Josh patched a leak (10’ x 4”) 9 months ago, ($1500) I told him I would call him if it leaked. He said it wouldn’t leak. Well now it’s leaking, I called him and he said he would come out. He never showed up. I called him and left messages but he wouldn’t return my call. I thought maybe he was sick, out of the business or something worse could have happened to him. I asked my daughter to call him to see if he would answer and ask if he was still doing roofing. He picked up and told my daughter that he was still in the business. I called him and his father (his # is own this website). Neither would answer. I had to call another roofer and found it was leaking because Josh installed the flashing on top of the shingles where water can run into the brick wall and leak. They want to charge me $1300 to pull the shingles so they can install the flashing correctly, then install the shingles again. Getting this leak repaired is going to cost me a total of $2800, that’s not counting materials. I can’t imagine why he acted that way.
