Performance Roofing did a great job of examining and repairing my roof. They were punctual, professional, and courteous. I highly recommend Performance Roofing to anyone needing roof repairs/replacement.

I can't give these guys enough stars! I have used them a couple times now - one time for a gutter fix and the other for replacing a sun tunnel. They were on time, great at communicating and did great work. I highly recommend using them for any roofing needs!

This was such a smooth project. They gave me a quote. There was absolutely no pressure to go with them. I approved it with one additional small item. The job was scheduled. The crew came on time on the day they said they would. They did the job and asked me to look it over. I approved it and they cleaned up.

I received an invoice a few days later and all is good.

I wish all vendors were this smooth.

We had our roof, gutters and house painted with Performance Roofing. Don was very professional and easy to work with. His crew did an amazing with our roof, gutters and the paint. They offer 10 year warranty for the paint and a lifetime warranty on the roof! Great job Don and team!!

I want to give a nod to Performance Roofing for being the only roofing contractor to even bother to call me back out of 5 that I reached out to. Cooper Loncar was on time for an inspection and quickly discovered the leak. He was able to schedule the repairs for the next day, which blew my expectations away.
I had been trying to get my builder to fix this, but they were playing the dates game and my new home warranty had expired by several months. The morning of the scheduled repair from Performance Roofing, my builder had the original roofing contractor agree to come out and repair the issue under warranty. I ended up calling Cooper and cancelling the service call. I wish my builder had provided a little more communications around what they were planning to do so that I was not wasting time for Performance Roofing.
Based on my experience with the Performance Roofing process, I found them to be efficient and easy to work with, and I will definitely work with them on future needs. I strongly suggest calling Cooper for any roofing needs you may have.

Mark came out because I was having issues with my old gutters. He figured out the issue and took care of it without charging me since it was a relatively simple fix. He assessed our gutters and roof and gave me a no pressure estimate for what he found. I will definitely be calling back in the future. Thank you!

This review is for Performance PAINTING - a subsidiary of Performance Roofing. The painting team was incredible and worked around all the thunderstorms, rain and tornadoes! They were on time, kept the worksite neat and clean and was very considerate of my home. Workmanship was great and even repaired a few items prior to painting and staining at no addition cost. The team (and especially Michael) was hard-working, kind and thorough. I also used Performance PAINTING last year to paint the intereior of my home and they were great. I don't mind paying for a great job and that's what I received.

I have used Performance Painting and Roofing for several repairs around our house and every time, they have been wonderful. The job supervisors are super helpful and so nice and polite! They treat you so respectfully and make you feel like family! I can’t say enough good things. I love Troy on the paint side and Mark on the roof side! Great job, guys!

So...not the best experience...paid $900 to have minimal work done...but was given a " warranty"...roof still leaks and now they want me to pay another $1900 to fix what they already charged me to fix....if they couldn't fix it the first, second and third time time (but still charged me) why would I believe they could fix it?

We lost some shingles during the recent high winds. I contacted Rachael on a Sunday, had a quote on Monday, and the roof was repaired on Tuesday…just in time for rain on Wednesday!

I recently got my gutters done for my house. I heard this place had good reviews so I gave them a call. A gentleman named Caleb showed up and he was nothing short of fantastic. He quoted me hundreds of dollars less than other companies I got a quote from. He was with me every step of the way and answered even all of my wife’s questions which is deserving of honorary mention. Couldn’t ask for better service and delivery on quality and performance with the gutters. I have his number in my phone because for future projects I won’t be using anyone else except him. Excellent work at a fair price. Very pleased with the thoroughness of initial contact with the company, setting up appointment to have the work done and the completion of the painting. Paint crew were courteous, careful and did an excellent job. Couldn't be happier.

Waited 5 hours after our scheduled estimate appointment before finally giving up and leaving as we had a lot to do today. At the 6th hour after my scheduled appointment, they finally reach out letting us know that they are about to be on site. Ended up cancelling. We will go with another company that can stick to their scheduled times, and or at least communicate with us that they will be late.

