My roof is the greatest! Actually had one half done, then the other. My roof was leaking around the chimney (8 foot wide). They installed a cricket so the water would run off and around the chimney. To perfection I might add! Wonderful job, the employees were the best!

We are vary happy with our new roof. We did lots of bids before picking Perrenoud to do the roof. We were not the most trusting. But when perrenoud left after the bid we just knew they were the ones to do the job. They did not disappoint. They knew we were concerned and they went beyond 5 stars. They gave us a great roof at a fair price. They were not the highest price and they weren't the lowest. Our experence with Perrenoud was fair ,respectable and trust worthy. We highly recommend.

We recently had a full roof replacement completed and are very happy with the result. The roof is beautiful and the work was done in an organized, efficient manner. The clean up was also very thorough. We would like to recognize our estimator, Tyler for his assistance and especially roofers Ishmael and his crew. They were hard-working and very nice, polite young men.

I had them come out to do an assessment of our roof. Tyler came out and said that the roof looks good and should be able to get a few more years out of it.

When my garage doors went 'kaput' a couple of months ago, I immediately contacted Steve since he had provided valuable help to me in the past. Steve did a very professional and thorough job diagnosing the problem and replacing my garage doors. And he took extra time to explain how to operate them. They have worked flawlessly ever since. I highly recommend Steve if you need garage doors! There is no substitute for experience!

My wife and I were disappointed with the roofing and gutters installed. After reroof done the vent above stove had nails and sawdust that reached to the stove plus when wind blew a loud sound came from vent. The second person to look at the problem said first thing”we didn’t do this. It is not our responsibility “ They tried fixing it to no success until they replace vent. Then gutters were installed. First wind it sounded like helicopter over our house, it was gutter vibration, luckily an easy fix.they did not tell us to repaint under gutter- paint unknowingly peeled. Their response I should have known that- it wasn’t their job to tell us that. I refused to pay until job done because they wanted payment before items fixed. Also there was a lot of sawdust in garage. What else? Today I was told flashing installed wrong, so have to fix it. A one rating is not appropriate- zero is more like it.

I had a great/epic experience with Perrenoud Roofing. Steve was above and beyond helping me with my garage door. When I called, he was so kind and was at my house within 30 min. The service was quick, and the billing was transparent. I have no doubt that I will come back again. I have peace of mind and that is priceless!

We had Perrenoud install garage doors on a few of our homes. The installation was equally as poor as the product. The doors do not close properly and are not square with the frame. We asked that they come fix them but received no response. We asked that they just come take them back and again received no response until we received a summons from their attorney. We fully intend to fight it and expect to win however, it would be much nicer if they would just come take their low quality product back.

Keven Edwards provided great insight to getting our roof and gutters repaired after the August 2022 hail event - he promptly provided a quote, work started and ended on time, was finished with excellent quality, and the whole job site was picked up and spotless after the work was completed. Steve with Perrenoud Roofing did a fantastic job repairing my old garage door. The door was in desperate need of updating and had recently broken. Steve replaced the old tension springs and installed a new torsion spring which makes the door quieter and much smoother to operate. I would highly recommend Perrenoud Roofing for your garage door needs, repairs, or new installation. Just a great experience from start to finish.

Keven Edwards came out and explained everything to us. He also handled the insurance company communication like a champ. Keven got our project scheduled quickly and efficiently and we ended up with a new beautiful roof, rain gutters and garage door. Steve, the garage door installer, did a fantastic job. The rain gutters install was great too but that happened when I wasn't home so don't know who to praise. All-in-all, I highly recommend Perrenoud Roofing. They are local and I think that's very important because we've had so many storm chasers from out of state since the storm. Once a project is complete, they are gone, never to be seen again. We had hail damage from the storm last year and had Perrenoud fix our roof and replace our gutters. We worked with Keven and he was great and easy to work with! We had one issue with our gutters and they came the next day to fix it. They also helped us by working with our insurance to have a couple of things covered that the insurance initially didn’t want to cover. Thank you!

