We recently had two major projects completed by PR: an interior reconstruction after a flood and an exterior sunroom.

We are very pleased with all of the work done for us as well as the quick communication and turnaround time. The crews who did the work for us had quality craftsmanship and were very friendly / easy to work with. Our projects were managed by Brett Goldberg, who was always quick to answer or help us out with something (especially complicated as we were dealing with insurance for one project and a complicated county permitting process for the other).

Perimeter Remodeling did a great job remodeling our deck. Ryan Waid handled our job. He was amazing to work with on our project. He delivered all that he promised. They were on time and delivered quality work. Pricing was very reasonable, Highly recommend Ryan and his team.

The final bannister project was absolutely beautiful! The timeline was fast and the crew was nice. The price was affordable and I highly recommend.

Perimeter Remodeling did a fantastic job replacing my deck. Brett was very responsive upon my first call; came out within a few days to provide a fair estimate; was very courteous and professional; showed pictures of, and discussed, all my options; and readily provided proof of insurance, licensure and other documentation. Due to my tight schedule, Perimeter was able to get the crew out to begin within a short time frame. The crew removed my old deck, carted it off, and replaced it with an absolutely beautiful deck within three days. I highly recommend Perimeter for this and other home projects. It was a great experience and even better finished product.

I deeply regret hiring Perimeter Remodeling for my home project. Here’s why:

Unethical Billing Practices: They provided a contractual bid, but just before work was to begin, they added $3,500 to the bill, citing an "incorrect bid." I was on vacation at the time and reluctantly paid the additional amount over the phone, on the condition they send me an updated contract reflecting the change. Despite repeated requests, I never received this baseline change request or any updated documentation.

Poor Workmanship: They painted my cedar wood roof with white paint using a spray gun and didn’t bother to clean up the mess. Furthermore, they installed a window that didn’t lock—a clear safety and functionality issue.

Broken Promises: For over 1.5 years, they promised to fix the issues. I held off on leaving a review in hopes they’d make things right. They never did.

I am a single woman, and their behavior felt like a deliberate attempt to take advantage of me. While they may have many glowing 5-star reviews, my experience has been the opposite. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I ended up hiring someone else to fix the issues.

Beware of this company. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, look elsewhere.

This was truly one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor. It started with phone call to Greg ( salesman ) who came to my house and helped me design the deck we wanted. I'm telling you these guys are first class all the way. My deck is so sturdy that it doesn't move, squeak or nothing. All the workers were very professional and I even learned alot and I work in building materials. When Greg comes out to do your estimate, it will be thorough and completely honest with no hidden fees. Whatever he quotes you, I promise it's worth it for the quality of work. They stand behind there services and I look forward to the next project we will have them to do. Make sure you tell Greg everything you want so you can get an accurate qoute. He very knowledgeable and approachable from beginning to end.

We had an outstanding experience with Perimeter Remodeling from start to finish. From our initial conversation with Ryan Wiad, the pre-planning meeting with the crew and the final inspection, every step of the process was smooth and professional. This project exceeded our expectations!

I’m a 34-year-old professional with over a decade of experience managing contracts and territories for Home Depot and Lowe's.

When I purchased my new home, I reached out to Perimeter Remodeling because my girlfriend was impressed with their previous work. A design consultant named Brett Goldenberg scheduled a meeting to discuss my project, which involved replacing the rotting floorboards on my patio. Brett quoted me over $10,000 for the job. Although I thought the price was steep, I was eager to proceed, especially with my birthday approaching. I signed the contract during our first meeting, emphasizing that I had a strict work schedule and needed to stick to our agreed communication timeline.

However, Brett called me a week early while I was at work, despite my clear request to talk on the agreed date of October 28th. I politely informed him that I couldn’t talk at that moment. When the 28th arrived, he called again during my work hours, and I felt increasingly disrespected as I had already withdrawn money from my 401k to fund this project. Frustrated, I decided to block his number after he called me again while I was working.

