We had a fantastic experience with Integrity Home Exterior Designs. From the initial quoting, throughout the process and even the follow up post job - we felt like Josh had our best interest in mind. He explained everything so we could understand it, he worked with us to make any choices we needed to make, and the crew that did our roof installation was equally good. Josh is great. While what we needed done was minimal, he was honest about the condition of our roof. Not many people will tell you your roof is in good shape and you have a few more years out of it. Josh fixed what needed to be fixed and it ended up costing us less than what was quoted. I will make sure to not lose this number and pass his name along to anyone looking for a roofer.

Josh is incredibly competent.His background and experience gives him knowledge far beyond any other contractor.Further, he is detail oriented and passionate about his work.
Josh and his employees are easy to work with: at all times they were respectful and polite.Moreover, Josh is easy to get a hold of and in fact, would call me reporting status without being prompted!
Reliable? You bet! Josh and Integrity always did what was promised and showed up on time.I never had to chase them down because of a no show. On the rare occasion wherein the press of other matters caused a slight delay, I always got a phone call explaining the situation and telling me when they would arrive.
Josh is extremely patient.It is my nature to ask a lot of questions(I am a retired attorney).Josh always answered all my questions.
The material Josh and Integrity use is first rate and I received lots of choices.
Whether your project is covered by insurance or not you should hire Integrity for all the above reasons.Our matter was covered by insurance.The insurance company was being extremely stubborn and unreasonable before we hired Integrity.Josh moved mountains and got the insurance company to pay tons more than the original offer.Please note that Josh is a public adjuster in addition to being a contractor.I believe that fact carried a lot of weight with the insurance company
Finally, the clean up after the job was terrific.What more can you ask?

Joshua Fischer with Integrity was amazing working with my Ins. Co. . He advocated for me with my ins. co. and was able to get ( and not only) my roof but siding and gutters. He is very knowledgeable as an Insurance adjuster. And his crew that works with Integrity is fast to get the job done. Josh lets you know when the job will start and they are there and they work hard all day long. Thank you to all the workers that make Integrity the best. As a first time homeowner going through an insurance claim, I was totally lost and not sure what the best route to take would be. We had storm chasers knocking on our door for weeks and promising us the best with little evidence to support. I called my dad and asked him what to do. I'm so grateful that he recommended Integrity! Working with Josh made us feel so taken care of, even with all the curveballs that our claim and house evidently had. My wife and I were very wary of all of the promises and paperwork from the insurance company but Josh explained everything in a very detailed and comprehendible way so we knew exactly what we were getting. I could not be happier with the way our home exterior looks as well! It feels like a total upgrade from before and we have Josh to thank for that! His knowledge in the industry is priceless. We absolutely will use Integrity in the future and highly recommend to anyone else out there who needs work on their house, especially if you are working with insurance!

Needed a new roof. I was not looking forward to it. We got 3 estimates all were pretty close in price. We decide to go with Integrity Home Exterior, out of Ingleside. They came bright and early Saturday morning ( we had trouble getting the permit as it was close to Memorial Day). The plan was to tear off and replace boards then come back Monday and finish. They were hustling so hard they asked if they could just finish. YES!. Left at 8:30 p.m. They did an awesome job of clean up and were respectful of my landscape. Highly recommend. We love our new roof.

Josh was awesome from start to finish. We were having problems with other contractors not following through with our insurance company. Josh stepped in and picked up the ball and took off with it. He handled things with the insurance company, permits with the city and the HOA, arranged the removal and reinstallation of our solar panels, and kept me in the loop from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I was all because of Josh and his amazing company and crew. I would highly recommend Integrity to anyone needing roofing services or repair.

I would recommend Integrity Home to everyone. Josh was a professional at all times and explained in detail every step of the way on the process and progress of the roof replacement. He kept his word on not having any surprises at the end and keeping communication open and often throughout. He was very easy to get a hold of and his scheduling was very accurate. The replacement took one day and they cleaned up well after. He was patient and understanding with us not knowing the insurance process and helped us through it as well.
