I worked with Keith who was thorough, polite, and answered all of my questions as a first time home buyer. A recall check was included for my appliances and turned up some issues I hadn't thought to check. Came highly rated from both the buyer and seller agent I worked with.
Very thorough! Made sure we understood exactly what he was he doing and what was needed! The report were sent over to us that day! We have used them twice now in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and had great experiences both times!
Prompt responses to any and all requests, very accommodating and professional. We also needed a sewer line inspection and although they do not offer that service, they coordinated with another inspection company that does and saved me all the work. At the inspection, they were very thorough and detailed answering any and all questions we had. Highly recommend!
