Crew cleaned the moss off my roof. After they completed the roof, they cleaned up the debri in the gutters and yard. To my surprise they also cleaned they face of the gutters. As a retired construction safety director, I appreciated the fact that they used their safety equipment and were tied off to accomplish their work. Great Job!

Great job! I was extremely impressed at the clean up they did when finishing up the job. I would recommend them.

Had them come out and tarp the portion of our roof that we had stripped. Got an estimate to have them finish the roof. Price was fair and even with the added expense of replacing some of the sheeting, it still came in at a reasonable amount. Financing was quick and easy, and everyone that I dealt with was professional and explained everything.

The Pfeifer crew did an excellent job replacing our shattered skylight. And...the bill came in exactly at the estimate number.

I've been using Pfeifer Roofing for a number of years. They have replaced the roof, and cleaned gutters several times. I find them to be knowledgeable, prompt, efficient, respectful of property, and reasonable in pricing.

These guys that worked to remove moss and to repair gaskets and such did an excellent job. They worked for a solid 8 hours and restored my roof to look like it could last a bit longer so I don’t have to replace it right now. I needed safety anchors installed on my roof quickly because painters were scheduled for Monday. I called this company around noon on Friday, and by 2 PM the roofers had arrived. They completed the installation by 4:30 PM. The team was professional, efficient, and did a great job. I highly recommend this company for their fast response and quality service.

I don't think it's possible to say enough great things about my experience with this company but I'm going to try.

I was given a very clear outline of the project and shown visuals of what to expect with each step, at the initial appointment to get an estimate.

I received a proposal later that day. I was also shown a very thorough contract. I can't begin to stress enough about why this is important. They were very clear to lay out everything they were promising and guaranteeing and everything that could come up and how it would be handled. If you've ever seen People's Court, you know why this is crucial. When I made a decision to change things after the contract was drawn up, they amended the contract. You can't change a written contract verbally. A quality contractor never would. Another green flag.

Everyone I spoke with referenced my file before discussing any details so everyone was always on the same page. From the people sitting in the office to the people on my roof, everyone was really nice.

No one ever tried to scare me into a bigger sale or up-sell me on anything. I get that a lot and I'm sure most people have had at least one encounter with an expert that tries to squeeze you for more $.

Pfeifer Roofing installed an Attic fan for us. They showed up several hours earlier than the scheduled time because they finished the prior job early. Would have been helpful to have had a call when they were on their way to let us know, so we had time to finish the preparations we had to do. All work was done well, they were pleasant to work with and they left the areas they worked in clean. Pfeifer Roofing installed a new roof for us last year and we are very pleased with the roof as well.

Did a great job removing all the moss from the tile roof and when they left they also did a nice job cleaning it all up.

We had a moss issue on our roof, and loved that they remove the moss by hand (to preserve the roof), and performed other little maintenance tasks that they noticed needed attending. Our crew, brothers Eric and Samuel, did an absolute superb job; perhaps ask for them...you will not regret it! :)

Pfeifer installed my roof 25 years ago and their service has been exceptional. Since the installation they have helped with shingles to accommodate a skylight and other remodeling projects. Additionally they helped me secure a quantity of matching shingles when my current style was being discontinued so if I needed a repair it could be made with matching material . Recently they provided roof cleaning and moss protection services and once again exceeded my expectations This is a quality company that I recommend without hesitation

Even with needing extra plywood, the price didn't go too much over the original estimate. The supervisor who was there communicated with me. Pfeifer Roofing put on a new roof for us ten years ago. Our house is shaded so we have on-going issues with moss. The Pfeifer team comes out once a year and does a great job of cleaning the gutters and doing an annual moss treatment. We are very pleased with their service.

The crew the first day was superb. They installed the new skylight cover, cleaned the roof with hand brushing, cleaned out the gutters in prep for the gutter guards the next day. They even cleaned the roof of the shed attached to the garage. The crew the second day was also excellent and completed the work of installing the gutter guards on all levels of the house and garage. I have gotten several compliments from neighbors above how good the roof looks.
