We have a flat roof (residential). It is HARD to find roofers who will work on a flat roof, and we spent years trying to find someone who could stop our leaks for a price we could afford. Dan Ritchason is a unicorn. Friendly, responsive, prompt, prepared -- he thinks critically and creatively, offers options, preserves components that are working well in order to keep costs down, follows through with 3rd-party inquiries without reminders, and communicates helpful information without making you beg for it.
If there's a problem, you'll hear from him within 24 hours, and he'll have it solved within 3 days. For the 1st time since we moved in 10 years ago, our roof doesn't leak. We have talked to many, many roofers over the years. Dan and his Crew are the real deal; their communication is top notch, and their work is fast, effective, and affordable.
