Ii would recommend Phillips. I have used their painting service twice. They arrive when they said they would and cleaned up the room when finished. Beautiful job.

Phillips painted the interior of my home. Did an excellent job, professional crew and extremely helpful Project Mngr.! I am very satisfied and absolutely recommend them to everyone needing these services!

This is a repeat of using Phillips Home Improvements. We had them do our last repairs and updates (roof, gutters and outside house painting) in 2015, and was very pleased with them, so we called them solely to replace our roof.

Excellent initial meeting with Dylan, who provided us with a comprehensive evaluation of our painting and outdoor solutions. We were impressed with his knowledge , expertise and passion for a successful customer service solution.

I am always impressed with the prompt, courteous service that Manuel provides. He is very prompt in assessing the situation and when, the problem is corrected, it is always done well.

Awesome experience so far. Company wants your business. Tom came out and gave me a comprehensive quote. Company then sent a second person out, Dylan, to tailor my quote to my exact needs. Certain this company will complete things RIGHT!

I hired Phillips to replace a substantial amount of trim and siding along with painting and some new gutters. Daniel did a great job keeping me informed of the schedule. He addressed and corrected any issues I had quickly. I am very satisfied with the job they did and would recommend them to a friend.

As a licensed realtor who handles dozens of properties a month, I’ve never experienced such a frustrating and unprofessional interaction. I called Phillips Home Improvements to schedule a roof inspection on behalf of one of my clients—who owns multiple properties and simply doesn’t have the time to meet every contractor personally.

Not only did they refuse service just because I wasn’t the literal homeowner (despite being authorized), but the manager I was transferred to was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in customer service skills. It’s mind-blowing to see a business actively turn away paying customers and act like they’re doing you a favor for answering the phone.

If this is how they treat professionals trying to send them business, I can only imagine how they treat actual customers once they’ve been paid. I’ll never refer another client to this company and highly recommend others look elsewhere. Do better.

Thomas was on time for our appointment. He was very knowledgeable and was able to provide us with how the issues we had about our current gutters could be handled. He is very polite and friendly. We have used Phillips Guttering and Painting in the past.

House, gutters, doors and lattice painted- the crew was very good and multiple inspections of each others work! I was truly impressed! Great job!

Great communication. Prep work/ surface cleaning for the project is key to a quality outcome. The option of choosing a high quality Sherwin Williams paint was a great selling part. Team was on time, thorough , detailed and left everything in great order. Team followed up next day to complete two minor touchups on the paint. No surprises, house looks great.

Phillips Painting did a great job on my home! Daniel went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. He had the team come back when I noticed some areas that needed some extra attention and he even added some trim pieces that I had forgotten to request. He made sure I was 100% satisfied with the job before it was conidered "done". I will definitely use Phillips again for my home improvement projects. They are true pros!

I recently had Phillips Home Improvements install new gutters on my home. This was the first time I've used Phillips. It was an excellent experience from the initial call setting up an appointment for a quote to the completion of the installation. They were great at communicating with me throughout the process and managing expectations. I would use them again and would recommend them to friends and family.

Went with Phillips for exterior/interior painting based on the high quality standards and stress free experience they present through their salesman and website, along with their many great reviews. Unfortunately, must have caught them on a bad week as did not find they delivered what they sold. Communication and supervision from project manager was minimal at best. Felt the overall quality of workmanship on the exterior was just average. Interior painting/texuring was very good & satisfactory. However, they did a horrible job on caulking our windows. Even after they made corrections, still left with what we consider a poor caulking job. Overall, was not the stress free experience we had expected, nor the above average quality workmanship they promote.

Great work! They even came out on three separate occasions to reevaluate the job we needed done, because we had to keep adding new elements. Prompt, punctual, and got the job done as quickly as possible.

Ethan did a great job presenting and explaining the services Phillips provides. He has been actively involved with follow-up items, ensuring my paint project will be done promptly. It has been a pleasure working with him; his professionalism gives me high confidence in Phillips Home Improvements.