It is never good to walk into your garage and see a large puddle of water sitting on the floor. Called out Performance Roofing to look into this situation, which of course I assume was an issue with my roof. The tech helped me understand that my roof was fine, but there were cracks present in the wall directly above the garage. Now that we know the source of the water leak, they propose masonry repair of those cracks. Did an excellent job filling all the cracks, not only above the garage but all around my home. All done in one day and very professional. I highly recommend Performance Roofing.

After being stood up multiple times by a different roofing company, I was very grateful for the quick and effective response by the team at Performance Roofing. We were able to get scheduled and complete the necessary repairs within 24 hours!

Will and Mark were super helpful after the storms. Will responded to my request within minutes and Mark was out the following day to give me a free quote and inspection. The next day all the repairs were complete. The crew was very respectful and clean. Really impressive to be that responsive with magnitude of damage in the area.

My project request was to have gutters installed around my entire home. Can’t say enough about the level of detail, professionalism and continuous communication. Collin B. Need to make sure Performance Roofing crews don’t show up to any neighborhood and start working before the sun even comes up.
There are city ordinances in place for a reason to where there are quiet hours between 7AM to 10PM.
Performance Roofing Crew showed up to our neighbors house 12/12/2024 and started working on the neighbors roof banging and making noise at 6:15AM.
Be courteous of all neighbors.
We know you have other houses to work on and would like to get your current job done quickly, but be mindful of others.
If I know anyone wanting to get a roof done,
I would definitely not recommend this company.
Especially if they are in such a rush that they have to start at 6:15AM in the morning just to get a job done.

I have nothing but good things to say about Performance Roofing. Mark was just awesome and he made sure our repair work was done before the rain! I will definitely consider using them for future remodeling projects in the future!

I made an appointment with Jeff to have my gutters measured for gutter guards. He was on time for the appointment and was very polite and personable. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The crew he sent to my home arrived on time and respected my property. After the installation, all the leaves and dirt had been bagged and ready for trash pickup.
I will refer them to people in the future and will continue to use them again for any of my projects.

They did really good work on my roof and even an interior painting job. I asked for all of the baseboards and window sills to be repainted and there was no paint on the floor, or anywhere else it wasn’t supposed to be. The job overall was very well done and communication and payment were all easy as well.

Bait & Switch: Sales Rep. Dalton S. and Drone Operator Caleb E. seemed professional. The drone pix seemed like a great sales tool, but were emailed in fixed ~two-inch squares, not on a zip drive, so we couldn't enlarge them for any real info. Dalton, despite several attempts to sell us on Atlas shingles, agreed to virtually everything we wanted added to his preliminary emailed "contracts." He also said it was his "company policy" to have half of the money paid up front, before any roofing work was actually begun! We declined that, but offered to put our money into a construction escrow acct. with our bank to ensure him we had the funds and to insure us that no payments would be made until after the job was finished. He refused the escrow acct., but suggested instead that his team finish all the work in one day and then we pay him in full. We agreed to that. But then came the "REAL" contract, the third iteration. Guess what? NONE, NADA, ZERO, of the "agreed-on" additions were in the "final" contract! Instead, there were pages of verbiage that made no sense and had not been mentioned before. Worst of all, the tiny faded one-point font was totally ILLEGIBLE, even after I enlarged it many times! Why did we waste a week on all this schmoozing that went nowhere? If it sounds too good to be true, it is! AND as Judge Judy says, "If it's not inside the four corners of the written contract, it doesn't exist!" BUYER BEWARE!

Landon was on site from start to finish. He made sure the work stopped when my dogs needed to go outside. He made sure the workers picked up after themselves etc. Top notch all the way around. I'll never use anyone other than Landon!

I invited Performance Roofing to inspect and offer quote for replacing the small metal roof that sits atop the bay window at the front of the house. A small job, it would require les thana half-day. Despite the small scope, Dalton (the Performance Roofing rep) treated the work, and treated me with extraordinary respect and attention to every detail. I was non-plussed with the professionalism. I elected to use the roofer who had replaced the whole house roof about 6-weeks prior; who was able to present a materially lesser price because of their recent large roofing project. I am confident, based on the effort Performance made on the current de minimus project, that their professionalism on a whole-house roof would exceed any standard.

