The leader made our job easier with the communication with the homeowner whose home was a complete disaster due to tree fell on the home.

I met Miguel and the Pink Roofing team last year, and from day one, it was clear how seriously they take their work. They’re professional, hardworking, and always go the extra mile—even working after hours to get things done. I’ve seen their work on my mother-in-laws townhouse firsthand and know several people who’ve used them and had nothing but great things to say. My roof had recalled shingles for 12 years. Roofers stopped by daily trying to get me to redo and said insurance would pay. Miguel came one day and seemed to know more about insurance and was not pushy. He said it’s fine now but if damage occurs insurance would cover. He flew a drone over and took pics. He also left sign in the yard to help stop people coming to door. 2-4 years went by and I would get texts from him every few months asking to fly drone over or sending me pics saying it’s still all good. I would also get pics of his company in pink gear and having fun. Finally I had damage. Miguel did 99% of the work with insurance company including arguing so they pay full amount. His crew knocked out the roof in a day. We also have solar panels. Tesla wanted 10k and would take 1-2 months to remove and reinstall. Miguel had another company that did it for 1/2 and was available immediately(all covered by insurance). The reinstall of solar took longer than expected but Miguel and crew communicated very well, and got it done (week longer then expected and it did rain). I couldn't be more happy with the way the entire process went. I recommend Miguel and the ladies and crew of Pink roofing 100%. Clean up was great just everything was on point. I actually miss getting random pics of the crew in their new gear every few months lol.

I recently worked with Pink Roofing for a gutter replacement on my home in the Ellicott City / Columbia, MD area, and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, they exceeded expectations.

Out of the five companies I received quotes from, Miguel was the only one who actually got on a ladder to inspect trouble areas on the old gutters. That attention to detail and professionalism immediately set them apart.

The project included removing the old, worn-out gutters, and replacing any damaged fascia boards as needed — after assessing the condition once the old gutters were off. I really appreciated their honest, no-pressure approach and clear communication throughout the process.

They also took the time to re-route the downspouts to more optimal locations, improving drainage around the house and reducing potential water issues. Their suggestions were thoughtful, and it’s clear they know what they’re doing.

On top of that, they were incredibly responsive, patient with all my questions, and worked with me to provide competitive pricing tailored to my budget and specific needs. The quality of their work and their attention to detail truly shows.

Recently I had some repairs to my roof to fix a possible leak. Miguel gave me an detailed quote that clearly explained what they would do and the charges. Pricing was quite favorable. They came out and did the repairs promptly and thoroughly. After the work was completed they sent a detailed report stating what they did and included pictures of the work during and after. I would highly recommend Pink Roofing and I will be using them again.

Siding, cuando el trabajo estaba en un 70% recibí de Miguel el 45% de lo acordado por hacer el trabajo yo como contratista,, el problema fue cuando terminamos el proyecto Miguel comenzó a poner pretextos para pagarme diciendo que el trabajo estaba mal hecho q el cliente no quería pagar. Un día fui ablar con el dueño de la casa y me di cuenta que todo era pretexto para no pagarme, por fin ay un saldo de 11,000 $ Que nunca recibí Miguel me bloqueo tendré que demandarlo. We HIGHLY recommend PINK ROOFING LLC. We recently had a small leak in the roof and realized it was time to change my roof. My husband was happy he could finally get a BLUE roof.
The team arrived on time 7am and finished the job the same day! I enjoyed Miguel and his big smile and positive attitude. He moved his team well, and everyone was safe.