To make matters worse, Brett showed up unannounced at my home, making my girlfriend uncomfortable and causing her to call me in distress. At home, she was with my mentally disabled brother, and this situation reinforced my decision to not allow anyone into my home when I’m not present.

When I tried to confront Brett about his unprofessional behavior, including his unexpected visit and continued calls during my work hours, he abruptly hung up on me.

Given my experience, I would never recommend this company. I strongly advise against allowing them into your home, especially if your loved ones are present.

I am very pleased with the outcome of my sunroom completed by Perimeter Remodeling. It was a pleasant experience with all those involved in working on my project. They were professional, knowledgeable and attentive to any questions or concerns that I had. Thank you for a job well done!!

We are very happy with our new deck and screened in porch. Our old deck had steps that blocked our views from inside. Perimeter rebuilt our old deck, added a screened in porch and relocated the steps off to the side. They did a great job and their pricing was fair.

Very impressed with the work done by the Perimeter Remodeling team. Ryan Waid was very good about explaining the process to us and they were able to get us out of a bad situation where a previous contractor had breached their contract. The deck looks wonderful and they worked quickly to complete it. They were able to salvage some of the partially-completed work from the other contractor while at the same time fixing all the deficiencies to give us a beautiful, strong deck that we can enjoy for many years.

Perimeter Remodelling does excellent work. They have a great team that's highly skilled, patient and courteous. They did a great job building our deck. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

This company is littering my neighborhood with these flyers. I asked the guy passing him out about it any cursed me out. This is not a professional company I'm not even sure they're legit please do not go with them. To the company please stop harassing me in my home. This isn't the place you should be trying to sell things.

We had Perimeter do two big jobs—replacing our cedar siding with Hardie and building a small deck (6x10) / large covered porch (20x24).

Overall, they did a great job and I would not hesitate to hire them again! I have since recommended them to several friends.

They are trustworthy, which is hard to find. At one point they actually had double the money for my job because financing paid out at the end directly to Perimeter and I’d already paid them for the work myself, but they took a check to my bank to deposit it that day and ensure that I got the money as quickly as possible. It is hard to find that level of trustworthiness in the world of construction.

The constructions crews were reliable, skilled, and fairly easy to communicate with. The work was done well and any mistakes or issues were resolved quickly.

Paco was especially great! Great guy and he almost single-handedly built our 20x24 covered deck. He was very careful with details and made sure to talk to me about decisions that had to be made around small details of the project, but he didn’t go overboard and only asked about the big things that mattered and would be visible.

Ryan was always really responsive and helpful through both projects. He was out at our house almost every day at certain points in the projects to check the work and make sure things were meeting my expectations, and it wasn’t uncommon for Chad (one of the owners) to be there making sure things were going well.

Our deck was a bit of a disaster since we tried hiring someone who was not properly licensed and the job was not permitted, and boy was that a mistake… if we had hired Perimeter to do the job in the first place instead of bringing them in at the end to demo / rebuild the whole thing, we would’ve saved a boat load of money and so much time and headache.

Learn from my mistake. Hire someone trustworthy, licensed, and competent.

Perimeter is all of those and their pricing is completely reasonable compared to other reputable contractors.

Note: pictures show that my “grass” (really just weeds) did get killed from material sitting out there for so long, but I’m sure they would’ve stored it on the driveway or something if I asked… I just didn’t care.

