I had Performance Roofing replace my roof twenty years ago. They did an outstanding job. I needed to replace my roof this year prior to installing solar panels and I chose to use Performance roofing once more. They did an excellent job. I chose Landmark pro shingles in the Espresso color, along with a ridge vent. My home insurance gave me a discount for the quality of the shingles. Customer service and communication is excellent. Rick, Josh, and Tom were there any time I had a question. I highly recommend this company.

I had to have a small roof repair because of squirrels. I called 6 reputable roofing companies to give me a price. Three came out to look at it. One gave me a price so high so it would be worth his time. Performance Roofing gave me a reasonable price over the phone and came right out to do the job. Small job or not, they were the only one that helped me. Not only did he do a great job, he was on time, polite and professional. Definitely, give them a try.

Deceptive estimate - my husband and I hired Performance Roofing to replace gutters on our home. We were shocked when we got the bill and it was double what our estimate was. We understand sometimes additional costs come up, but we were never notified of the additional work and cost associated with it. We felt very deceived by this company and would not hire again.

Outstanding Job Performance Roofing and Josh!

You were amazing identifying our house's storm damage: roof, gutters and leave guards. Your customer service, ensuring homeowner and our insurance company were updated was awesome. Then ensured codes followed for ice/water barrier, and double felt for the garage and the front porch due to the low slope pitch.

House is dry, and looks amazing with new roof, counter flashing, gutters, and leave guards!

Had the Entire Roof Substructure Replaced and a New Architectural Roof Installed. Had New Gutter Covers and some Fascia installed. Definitely Exceeded our Expectations and the Roof looks Excellent. Much Quieter during Rain Storms and the Peace of Mind is worth it. Tom was Great to work with and it’s Obvious why they’ve been in Business since 1976. Thank you!

I received a call the next morning about my problem. They came out that afternoon and repair the problem that we had. We would use Performance Roofing when time comes for a new roof and you should too. Im happy with the repair. Thank You Performance Roofing.

On 7/18, I had reworked furnace pipe flashing with ice and water barrier and new shingles. We had a heavy rain over the weekend and notice a shingle was standing up and being held up by one of the roofing nail. Same location where the new shingles were replaced. I call to see if they could come by and renail the shingles. I don't feel I live out of thier way but what they wanted to charge me to nail down THEIR work that isn't even 1 year old was crazy. (NOT MUCH LESS THEN THE FULL JOB COST)So very sorry to say but very disappointed with this company.

Our experience with Performance was impeccable from beginning to end. Our sales rep, Josh, was honest, professional and has over 15yrs roofing experience- he explained the entire process, products, options all with no pressure. Josh met with our insurance adjuster to point out damage to maximize our insurance benefit and coordinated the entire roof, gutter, window and garage frame replacements in alignment with our insurance coverage. The installation was completed in 3 stages due to weather.
Our office contact Tom communicated with us timely through the process and always graciously answered any questions or concerns I had. Note: we have a 2000gal koi pond and the team tarped the entire area so no debris hurt our fish or their habitat. Cleanup was efficient and flawless.
We were referred by a neighbor and so happy to have done business with Performance Roofing. I will continue to refer to local business like Performance that take pride in customer service, perform with integrity and are great people who stand behind their installation. Thank you Josh, Tom and the entire team!!
