They did not fix outside unit right now it wont shut off. I wrote them a check on Dec 7. I had gotten my back payfor disability so i asumed they wouldget there money. No they didnt they held the check for four months, aren’t they incompetent lost a check so four months later they just decided to go go ahead and send it through the bank without any kind of notification of course I didn’t have the money for it so it made a bad check bounce cost me $20. I did it the second time cost me another $20. They didn’t send me no letters no notifications I would not recommend them to a dog now they say I still owe them the money I paid them. It’s not my fault they’re incompetence or corporate or whoever lost my check the money was in there when I wrote it. I don’t think that I should have to pay the money back. It’s their fault. They lost the check, not mine.

Arrived at my father-in-law's house on January 13, 2024 one of the coldest days Kirksville had had recently only to find that his furnace was not working. Immediately call Peter's Heating and Cooling, because they had serviced it before. A technician arrived within the hour and diagnosed the issue. Said a new furnace was needed. Said he would take the measurements and pictures and someone from sales would be in contact. He also recommended that we open cabinets and place space heaters around to keep the pipes from freezing. Also, said it could take a week or two. Nine days later we still hadn't heard from anyone so my wife called in. Was told a quote was mailed and a phone message was left. We have USPS informed delivery and there is still nothing in the mail. Her phone does not show any voicemails or missed calls from them. Due to the weather Kirksville had been having I find it disappointing that there was no follow-up. I feel that they were too busy to care if the furnace got replaced because they had more than they could deal with.

Furnace went out one night in January which happened to be one of the coldest in years. I called Peter's 1st thing in the morning and they said they would send someone out ASAP. Shortly after Todd showed up. He came in diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in 30 minutes. Todd was polite and definitely knew what he was doing. Very happy with our experience with Peter's and especially Todd.