Several phone conversations with Brett over a couple of years led me to have Perimeter Remodeling come out and quote two projects my wife and I have had for years. Brett is very knowledgeable in this wide array of remodeling scopes of work. Our master bath and 1/2 bath were completed in 13 days with excellent quality work. About a year ago at this time, I got in contact with Ryan Waid at Perimeter Remodeling in regards to replacing our 30 year old deck and making a screened in porch. Ryan was quick to reply and come out. He was so personable from his first visit and follow ups. I ended up talking to four different companies, but chose Perimeter due to reasonable cost and the friendliness and wonderful communication Ryan possesses. One of the other companies (the most expensive by far) tried to use pushy scare tactics to pay a big amount. Ryan was honest and gave me tips of what to look for even if we didn't go with them - and in the end, Perimeter did a wonderful job building everything to code and by the book to ensure a safe and beautiful deck and screened in room. Ryan didn't just care about his sale, he cared about the overall safety of what we would end up with. His crew was so friendly and checked in with us many times to ensure that we were getting exactly what we wanted. Ryan checked in often (and after talking with a family member whose home remodel was plagued with inability to make contact, I am So Grateful how easy to contact and responsive Ryan was). When we had a problem with a flood light (hint, 800 lumens is good for a backyard, NOT 8000!), Ryan had someone out to fix it the next day. He was always very transparent about why things were built how they were and what they were doing to achieve the best outcome for our new space. Our experience with Perimeter was wonderful and I am so happy with our deck and porch space - it has become utilized so much more since it was remodeled with Perimeter. Thank you Ryan for helping us to achieve a wonderful outdoor space!

My buyer had some post-closing HVAC issues and their HVAC contractor Roger took excellent care of my client and provided top-notch customer service!

This company is FANTASTIC! They built a screen room for my deck and it turned out better than I could have imagined! They completed the project on time, and very expeditiously. They were very communicative throughout the process, and very friendly! Highly recommend, and we will absolutely use them again the next time we have a big project!

I hired Perimeter Remodeling to tear down and rebuild my deck to include adding a roof. My sales manager was Greg and the project superintendent was Roger. I am a retired Marine and I have very high standards. In addition, I given my military discount and thanked for my service. Now, most importantly, I trusted this company and they did not let me down. My contract was honored down to the last cent. Equally important, the entire team was very respectful, knowledgeable, and displayed great work ethics. I was very impressed with this crew. At the end of each workday the crew cleaned up the area before leaving. There were a couple minor discrepancies that were quickly corrected. Lastly, upon completion of my project during my final inspection, Greg then informed me that if at any point there was a problem just let him know. I will definitely call this company again for my future projects. I highly recommend Perimeter Remodeling! They did an “Outstanding” job!! Thank you.

We hired Perimeter to build our screened patio and it was a smooth process from start to finish. We worked with Gregg and Brian and they kept us updated on progress throughout the project and were extremely knowledgeable. The contractors were always on time and produced quality work. We’re so happy with the new space and highly recommend them for any home updates!

It was almost too easy! Ryan runs a well oiled machine. They were on time with every aspect of the process and he and Brian were great with communicating each step along the way. The end result was beautiful and the structure is very sound. And they finished in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this company and their team.

BUYER BEWARE - It has been lest than a year since Perimeter Remodeling built our screened in back porch and I'm glad I waited to post a review! The paint is already flaking off both the inside and outside. Several of the boards have begun separating and the rubber strips that holds the screens in the frames are coming out at 3 of the corners. The wider plank that goes around the inside perimeter (used as a shelf) has numerous cracks and paint pealing. It looks as if they didn't sand or prime anything but rather installed and painted with one coat to quickly be done with it. It has been less than a year and we are already looking for someone to repaint/fix it! So disappointed. Would not recommend.

Brett and Anthony did excellent work on our home project. They went the extra mile on every phase of the exterior painting. They replaced worn and weathered wood after a thorough inspection and pressure washing the entire exterior of our home. The colors of the siding and trim came out just as my wife expected. As a married man of 38 plus years we all know if the Mrs. is happy and satisfied with the outcome all is well. We highly recommend anyone reading this review to give Perimeter Remodeling a call if you are in need of a home improvement project. Thanks again Brett and Anthony.