Very pleased with our recent project. We had the popcorn ceilings scraped, re-textured, and painted. Six rooms painted with four different colors, trim, and doors, and everything looks brand new. Matt and Abiud were great to work with throughout the process. Luis and Diego were a fantastic crew and took great care to protect our furniture and carpet. Phillips Home Improvement sent five men and a woman to paint the ceiling and walls in 4 rooms yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They covered the floor and furniture with care, then primed the walls before applying the paint.The crew was friendly and helpful. And their work came with a two year guarantee. If the paint peels or cracks, all I have to do is give them a call.

I highly recommend Phillips Home Improvement for all your renovation needs! They had done a wonderful job painting some years back, so I knew just who to call when it was time for a new roof. Tom C. has been wonderful … he’s so kind and helpful and explains everything so well. I can’t say enough nice things about him! They are doing my roof and chimney and possibly gutters as well. They are even going to bat for me to get more coverage with my insurance. You can’t ask for more than that!

Phillips did a great job with our chimney and roof repairs. Very satisfied and will use them again, if needed. I would give 4.5 stars only because they replaced a roof turbine, but replaced the wrong one. It still needs to be changed, but with the rough weather we've had recently, I know they will get to it soon.

Thomas our project consultant was so informative and helpful. My plan was to get 3 bids but by the time he was through I KNEW I would be in the best hands and that the work would be top notch. I was sold and the bid was completely fair.

He did not include all the necessary carpentry repairs that we had discussed in the initial estimate, so we were blindsided when the work began and not all expected repairs were being done.

The estimate for repair work was several pages long and worded in such a way that it was hard to understand all the details of what was going to be done.

We were billed additional $ in order to get the necessary repairs completed before painting could begin.

This felt like a bait and switch situation.

In my opinion going forward all pictures taken for work being done need to be include with the estimate to make it easier to determine the actual scope of what has been included in the estimate.

We are currently on our third home project with Phillips Home Improvements and our second with Manuel as our Project Consultant, and we couldn’t be happier. Every experience has been marked by professionalism, clear communication, and high-quality work. Manuel, in particular, is thoughtful, responsive, and truly takes the time to understand our needs and guide us through every step of the process. It’s rare to find a company and a consultant you can trust time and time again, but Phillips and Manuel have earned our confidence. Highly recommend!

Gannon Poston has been great so far with his knowledge and experience to get this painting project up and running, all the guys doing the prep work and painting were very professional, I give them five stars

5 stars for Mark Owen at Phillips Home Improvements for his knowledge, professionalism and patience during our initial consultation regarding many home repairs. He helped us understand our repair needs and their solutions, as well as listened attentively to our concerns (and our venting about previous contractors). Looking forward to the actual repairs and will probably end up reviewing the individual crews as they complete their projects.
Job Completion update review: The roofing crew did a good job, replacing rotted roof decking, missing flashing, ice-and-water- blocking materials, and ruined and missing shingles, in a single day. The carpentry and painting crew rebuilt the entire chimney surround with new materials; power washed all trim, soffits and facia; replaced rotted wood trim and facia around the house with new materials, and painted everything (except the brick), including the front and back doors in the color we chose - in only four days. Both crews arrived on time on the date they said they would and worked all day, every day. All garbage, debris, and left- over materials were hauled away. Both crews were attentive to us and our questions, shared insight with us into the work they were doing and really did a great job on their respective portions of our project. Overall, we are very happy with the work Phillips Home Improvements did on our house and with the end results. We think our particular project rates five stars and would definitely recommend Phillips Home Improvements to anybody looking for quality work.

I’ve had several companies come out to give me quotes on new gutters, Mitchell with Phillips by far seemed the most knowledgeable and experienced. Every other company rep looked at my roof and measured the relevant lengths, Mitchell is the only one who looked at my entire property and considered the grounds natural drainage system when he crafted the gutter setup proposal to help ensure we’re not just slapping gutters and downspouts everywhere but making sure my homes foundation is properly being cared for. Mitchell embodied “professional”, from his demeanor to his knowledge and recommendations. The project hasn’t been scheduled yet so I’m still waiting for the work to be completed, but to this point I’d highly recommend Mitchell and Phillips Home Improvement. Looking forward to the project being completed so I can leave an updated review.

