket. They refused to give me a quote because the owner refuses to deal with insurance companies. If you are filing a claim, DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!!! They will be so nice in the first 3-5 phone calls, then the last person you speak to becomes hateful and rude. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy! Sounds to me like the owner doesn't know what he is doing, or he is just to lazy to deal with insurance companies.
Great owner! They did a great job repairing a leak we had on the roof. I cannot thank you enough for also praying over and blessing my home with me! That meant more to my family than you'll know. 5/5 stars to you and your company! God Bless you guys!