Perimeter Remodeling replaced our large deck with a deck and screened porch. Although the overall project timeline extended well beyond their original estimates, Perimeter was very responsive to our needs and the changing requests of the city and other inspectors. When the project hit unexpected snags, they were always eager to please us as customers, and they finished every detail to our complete satisfaction. In addition, everyone was very pleasant to work with, without exception. Highly recommend.

Perimeter Remodeling and project Ryan Waid has helped us with two projects at our home. My wife and I decided to contract with Perimeter Remodeling on our recent addition. Their scope of work was most closely aligned with the deck, sunroom, and front entry addition we were looking for. Our deck is now enjoyed daily…above and below! Our project manager, Ryan Waid, came out several times during the design/quoting phase to help us brainstorm and refine the project to meet our features and budget needs. We quoted with 2 other companies but felt most comfortable that we would get a quality deck (permitted and inspected) with great customer service using Perimeter remodeling. Whenever I reached out, Ryan was quick to respond and never made me feel like I was reaching out at a “bad time”. There were a few challenges that came up, but they were resolved to our satisfaction. The deck, pathway and new hangout area underneath is better than our expectations!

Complete deck tear-down and replacement with stairs added. Price was excellent, work was done fast. Quality of the work was top-notch. I will be using them again for other projects.

Perimeter did an outstanding job from start to finish on our basement remodel. The quote was fair and the timeline to completion was excellent. I have zero complaints about the work, the crew or the process. 5 stars for this contractor.

I met the owner of Perimeter Remodeling at a gym. The very next day he came out to my house to do estimating on replacing/expanding the porches and decks. We had a written quote and approved the work the day that. Work commenced two workdays later. DECKS: The expanded deck was substantially larger than the existing deck. Due to the height of the support posts (>20 ft) they had to be steel. This required and extra steel working crew. The two crews worked seamlessly and the demo and reconstruction was completed in 8 days. We also agreed on a price to extend the roof to cover about 80sf of the deck. This was completed in two days complete with a ceiling fan. SIDING & WINDOWS: After the successful completion of the deck, I was impressed with the quality and work ethic of the crews and got quotes for additional work. SIDING: Again work began within two days of signing a contract. The work took 9 days to remove the 43 yar old siding and replace with Hardie plank. Painting was accomplished as soon as the construction was complete. The 43 year old windows, although double paned, had lost the seal. There was a 6 week lead time on the doors and windows since many were custom sized. The painters returned to do the trim on the windows and stain the decks. The work is now complete and we are very happy with the new look of our home. We are in discussions with them for additional interior work.

My ginormous front staircase was separating from the house and sinking from improperly set post from the original builder (colony homes). After a few repairs and 25 years it was time for a replacement. I requested a few quotes from a few local contractors. Ryan Waid, from Perimeter Remodeling got back to me with a competitive quote that I accepted. Tear down and construction began shortly after. The finished product is top notch! The crew was fast and professional, and Ryan managed the job from quote to clean up making sure each phase of the project was well oiled and top quality. I would highly recommend this company to others!

If you know my husband and myself then you know we have had the WORST luck with contractors and people who claim to be reputable construction companies. When it was time to get our deck done we took our time and got a few quotes and ultimately decided to go with Perimeter Remodeling. It was the best decision we made. Greg came out to our home and gave us a very reasonable quote. Working with him he was honest about what they could do and how they would do it. The work that their team did on our home was fantastic. I love how my front and back deck came out and the painting of our home was amazing. They were able to help change our view of construction companies. We have other projects we want to do and when we do we will call Perimeter Remodeling 1st.

We had an outside deck build on the back of our home, perimeter remodeling did a wonderful job, the were very efficient, professional and completed the work in a very timely manner. The deck is absolutely beautiful. Please don’t hesitate to use them for all remodeling projects.

Kieth came out to give an on-sight estimate within 3 days of requesting an estimate. The price was very fair for the large deck; 16x16 enclosed screen room with an additional 7x16 grilling area. (he also gave three different payment options). After signing the contract, work began in about 10 days, with the duration of the project taking just over three weeks. The guys were here daily from about 8am-6pm with only a couple days absence for permitting to be completed. Since completion, I have been outside every morning and evening, I couldn’t be happier.

