I like working with someone that is polite, easy to work with, and takes care of the issue when called. Our roof was placed on 8/2015 and he guaranteed his work for 5 years. He took care of the issue, gave verification of the job completed, and a picture per my request. That is the type of person you love working for you.

No call, no show is what I got. Not once, but twice. After repeated attempts to try and get ahold of someone to find out what's going on, I finally gave up.

I understand if a contractor is too busy to get to me at the moment, but don't blow smoke up my rear end by making commitments that you have no intentions on keeping.

Waiting around for Pierce Roofing And Construction has put me behind schedule on home improvement plans. Thanks for nothing, guys!!
