Paul and his staff re-sided 11 of our 45 year old buidings under very difficult circumstances last year.
He helped us select LP Smart Side and guided our process to select a color combination - and new address plaques - that refreshes our unique set of buildings for the next 50 years.
As agreed at completion of the project last year Paul and his staff will be responding to fix any small nits that our 43 owners may identify based on six months of living with our new siding.

Paul and his crew were great! They remodeled my bathrooms which were drab and outdated. Now my bathrooms look like spas! Paul was very helpful in advising me on the designs. He stopped by daily to ensure all was going well. I'm now having them build a 3 season addition to my house. I've been ripped off by 3 contractors, but not by Perkins. They did excellent high quality work. So nice to find a company that is reliable and follows through with the work. I can't say enough about Paul and his crew except thank you!! Neighbors tree fell on my roof in 2019. 4 holes in the roof, pulled off siding, smashed deck and out buildings, etc.....over $40,000 insurance claim.
I reached out to Paul just over a year after completion because my walls were weeping. He told me "ice damns". I replied, I never had that problem before AND its a NEW roof.....fast forward to now. After multiple calls to him and one attempt by him to "push insulation around" my walls are still dripping. A new contractor came out. Paul's team covered the roof vents with insulation. Also there is only 4-7" of insulation in the attic. Paul tells me it's MY responsibility to insulate. According to State Farm, my policy and the law...Paul is required to bring it up to code (which he failed to do) . Now I need more insulation and damage to my drywall that needs repair. Insurance company says it is too late to reopen a claim. Paul does not stand by his work. I have been in communication with him from the day the problem first happened. He is very disrespectful and rude (your employee embezzling in NOT my problem) and REFUSED to fix the attic insulation and venting!!! Now I have to pay out of pocket for someone to fix his mistake!! Yet the BBB shows they have a 'Life time" warranty on labor...yeah right!

I need to point out that when I moved into the home in 2014, up until 2019 when the damage occurred I NEVER EVER had weeping walls, so even if I didn't have a "code" rider on my insurance Paul DID NOT return my roof and attic to previous conditions prior to him "FIXING" it. SO NO, Paul did NOT tell me from the beginning (as he claims) that their was inadequate insulation. CLEARLY there was enough prior to the damage since this is a new problem. Its obvious to me that when Paul removed the soaking wet insulation from the storm that he never properly reinsulated it. Also the vent coming out of the roof was not sealed AND apparently the wrong size attic vents were used....all things that I now have to pay out of pocket to fix. The problems I am having now are DIRECTLY related to Paul's inability to repair the roof and attic properly and he should in good faith repair it to specifications and the customers satisfaction. After all according to their brochure they have a "Life time labor warranty". Lets see what the BBB says.
Hey Paul, PM me and I'll send you the pictures the contractor took in my attic of the moisture soaked beams and insulation covering the soffits as well as the unsealed vent on the roof (which is letting moisture in.....)

Perkins completed a full exterior remodel of our home, including siding, a new roof, soffit, fascia and gutters. The team was always professional, timely and cleaned up after each day on the job. There were a few punchlist items that needed addressed after the project was complete. Paul and team were very responsive with any open item and insisted that I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend Perkins.

Paul and his crew knocked it out of the park again!

My dad had a serious fall last year and had an extended stay in a local rehab facility. During that time it was evaluated his home was unfit for him to return to and live safely on his own.
I reached out to Paul and he came up with an excellent safer floor plan. The bathroom was completely remodeled allowing room for wheel chair access to shower and utilities. All downstairs flooring was replaced and all entryways opened up for wheelchair access. A back room that was previously used for storage was converted to a fully functional laundry room.

I am grateful to Paul and his team for knocking this out so quickly, efficiently, and professionally. My Dad is back home, comfortable, and happy with the improvements. Thank you Paul, I knew I could count on you again.

Replaced 23 windows, including large picture and clear story windows, replaced 3 exterior doors, storm doors and patio door. Work completed met all expectations, crew was very professional, answered all questions, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Highly recommend.

We needed a whole new roof and Perkins Exteriors did a wonderful job! High quality products and great service. Our roof was leaking into an interior wall and they replaced the roof in one day within one week of our calling them. They left the yard spotless with no damage to any landscaping. We felt we were dealing with exceptionally honest and upfront company. I would highly recommend this company and hope to have them back for some remodeling.