We recently used perimeter remodeling for our backyard renovation. They installed a new paver patio and a screened in back porch. This project included demo of a slab, pouring a slab for our screened in porch, installing a new interior door, some light electrical work, and a full roof and structure addition. We were very pleased with their timeliness, responsiveness, and craftsmanship. Most importantly to me, they fixed every issue (though they were all small) immediately when we brought them to their attention. Our project manager was involved from start to finish which is rare in projects like these and they offered a very fair price. We absolutely love our new back yard areas and would absolutely recommend Perimeter Remodeling!

Ryan Waid (project manager) and all of the crews were top notch! They completed a basement remodel for us, and I can't say enough positive things about our experience. From the estimating process to the final walk through, Ryan was super responsive and prompt to respond to any and all questions or issues that naturally arise during construction. We used Perimeter to take down an old deck and install a new, bigger one. They came out and got the job done quickly. The deck developed an issue with water getting behind it and into our basement. Chad Apple with Perimeter was very responsive and got a crew out and took care of the repair at their cost. It wasn't easy trying to figure out how the leak was occurring but they stuck with us until the problem was taken care of. We'd use them again

After a burst water pipe created some significant damage across three levels, Perimeter came in and did an amazing job with the rebuild and new bathroom remodel. Exceptional team, great service and highly responsive. Ryan is fantastic and coordinated my disaster to perfection in quick time. They paid attention to a lot of little details and never stopped asking, "What can we help with?" Great follow up and close-out as well. Highly recommend. We had our entire roof and gutters replaced. Perimeter Remodeling did a great job in helping us choose a CertainTeed architectural style roof plus quality gutters that were built onsite at the time of installation.

I transformed my Porch screen in to a full sunroom remodeling with glass windows and French Doors. Split unit Air Conditioner. They did a Fantastic Job, is Gorgeous I would definitely recommend them, even though it was a little pricey I feel.

Wow, another attack from a Perimeter person. First Chad, now Gregg Hendrickson. This company does not take well to criticism and seems to go to lengths to dismiss it. What are they trying to hide? This is my only review. Gregg eludes to manipulating the review process by dismissing negative reviews as cranks to have them removed. Were there actually more negative reviews than meet the eye?
And thank you Gregg for mentioning the building inspection. True, Perimeter did pass the final inspection - after FAILING 5 INSPECTIONS. Maybe Perimeter Remodeling should focus more on delivering quality work and less on damage control.

Perimeter Remodeling recently residing and painted our detached garage. For a company that brags about being in business 20+ years as though it is a sign of a good company, Perimeter did not come close to the professionalism and quality of work we experienced from another siding company we used to reside and paint our house. Perimeter Remodeling sent subcontractors to do all the work and no one from Perimeter was there to instruct, manage or inspect the work of those subcontractors. The garage was sided and painted with no one from Perimeter ever making a presence except to deliver some material that they did not order correctly. We had to act as project managers and constantly monitor the subcontractors to make sure we did not end up with cut corners and subpar work. And there were issues. We complained to Perimeter's sales rep Keith about quality issues with the siding subcontractor workmanship. Never heard back from Keith and no one from Perimeter ever came out to inspect the problem. Instead, company owner Chad called and belligerently told us to "lay off his guys", as though he were defending their poor workmanship. WHAT?! It took days for the workers to come back to fix the faulty work which in turn delayed the painting subcontractors and the gutter subcontractors. Then Perimeter's painting subcontractor showed up and wanted to "borrow" our air compressor because theirs broke. WHAT?! We don't have an air compressor. At this point, we cancelled the gutters with them and hired a professional gutter firm, which turned out to be cheaper than what Perimeter quoted. Flashing is a vitally important component of siding in order to keep rain out. Company owner Chad said not all homeowners want it but they would use it if we wanted. WHAT?! Perimeter's subcontractors did not even have a roll of flashing and had that deer in headlights look when asked about it. After all the work was complete, no one from Perimeter came out to inspect the work or see if we were happy, instead someone just showed up and said they were "here to collect the check", leaving the impression that Perimeter Remodeling did not care.