I was one of many people in the Spokane area impacted by the August 11th, 2022, hailstorm.

I reached out to Perrenoud roofing to go over removing and replacing my garage roof and my 24 x 36 metal building roof.
Kevin Edwards met with me and discussed the options available and timeline for repairs.

Kevin was attentive to my needs and concerns. I was not pressured into making decisions that I was not comfortable with. Kevin was responsive during the whole process and even beyond when I needed help with insurance questions and mortgage company follow-up.

When the weather broke and the crew was able to begin work Jan. 23rd, they were able to remove the damaged roofs and replace them within the week.

I do not have anything negative to say about the crew of 4 who began work Jan. 23rd and were finished by Friday the same week.

They had to sweep snow from the roofs on two days before beginning work, and cleaned up the area before they left the site for good.

The nails and screws left behind were mainly hidden by snowbanks, and a supervisor came back twice on his own to recheck the finished product. On his last visit he invited me to call them when the snow melted, and they would come back out and pick up any nails/screws that may still be on the ground.

I chose Perrenoud roofing to support a local business and also based on recommendations from my cousin who had used them for a roofing project.

Pre-Install Experience
Steve came out to provide a gutter quote. He asked all the right questions and provided a quote promptly. The quote was fair with no "sign today" gimmicks. Their seamless gutter stock is of good quality/thickness. His suggestions for running the down spouts were an improvement on what I had planned.

Cold weather cause my garage door to freeze to the ground. While opening the door the cable had broke I thought. The owner was able to have someone come over and look at it and determine that the cable had just come loose. He repaired and fixed the door.
Happy to have a garage door that works again. We wanted to say thank you to Nathan and his workers for working so hard on our garage.

After a windstorm, I contacted 3 roofing companies. 2 got back to me, but only Perrenoud actually followed up on communications continuously. Perrenoud Roofing just completed a total and complete replacement of the roof on my home. The old roofing materials were removed, and a new roof was installed, along with new vent covers and roof edging.
I am just amazed at the high quality of the Perrenoud team and the professional installation, cleanup, and attention to detail that was exhibited throughout the entire process from the initial bid to the final follow up.

I did much research prior to asking for bids from several roofing contractors, and Perrenoud was recommended by several friends. Their bid was very competitive, and now that the new roof has been installed, the EXTREMELY high quality of their work and roofing materials is evident everywhere!

Our roof had to be completely replaced after a wind storm and after receiving 3 quotes, we chose Perrenoud. My wife's boss used them for his own house so we trusted the recommendation, and they also somehow we're the lowest quote - with the highest being twice as much as their quote.

They did an amazing job, with great customer service, and as a business did everything they should for a customer. No complaints, and the salesman Keven helped us with not only choices but with insurance every step of the way.

Definitely recommend.

If I can give minus five stars I would. Very very disappointing. I ask them to repair my deck roof leak especially at the joint with the house main roof. I paid $3600 for repair with 10 yrs warranty.
They were back within days for same leak. The junction continue to leak and the company made several attempts and failed. They end up made temporary repair by laying temporary tarp and that stops the leak and advised me for whole house roof replacement or spend another $3600 to stop the leak. In the mean time I try contact another roof company to look at the situations they gave me estimate $700 to repair. They remove the tarp and spend 3 hrs and the leak has stopped ln just one trip. I feel I have been taken all these time. I think they owe me some refund for their mistake. The company had contacted me about the survey trying to clarify matters. I was told They may refund me some money. I expect them to do that. If they don't I will consult my attorney and contact local BBB here in Spokane. Here is my advise to all of you get at least 3 estimates and never ever trust one company.

