First time replacing a roof and we can not recommend enough! From start to finish, Jason, and his wife answered any questions and concerns about our roof replacement.

After multiple quotes, we went with Philips Roofing because they were not pushy, told us exactly what we needed, provided a fair price and explained our ventilation issues and how to fix the issues. Trustworthy!

Crew was out bright and early, and everything was done in one day, clean up was perfect.

I could not ask for a better experience dealing with Phillips Residential Roofing. Jason came out to our house and identified exactly what we needed and explained everything thoroughly. Jason and his team were able to replace our roof within hours and did an excellent job of making our roof look great. They also cleaned up so well afterwards that you could not even tell they were there. Furthermore, Jason was very helpful when it came to the contract, he was patient and helped us every step of the way. The best, I was desperate to find a roofer every roofer I called I was turned down, I was getting bats in my home for many, many of years . Stumble upon Phillip roofing , knowing I was going to get turned. Phillip came surprisingly went into my attic to check out my attic vents and found that the screen has be eating off of. He came back to my home and covered the vents up from the outside. I told him how much I appreciated him and his son for doing a great job. He also went an extra mile to cover up my porch vents also. No job to big, no job to small to get the job done, give him a call.

I honesty cannot thank Phillips enough for all they did for us! Couldn't ask for more out of a company. Back story is, we had a section of roof that was previously rotted and poorly patched by a different contractor while the previous owners of the housing were living there. The patch started to leak along with a couple other spots. Called out multiple contractors to get quotes on the whole roof. I decided on Phillips for the following reasons.

For the "too long, didn't read" crowd - Phillips had the best price, best customer service, and the most honesty I could have asked for out of a company

Honesty - not once tried to upsell me on anything or suggest anything I did not need. Made suggestions for repairs that would fix the issues, last a long time, and save me money. Suggested the rest of had a ton of life left, so we decided to only replace the section that was causing issues. Brought any issues that were encountered during work to my attention along with suggestions on how they could be fixed.

Integrity - once the section of our roof we had them replaced was replaced, the next day it rained. I went into the attic just to see if it would leak and there was still a leak. Contacted them and they promptly responded and came back out to the house multiple times, even during storms, to try and figure out where the leak was originating from. Turned out to be our chimney, the cap on top was leaking water down between the siding and the frame of the chimney. They presented me with multiple options on how to fix it. I decided to have them take off the siding on the chimney and replace anything that needed to be replaced along with resealing the cap. Turns out, the plywood was in rough shape and am glad they were willing to do the extra work.

Personal - they made me feel like a person and not just a job number. Any questions I had were promptly answered thoroughly, always took the time to walk me through what was going on when I was being nosey during the job (not micromanaging, just curious to see how it was going)

Flexibility - never pushed me to "hurry up and get it done". All work was based around our schedule and tailored to fit our needs.

Price - FAR better price than any of the other quotes I received. Even with the additional work that the chimney needed.

Owner arrived and checked my roof over. He offered to try to 'fix' some issues but I knew I needed a new roof. He agreed but stated he was trying to save me some money. He proved a great quote and was very responsive to my many questions. Shingle delays and weather caused a late start to the job. Once he was able to get a break in the weather they did a phenomenal job. Complete 2-layee tear off and several sheets of plywood had to be replaced. The new roof looks great. The owner even came back out and installed some extra metal under my gutters to prevent water for going behind them due to their original goofy install. One small piece of wood was left off my house after they were done and I have some ruts in the yard from the dumpster. Great company and very nice to work with.

Jason of Phillips Residential Roofing found the problem with our roof leak. There was mold that had accumulated in our attic and he got rid of the mold and took care of the leaking area of the roof. He did a great job and went beyond what we expected. Highly recommend

Some other roofers in this area act as though they're doing you a favor by even giving you an estimate, but not the case here - very easy to work with and very responsive in communication. Cost conscious, too. Would recommend without hesitation.

The roof of a rental house that I own started leaking in early May, 2020 after a heavy rain. I called Phillip's Residential Roofing and received a fair price proposal to reshingle the roof. The company owner, Jason, arranged to do the work as soon as possible because of the leak. I plan to hire them for another job later this year.

Just had my roof re shingled by Phillips Residential Roofing. These guys were the greatest! I have a large home and two outbuildings. They did a complete tear off and shingle job in 4 days on all buildings, They cleaned up so well it didn't even look like they were here. The roofs all turned out perfect!!!
