We interviewed a few contractors for our roof replacement and this roofing company in Lake Villa stood out to us. They answered questions confidently and gave us a detailed quote, but what was great about them was that they were always easy to get a hold of and they were a joy to speak with. Their work was excellent, giving us exactly the roof we were hoping for.

As our roof was getting worse and worse, we knew that we were going to need a contractor as soon as possible. We are based out of Lake Villa so our home isn’t the newest in the area. After looking for several contractors online we decided to give this company a call. They were very nice and genuine over the phone as well as in person. The team came in and helped us with our roofing issues by giving us the right solutions. We felt that they were honest and upfront the whole time. I feel that finding quality contractor is hard, but these guys really did an amazing job!

Ted Z., owner of the company did some flat roof repair work for me . One metal flange was installed crooked and there was tar all over the white part of the gutters he installed. He will not honor the 10 year labor warranty, and refuses to come out and fix the problems. Work done in 2019. Hire him at your own risk.

I am so grateful that I’ve found TZ roofing company. Used them a few times for minor repairs, leaks and roof renovation. They’ve been patient and professional in every aspect of their work. Leaks returned last season so they came back to update their original job. Very nice of them. They did a fantastic job replacing completely part of my roof, and they were really patient with me. All of it at a decent price. I’d recommend them highly, seem to be one of the best roofing companies in the area.

I’ve always been a little leery of roofing contractors as I’ve had some bad experiences in the past, but the contractors from this company have proved me wrong. They were friendly. They returned calls promptly. They arrived when they said they would. They got the job done well within the estimated time frame. They cleaned up my yard when they left. Honestly, the entire process went so smoothly that I barely realized it had happened! If you need a roofing contractor, contact this company. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

After a recent storm, I found several shingles from my roof on my front lawn. I knew it was about time for a roof replacement so I started asking around about roofing companies Chicago friends of mine could recommend. I am so happy I took their advice. This company was amazing. They were easy to communicate with, which is always a plus. They were extremely friendly when they came out to give me my quote—and they offered a great rate to boot! Best roofers I have ever worked with!