Very disappointing service. I have a simple repair to my roof they have made at least 8 trips to fix it. They could not and at the end they charge me more money and still did not fix it. It is also my mistake not checking and get more estimate because I trust them. The took advantage of my trust. Do not use their services. Get at least 3-4 bits. These days you just cannot trust people based of faith value. I hire a very small company they make one trip and fix the leak and I only pay them $700 compare to this company charging me several thousands more. If I can give them minus stars I will. They also talking me into new roof even though there is nothing wrong with mine. The estimate is about 35 % more than competitors. I still have my old roof that will last about 8 yrs more.
I am glad I found new company to deal with. So folks do your research
get at least 3 estimates. I intend to report this matter to our local BBB

We had heard many great things about Perrenoud Roofing, and when we decided it was time to replace our 30 year old roof we contacted them for a quote. It came in at a very reasonable price, and we also elected to get our badly deteriorated fascia and gutters replaced.

They did a gorgeous job! We were concerned about damage to our extensive shrubbery next to the house, but they were exceedingly careful. Their crews are professional, meticulous, and did an excellent cleanup when the installation was complete.

We were so pleased with Perrenoud that we also had them install a new garage door, which turned out great!

I was recommended this company for a roofing repair. Scheduled an appt. with a contractor , took time off work, and did my part to get an estimate. No call, no show, no apology. And then the contractor had the nerve to put blame on me when I called a week later to give them another shot at my business. Customer service is a 0☆ I definitely would not recommend them! ! ! Very disappointed.

They stayed until almost 8:30 at night with no communication, and told us they had a meeting in the morning but would be at our house by 9am at the latest, they did not show up until 2pm and when asked why they did not give a real explanation. At one point they were also gone for upwards of 2 hours after arriving late without saying a thing to us at all.

Edit: we were told after they finished the roof that the guys to do the gutters would be there the next day, and they have still not arrived and we have not heard anything from them or about them coming to do the gutters.

We decided it was time to get a new roof, got 3 estimates and decided to go with Perrenoud based on the 3zcellent review we had read. Keven Edwards gave me an estimate on the spot and explained the steps that would be taken to put on the new roof. They even do gutters so were able to have one replaced. Very professional and they make sure you are happy with the job. Would definitely recommend then to anyone. They did an excellent job.

Our roof needed to be replaced and we called a bunch of companies in the Spokane area. Perrenoud's estimate for a complete roof replacement was significantly lower than the competition to the point where I called Keven, who is the estimator, just to double check if they were planning to do the same job the other companies were charging significantly more to do. In the end, we chose Perrenoud and we have no regrets. They were were punctual and professional and the value of their work is unbeatable. I highly recommend this company.

Could not have been happier with the job they did. They were the least expensive by a long shot. The workers were fast and completely cleaned up the job site afterwards. They even were able to do roofing repairs on other structures that weren't getting a new roof. Will call them first next time!

By far one of the best experiences we’ve had working with a contractor. The hardest part was selecting a shingle color, but Joe, the sales manager, had some great recommendations and gave us ample time to make a decision. Very hard working crew and work was completed on time and looks great!

The roofing crew was wonderful. They were very conscientious and meticulous about their work, thoroughly answering any questions I had about the process. They showed up every day at the time they said they would, worked very hard and put in long hours to get the job completed in a timely manner. After completion they did a thorough clean up of the area. Prior to the contract being signed Joe, the sales manager, discussed the materials we decided to use and made sure I understood the process of getting a new roof. He's a great salesman! I'm basing this solely on the quote process and not work completed. I called Perrenoud to come give an evaluation of our roof. I let them know ahead of time that I worked from home and it would be best if they first went up on the roof, then they chatted with me about the results (rather than thier normal process they said was to chat with me about the roof, going on the roof, then chatting with me again about the results). When they showed up they knocked and called me before reviewing the roof. I didn't answer the door as i was working, but I did answer the call and let them know I needed an evaluation (even though I told them that before). They didn't knock or call after reviewing the roof like they said they would so I called them. They said the roof was fine and just needed a cleaning... the roof has multiple soft spots on it (hence why we were calling companies to get an evaluation). The soffits are rotting (we assume because of the roof, but that's why we called a roofing company). Other companies pointed out all these issues when they evaluated it so I'm surprised Perrenoud didn't, it's almost like they didn't go on the roof.

