We had Perdigon remove our old roofing and put on a new one. They removed our old gutters and installed new ones. They installed new fascia behind the new gutters for proper gutter mounting. We are pleased with the new roof and gutters. Colin was very responsive to any questions we had and also was very accommodating to our wishes. The gutter installer, Sosimo, was a pleasure to work with. We changed the gutter color we wanted and caused him to drive at least two hours through Seattle area traffic to get the new fittings, but he was very gracious about that.

Perdigon is a small local company and it was nice to support them. I have no qualms recommending them for roofing and gutter work.

The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. We were also really pleased with the quality of work. I would definitely recommend.

Replacing a roof is one of those things you do because you have to...it's not on anybody's bucket list. Perdigon made it easy. Great communication, the crew cleaned up every day, and they did extra work fixing my fascia and porch rafters that wasn't even in our contract. Roofing materials have come a long way in the past 20 years, so I have confidence that my new roof is going to keep the rain out for a very long time and it looks great.

Good price, not pushy like so many of the other firms, in and out in two days to redo our whole roof and add ridge vents that previous geniuses had forgotten to do.

About a month ago, I hired Colin and his crew from Perdigon to replace my roof. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. My roof now looks fantastic and should be good for as long as I own the home. Starting with the estimate, my whole experience was excellent--Colin explained all the things that would need to be done and any potential issues they may find so that I'd not be surprised along with all the roofing options I had. He also explained all the steps along the process and was willing to work with my schedule. The day after they delivered the supplies, the crew was there and working on tearing my old roof off. The crew was very professional and left my home even cleaner than when they found it despite all the work that had to be done. After a month, I've had no issues and I'd recommend Perdigon to anyone!

Colin and his crew Alex and Carlie at Perdigon Roofing are the best ever. Our roof was extremely old and we had started to have leaks that the home owner patched individually until it was clear a new roof was long overdue. Colin was able to schedule an appointment with us within the week. He did a thorough exam of the roof, chimney, gutters and got a written estimate with pictures showing areas of concern to us within 24 hours. At a follow-up meeting (again within a few days) he went over all the options regarding materials, vents, chimney solutions, warranties, work schedules. Once the offer was accepted he put us on his schedule to begin work within the month. He called us next day and said his crew could arrive later the same week to start if that worked for us. Started on Thursday morning, finished 2.5 days later. They took great care with the yard and gardens, did a thorough, thoughtful cleanup and were a pleasure to have around and our new roof is magnificent.

I had some real sus roofing work on my house done previous to our purchase. I hit up Colin and he was out to see me inside of two days. He listened to all my concerns, got up there, let me know about other issues he saw, and had a price quoted to me for all the repair work by the next day.

His guys came, worked fast and clean, and did a great job.

Also, everyone one was on time and when the job had to be delayed by a day communication was easy and clear.

Colin came out right away and did a bid that was competative with 4 others and he was even willing to put corrugated PVC roofing on the side section. Few other companies were willing to do this. I inherited an unconventional and rather large skylight that is not covered by my HOA since it is part of an addition. Two years I had water coming in at various points and the HOA wanted me to use their roofer to repair. I had the roofer out and the skylight was fine for a while. Colin and his crew replaced my garage roof after an "atmospheric river." Colin came over quickly and put tarps on the roof then we scheduled him to come back and put a new roof on. His crew did excellent work. He was there checking on them each day. Great communication with Colin & clean up afterwards was great, too.

Update: we just got our roof replaced and again, amazing job! Everything was done quickly because Colin seems to have everything so well thought out and organized. He also gave our chimney an extra part that he believed was necessary to have it properly vent. This was an extra day of work and was not charged for it.
