We recently had our roof repaired at an apartment building by 1St. Class Repairs & we are extremely happy with the results. McLean & his Team were professional, punctual & clearly communicated the repair process before & after completion. The roof looks brand new & I highly recommend 1St Class for any roofing needs. Maintenance on our house in St. Croix had been neglected for many years by the tenants living there. To get the house to a standard that would make it ready for sale a considerable amount of work was required and needed to be done in a short amount of time. 1st Class Repairs not only did the job but did it in a manner that exceeded our expectations. From timely and accurate budget and work estimates to working with us on additional work, 1st Class Repairs did an exceptional job, completing everything from roof repairs, to painting, to interior rebuilds in two weeks. 1st Class Repairs really is 1st Class. Our only regrets are that they are not located near us in the States and that we may not have the opportunity to see them again.

McLean & 1st Class repairs are one of the most reliable companies I use on St.Croix for all kinds of build/repair projects on my property. I have worked with them for 2yrs now and appreciate working with them in so many ways. Respectful, knowledgeable, hard working, & quality craftsmanship, which is exactly what I seek in a build partner. Everything we have done is custom and everything has been done within budget and without cutting corners. I highly recommend for any size project.

I recently had some repairs done on my home roof by 1st Class Repair Services. They did an excellent job cleaning, sealing, and re-coating the roof, and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. I had the privilege of having Mr. Augustine complete a full bathroom renovation, two closet upgrades, and total restoration of our stairs. Cannot tell you how impressed I was and he met or exceeded every expectation. I highly recommend his work and we are so fortunate to have him on our beautiful island.