Excellent job. We couldn't get anyone to give us an estimate to reroof our modular home. Met Joe Gibson at the Home Show last year and he came out the next day and gave us an estimate on both a metal roof and a composite roof. Very fair pricing on both. We agreed on terms and scheduled the job. We had a family emergency and had to reschedule for this year. No problem with the change. Alex and his partner showed up on Friday March 16th and got with the program. Those two men finished up on Saturday March 17th by supper time. It started raining as they were loading the truck but they still took the time cover the yard with a magnetic broom to pick up any staples or nails. A very professional job and extremely cordial to deal with. Francisco the crew lead came out on Monday March 19th and actually inspected the quality of work performed. He even ensured that the shingles had six nails in each one and that the ridge cap was correctly installed. Great company. These are the people call to get the job done right. They didn't even mind answering all the questions this old retired guy asked. Thanks to the Joe Gibson, Francisco, Alex and his partner for the great work they performed.

We are exceptionally impressed with Perrenoud Roofing. They were very prompt in responding to our query about our roof. We set up an appointment to have it looked at and Joe Gipson (their sales manager) showed up on time. And, much to our delight, Joe said that the roof (shingles) were in great shape! Instead of trying to sell us what wasn’t needed, Joe let us know that the only things that would benefit by being replaced were our vents (which we suspect since the old plastic covers are cracked!). Our 20 year old roof suffered damage after a wind storm and needed to be replaced. I though we would have to pay for it, but after talking to Kevin, he said our insurance should cover most of it. Kevin meet with the insurance adjuster and it was covered in full minus our deductible. Kevin is great at communicating and explaining the process. The crew removing and installing did a great job. We had a leaky skylight that stumped me for over two years. I self-diagnose and did repairs on my own, without success. We had two roofing firms assess the problem and provide quotes. Kevin of Perrenoud submitted his solution and quote, which included replacing the two Velux skylights. His quote was less expensive than the competitor, who had not recommended the replacement of the skylights. The work was completed within the timeline and quote promised. Problem solved! We are very happy with Perrenoud’s performance.

I personally reroofed my roof 35 plus years ago, so I am not naive to roofing. Perrenoud Roofing did way more than I expected at no extra cost. I thought that I would have to flag all my sprinkler heads but Perrenoud Roofing does not drive on your lawn. The job was finished sooner than I expected and clean up was excellent. I received 3 quotes for the job and they were substantially less than the other two. I would definitely recommend Perrennoud Roofing for any roofing project.

We had a NEW Roof put on by another Company, 1st winter with the new roof it leaked! They sent out a under qualified handyman to fix it. We decided to use Perrenoud to do the fix. Initially we contacted Perrenoud Roofing (Nathan) to discuss repair options for our 25 year old shingle roof and aluminum awning. Nathan was very thorough in giving us options to consider; repair work versus a new roof and proper flashing for our awning. They replaced plywood sheeting that had some moisture damage, replaced a skylight window, and also reroofed our small garden shed to match the main house in 2 days. Perrenoud Roofing did a great job installing the roof and gutters on our new home! The communication with our contractor was great and the work was done on time. I recommend them to anyone needing a roofing contractor.

Perrenoud was great to work with and produced a top quality product. Our roof and rain gutters are beautiful. The crew was professional and awesome to deal with. Definitely recommended!

Update 6-1-18: If you want to really get an idea of the integrity of this company, take a look at the flood of five star reviews 3-4 months ago. This was just after I posted my original review and the owner questioned if I was a real person (He has since removed that question presumably because this update made him look an idiot). The company was at just under 2 stars overall at the time. Almost all of these new reviews are first time contributors... Wonder if Mr. Owner sees the irony in questioning if I'm real while purchasing fake reviews?

Bad employees, purchased google reviews, because the real reviews were terrible... As mentioned previously, find someone else or you'll wish you had.