Rick and Rachel are great, they inspected the roof and told me what areas I need to look out for in the future due to builder defects but no urgent repairs are needed. They also gave me a quote for roof replacement per my request and explained the process of how they’ll proceed with the construction if I decide to move forward. There were no trip fees/consultation fees or any surprise fees that you’ll only know after they arrive at the property. You can tell they are honest people who actually care and not just trying to push the sales just so they can earn money off you. I’m happy with my appointment experience and Performance Roofing would be my top choice for any future project regarding my roof.

Our sales rep responded quickly and followed through with our estimate. We had to place the repair on hold for 1-2 months. Landon followed up and scheduled our work order with a great crew. Orlando communicated his procedure and was very professional in all matters of our repair to our ceiling. They covered everything up and did a great job. After repairs they cleaned and left out home in order.
This is the third time we have used this company and they don't disappoint. I know what I'm getting and know the quality of work to expect. Their the best.

I scheduled an estimate for a roof replacement and other repairs. I was given a 3-hour window but was not contacted during that time. I called a half hour after my time slot and it sounded like they had no intention of ever contacting me. I was told someone can come by after another appointment hours after my original window of time, but I declined. If I’m spending this much money with a company, I need to know there will be no issues with communication and that my time and business is valued.

Problems from the beginning nails all over the yard and drive way covered over dryer vent, gutters full of nails and debris, promises mad not kept, person suppose to clean gutters today 7/29 came out to sell new gutters in shorts and flip flops. Justin the branch manger and Doug sales person promised it would be taken care of and no more response from either. Worst experience I have had here in Texas, tell you what you want to hear and that’s it. Obviously not customer oriented. Roof looks nice but not trustworthy on taking care of issues

Got my roof installed due to the hail storm. It was nice to work with them. Except the roof contractor. A couple things that I had do an inspection myself after the job was done. First, I got into the attic where I found out the solar fan did not not spin. The fan blade got stuck due the fan was misaligned the hole. Second, the water heating tank’s exhaustion tube was fallen out. This would be dangerous as the carbon gas could have circulated and got inside the house. Since not many homeowner's would expect to do the check like me. So. It needed a good supervisor who could have experiences to inspect rather than the home owner. Anyway the good was that they had the contractors come back to fix the issues quickly.

We had fairly significant hail damage this year. Repairs/replacement involved numerous things beyond the roof. I have never been more impressed with a roofing company and in particular Parker, our Performance Roofing Project Manager!

Parker did a very thorough inspection, met with my insurance adjuster to make sure all damage was documented and meticulously managed every step of the restoration process. Excellent coordination and communication skills!

Stay far away. Zero stars if I could. At least for Jeff. He came out to look at our attic fan. He didn't even go all the way in the attic to look at it. He then tried to sell me the electric fans or for an “upgrade I could transfer to solar and those fans have a lifetime warranty”. He then threw out super random prices. Told me he could get the fan at 250 but that’s his cost not mine and that it would be an extra 850 for his “profit”. Very unprofessional and lazy, and completely wrong. Turns out we have 2 fans and they already are solar and he didn’t even know because he wouldn’t actually look at them!! I have no idea how this company has 5 stars. If you call them out ask that Jeff NOT be the one to go to your home. He will just try to sell you something and tell you to call him not the office. Very sketchy.

I have only amazing things to say about Performance Roofing! They are so different from every other experience we have had with contractors. The project manager (GC) Rachael is amazing! The level of communication was above and beyond any expectations I had. Also, even when there were hick ups in our big project, Performance Roofing stood behind their work and resolved the issue to the highest level of quality and service. We will absolutely use Performance Roofing for future projects, and can truly say they have integrity, they communicate, and stand behind their work 100 percent.

I called this company for their good reviews. The fellow came out and I guess my chimney flashing wasn’t enough of a job for them to come back out for. But it would have been nice for them to tell me so instead of not sending a dollar amount for the job. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

So used them before and they were great. But seems they lost something. Can't get a quote for a project at all so I guess they don't want smaller business. Then have issues with my window leaking which I thought was taken care of , but slow to get help on that. I understand the storms created a lot of business. I used them before and thought they would want my future business. Right now I just want my window checked out since it was on the list a year ago when they fixed my roof. But this is why I am doing a 2 star now.
