If it's not a big job they won't help you.

Called and scheduled an appointment only to receive a call back the day before canceling because "They are too busy and this job isn't big enough"

Edit: Ah yes, the old "Blame it on the consumer" routine and expect a glowing review. If you can't help someone tell them that immediately, not less than 24 hours before after they have made necessary arrangements to make the appointment work.

Had you actually come to the appointment your company set up you would have realized that this "Spring" I was planning on a full roof replacement as well as new siding for my home and detached garage. A job that most people plan ahead for.

I am sorry I ever chose this place to repair my roof and siding. Although the workers were great the owner and John, the salesman were HORRIBLE. Here are the issues with them:\

It took them over 3 weeks to start the job
There were multiple issues with the final work
They did not paint the entire kitchen or back hall
Roof shingles were sticking out on the roof
The front door kick plate was damaged, removed and not replaced
They moved a camper on my drive way and still hasnt returned it to it's
proper place
The large garbage removal dumpster was left right next to my house for
over a month creating large tire marks on my lawn

The most disturbing thing is when I called the owner to move the camper he began to scream at me, call me horrible names, threatened me with killing me. I have never experienced a company do that before. He wanted his final payment which I have placed on the window of my storm door. He will not get the additional payment that was billed in addition to the insurance checks until I am satisfied that all issues are taken care of.

I am disabled and care of my 92 year old mother. For Paul Perkins to threaten me and my mom is totally UNACCEPTABLE. DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY.

When I held back the last payment until the issues were resolved, the sales man first called and threatened to put a lean on my house. Even though it was a ridiculous threat, it was a threat none the less.

The Kenosha County Sheriff just left my house. He has Paul Perkins has just been reported and will be restrained from coming to my home due to the death threat he gave me.

Awful experience working with Paul Perkins. We have been dealing with multiple roof leaks on a brand new roof. Paul refuses to pay for damages in the interior of the home. All communications are documented. Text admitting fault & promises to rectify then retracted, photos, ect. This has been going on for over 1 year & just want this to be over.

The owner was great to work with. We a an issue pop up with our new patio door installation and with a contractor we got through Home Depot. The Home Depot contractor noticed a problem with the wood underneath the old door and said he would not be able to repair the rim joist. He left us high and dry. Perkins All Star Exteriors and Construction came through and really went above and beyond to fit us in their busy schedule that week. The crew was very friendly and they had the rim joist repaired and the new door installed in a day and a half. It looks and works great! I highly recommend them. I'm definitely going to keep them in mind for my next project.

The Perkins guys start to finish were courteous, thorough, and very reasonable for the job. Installation was fast, and the installers did a great job cleaning up when they finished everyday. I highly recommend this group for roofing.

Great family owned business! They did a basement remodel for us and did a fantastic job. Paul Perkins worked with us every step of the way and even stayed in contact while on a vacation. His crew was clean and professional. Job was done on time and Paul worked hard to keep it on budget even through some changes we made in the process.