I highly recommend this company! They were very responsive and professional. When getting a quote, it was easy to see that they really knew their stuff and were never pushy to do anything I didn't want. Their crew was fast, efficient, and did a wonderful job on both our back deck and our front step. If you are looking for a trustworthy and professionally knowledgeable company, look no further.

I paid Perimeter Remodeling a lot of money to have my house painted, the deck refurbished and some windows replaced. Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the work, attention to detail and lack of respect for my schedule. I do not recommend them and I will not use them again!

We were referred by one of my colleagues who used them for bathroom remodeling and then to add onto her house.

We hired them to repair siding and paint on our old house and shed that both needed a good bit of work.

The project manager, Ryan, was responsive, professional and reliable.

The team was also and they did a great job at a reasonable price, and on time!

We will be hiring them again to update our whole interior. Definitely recommend getting a quote!

We had our porch converted to a beautiful sunroom and also added a outdoor patio space. Perimeter Remodeling did a fantastic job! They were on time and professional and the work speaks for itself.

Perimeter replaced the siding on my house recently. Afterwards, the new sliding doors they installed were found to leak. The contractor set a time to come look at the doors, but did not show up or return any calls. When the weather changed, I turned on my AC unit and after finding it did not cool, had to have an HVAC company come out. When Perimeter was contacted about suspected nails from
the siding causing the issue, they stated they would call me back within 15 minutes. After 5 hours and calls to both the contractor and office, they simply refuse to pick up or call me back. Please learn from my experience and do not use this company!

They came in on the promised date and did a great job. We had our screened porch gutted and had double hung windows installed. Along with insulting, bead board, reinforced the flooring and put lvt flooring in.

We had a major deck project. They were great from the beginning to end. Communication, planning and execution were wonderful and I would always suggest them to for any home remodeling projects.

I had Perimeter Remodeling convert my screened in patio to a sun-room. They replaced all the screens with custom windows. It turned out great.

I would highly recommend Perimeter Remodeling and will use them again for future projects. Their craftsmanship and professionalism was excellent and accompanied by consistent communication (hard to get with many contractors in today's market). There were never any surprises!!

We had our led deck removed and a larger deck installed. J.R.Davenport oversaw the project and ensured that everything was top notxh and up to his standards. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with on this remodel. We would highly recommend Perimeter Remodrling for your deck needs.

UPDATE - Spring 2023
I should have updated sooner! We had our guest bathroom ceiling scraped (popcorn ceiling). The worker placed his ladder in our tub and cracked it. You could tell. The crack was the size of the ladder foot.
Sitting on the royal throne in that same bathroom I looked up to see where they had missed a spot.
They left white paint on a stained trim in the kitchen. The paint on the doors is peeling.
If I was flipping a house, it would be satisfactory.
I would NOT recommend these folks.

We had Perimeter Remodeling paint our exterior and interior Fall of 2021. We had our guest bathroom ceiling scraped (nasty popcorn ceiling). I know how messy and labor intensive it is. Tried it myself and gave up. We did have some issues with a small piece of siding I noticed in January 2022. They sent a polite, professional man to replace the bad siding, paint and clean up. He was going to wait until he got home to clean his brush. Didn’t want to leave paint on my yard. Wow!
That’s what I call a responsible and professional company. They stand by their work and make it right!

Perimeter Remodeling did wonderful job rebuilding our deck. They worked very quickly, but thoroughly. Crew made all changes and/or adjustments as we discussed and with high quality. They met all deadlines and cleaned everything once they were done. Result is beautiful outdoor place where we can spend time and enjoy it even if weather does not completely cooperate.
