Superb experience with Pinaire Roofing! Blake Soreano and his hard-working team did an exceptional job, from initial inspection through installation. New roof looks fabulous, clean-up was thorough (no nails or debris left behind, thank you!), and everything was completed efficiently and at a reasonable price. Definitely a job well done all around.

Tyler came recommended by our insurance company when we moved into a home that required a roof repair. Tyler's professionalism and transparency about what we needed to do to replace our roof was unmatched in comparison to other repair workers we had to deal with on other home projects. They were great to work with and had a 4-5 man crew come out and replace the roof in one day. Pinaire did a great job for us. They will shoot you straight and complete the job at a reasonable price. I noticed water stains on the ceiling in my home in two different areas and called a roofing company recommended to me by a friend. With impending rain in the forecast and no response from the company I reached out to, another friend suggested I give Pinaire Roofing a call. Tyler came to my home which was about a 45 minute drive from where he was, at the end of the day while trying to beat the rain that was heading our way. He treated our leak situation with urgency as if it was his own leak in his own home. He fixed all of our issues that night as the sun was going down on him. He explained everything to us and showed me photos that he took while he was up there. He was so kind, courteous, and professional. I was truly blown away by the level of service he provided for us. We will need a new roof in a few years and there is no doubt in our minds as to who we will call to replace it for us or who we will recommend to our neighbors, friends, and local family.

Tyler made Pinaire an easy choice to complete the work at my home. He was very responsive, came out for a consultation the same week I called and was very thorough with the details of the job. He even put a temporary solution up until the job could be completed. I would definitely call him again.

I had a leaking roof the first company I called them couldn’t find a reason for the leakage. And them advised me replace whole roof. I try called the different company to compare the price, my friend give me Tyler’s phone number.He came the next day and find out the issue and fixed it .And the price was great!Save me lots of money. I would give 10 stars if I could! I had a leaking roof and my insurance home inspector and his roofing expert came out to assess my roof, but couldn’t find a reason for the leakage. We recently called Corey Daniel with Pinaire Roofing to help with a leak we had on our roof. Corey was extremely helpful to diagnose and solve our problem. Nashville has a lot of construction going on and more often than not when you talk to a contractor you either don’t get a call back at or they never follow up. That was not the case with Corey. Right away it was clear Corey cared that the project went well and we were satisfied. He went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. We highly recommend Corey and Pinaire Roofing!

We received Stephen's bid on Monday and he started Wednesday to meet a weather break. This 134 sq apartment project was finished in less than 2 days. Incredibly good experience.

I highly recommend PInaire Roofing. I called this company to my home because I had several shingles missing due to strong winds. I assumed that I would need a new roof due to the amount of shingles missing and the age of my roof. Pinaire was honest and up front with me and said that my roof was in decent condition and just needed the missing shingles replaced. Most companies would have tried to sell me a new roof (like the drive by that I had a few days ago). Pinaire roofing was honest, kept their word, and the price was very reasonable. 5* and I will definitely use them again when needed.

We experienced very efficient and quick service to seal small areas of the roof that were leaking. After calling other roofers who did not even return my calls or come to see the problem, I learned that Pinaire would take on even a very small job. Zach was quick to come to the house and had the problem remedied within a day for a very reasonable price. That is the way to do business, so I highly recommend this company for the large jobs and even the small jobs!

I loved this company! On the first call a guy named zach arrived, and even though it was pouring rain he climbed up on our roof and did a quick patch so it would stop leaking into our house. As soon as they could, their crew arrived and made our roof strong and beautiful! We had a hard time with our mortgage company releasing the funds to pay for the roof. The guys at pinaire roofing waited patiently to be paid. It took almost 3 months before we could pay them the full amount and i am so greatful that they worked with us. As new home owners we were referred to Pinaire Roofing after speaking with several other roofing companies when rain conditions caused moisture in our vaulted ceiling. Steve and his team replaced the roof on our family's 117-year-old building in Springfield, TN. The quality of his work was top-notch, but it was the service that he brought to the relationship and the project that really set him apart from the competition. Given that I live thousands of miles away, it was comforting to know that we had engaged the services of someone with such a high degree of integrity.

Mere days after the project was completed, Springfield was caught in a storm of epic proportions. The new roof did its job marvelously forcing the precipitation to the drain pipes. Unfortunately, the drain pipes (which had not been replaced). were quickly overwhelmed and our tenants suffered water damage and flooding. Even though it wasn't his problem, Steve sent his crews out to assist with mitigation and cleanup late into the evening hours.
