This company did a "roof tune up" on my 18yo flat roof which was already leaking. I went up on it after they were done and was very pleasantly surprised at the thorough and professional job they did. They showed up when scheduled and did not make a mess. I am confident I will have no more leaks very a very long time.

Pete, Jaime, and the entire crew were fabulous. They repaired my roof (that several roofers had said it needed total replacement) and I haven’t had a problem since. They did their work for me in 2022.

At the end of 2018 Phelan Roofing installed a new roof on my house. The first day of work it rained inside my house they didn't cover anything. Lots of damage day one. The next rain there was leaking behind my cabinets in my closet. When it rains I hear drips but don't know where from inside the walls. My ceiling is all cracked, stained, bubbled, unleveling, plaster is falling from the ceiling, the skylights were the wrong size, the parapets are angled in an upward position. When it rains it settles on the roof. There is so much damage including mold. They refuse to admit the damage that they caused. Please get other estimates before hiring this company or you may end up in the same mess I am dealing with right now.