We hired Phillips Home Improvement to paint the outside trim and replace the gutters. The communication throughout the process was top notch and the work was completed promptly and with no issues. They took care to make sure our rain barrels were still functional and the yard was clean after the work was complete. We will definitely recommend them to others.

Manuel gave a detailed estimate for gutter repairs and we have had them do work before they are we’re pleased with.

The quality of workmanship was excellent—commendations to the team who completed the job. They arrived on time and ensured the site was thoroughly cleaned upon completion. However, I did have two concerns regarding the sales process and project management.

First, we issued a deposit check on Tuesday for over $3,500 and were assured—three separate statements—that the check would NOT be deposited until Friday, allowing us time to confirm sufficient funds in our account. Contrary to this agreement, the check was deposited later that same day. While we fortunately had enough funds to cover it, the situation was quite frustrating and disappointing.
Second, and consistent with experiences we've had with other contractors, we were informed partway through the project that an item had been omitted from the original estimate and would require an additional charge. In this case, the project manager stated that it would cost an extra $800. When I expressed concern, he quickly reduced the amount to $400. Upon declining, he then acknowledged it was their oversight and agreed to absorb the cost.

We were very pleased with the team from the beginning to the end. We are already receiving positive responses from our neighbors.

Phillips Home Improvements provides Roof repairs, gutter replacement and external paintings for our home remodeling. Manuel Maldonado is the project consultant. He is knowledgeable, professional, patient, paying attention to details, and friendly. He is very responsive to our questions/clarifications through emails. I will say that it is because of him, a trustworthy person, that we decided to sign up our home improvement project with Phillips!
The workmanship is great, and on time. They keep their commitments! The project lead, Israel Pena, is very responsible; he met with us to walk through the details before the works started and confirm our satisfaction after each job. We are very pleased with the quality of work!

This is the second time in about 10 years that we have chosen Phillips make various repairs on our home. Each time they amaze me with the professionalism of the entire team and the quality of the work performed.

The staff/employees of Phillips are all very knowledgeable and helpful. They showed up on time as per the schedule and had our job done quickly. Our house looks new again. They are probably a little pricier than some other contractors but they did a good job.

Phillips did an outstanding job painting the exterior trim and siding of our home, including several days of carpentry work to replace damaged wood and siding. Their carpenter/painter is very knowledgeable and skillful in doing the repairs and careful and thorough in masking for spray painting an excellent final coat of paint. It’s a FIVE STAR JOB.

We had our house resealed and repainted along with some lumber work done - fixed the chimney and garage side posts. Excellent work by professionals who absolutely knew their craft and did an amazing job. I absolutely recommend Phillips if you need any home improvement projects done.

I recently obtained two quotes on a siding Project for my home. Ethan, My Consultant was very professional and thorough. He did not pressure me even though he knew I was working with another company as well. I chose to go with him because he answered my questions immediately and I was unable to connect with the Consultant from the other company. My project Manager, Francisco and his crew were courteous, professional and answered all of my questions. They completed the job in the timeframe as promised and left the property clean.

Great visit with Thomas of Phillips Home Improvement. Thomas was very thorough and professional. He listened very well to our needs and took his time to understand and provide a solid and detailed estimate.

Great work. The cabinets, woodwork and walls were painted to our exacting specifications. They are not the cheapest but we have used them in the past and are more that satisfied with their work. We are very particular and expected the best possible outcome which they did to ensure we were completely happy with the result. They cleaned up after finishing and went out of their way to make sure that paint dust was adequately removed. Definitely will use them again for future paint projects.

Phillips has done three projects for me. They painted the whole house inside and out, and most recently stained wooden doors, cabinets and trim throughout. The crews doing the work care about quality which makes all the difference, are pleasant to work with and clean up completely. My house is now almost like new!

Phillips Home Improvement removed some drywall in my kitchen then painted the walls and ceiling. They did a great job.

I had some painting and patching done in my parents' house. Excellent job! Francisco was easy to work with and his crew got everything done very quickly. This was especially crucial since we were getting ready to put the house on the market.
