Fast, affordable, and punctual and took great care of our home. Excellent service provided on a wide array of residential fixes. From bathroom flooring replaced due to water damage, to interior wall and trim painting and even a guy for replacing rusted out gutters. The list goes on, and Pineda Multiservice can do it all. Highly recommended and I will be using them again on future property projects.

Oscar and team do great work. We had them update our 3 bathrooms, refinish 2 hardwood floors, and other miscellaneous jobs. They were timely, neat, reliable, and great to work with. We are very pleased and give our highest recommendation.

Oscar Gomez and his team provide excellent and efficient service and are a pleasure to work with. He answers calls promptly and is easy to schedule. I was impressed with his expertise in so many categories: sink installation, fence repair, lighting, build a closet, and of course painting. They did a ton of big and small jobs in just two days. Oscar and team did an amazing job painting our house. They even cleaned and refinished our deck and sanded, re-stained and refinished our front door. It was finished quickly and at a reasonable price. I recommend Oscar highly!

We got in touch with Oscar after a pipe burst in our house and destroyed much of our drywall, our kitchen and bathrooms and hardwood floors. In a very stressful situation Oscar and his team were an incredible blessing. They worked efficiently but skillfully and did quality work to do a near complete restoration of our beloved home. He is honest and fair in his pricing, and incredibly easy to work with. He was flexible with any changes we made in the plans midway through the project. Oscar and his crew are very good at what they do! They painted inside and out, remolded our kitchen and bathrooms and I was very pleased with there work. These guys are fast and efficient and would recommend them to anybody.

Oscar and his entire crew are amazing!! We used them for a complete remodel of our inside & outside paint, trim and accessories, also the master and 2nd bath upstairs as well as the half bath downstairs, the kitchen, office and the backyard! They were the best bid by far and they were professional, courteous, trustworthy and got everything finished on time! Even when I threw changes at them halfway through the Master Bath Remodel! I have recoemmended him to every single person that asks if I know anybody in the contruction/remodel/renovation/roofing/landscape maintenance... (the list goes on) business!
