We recently had our roof repaired at an apartment building by 1St. Class Repairs & we are extremely happy with the results. McLean & his Team were professional, punctual & clearly communicated the repair process before & after completion. The roof looks brand new & I highly recommend 1St Class for any roofing needs. Maintenance on our house in St. Croix had been neglected for many years by the tenants living there. To get the house to a standard that would make it ready for sale a considerable amount of work was required and needed to be done in a short amount of time. 1st Class Repairs not only did the job but did it in a manner that exceeded our expectations. From timely and accurate budget and work estimates to working with us on additional work, 1st Class Repairs did an exceptional job, completing everything from roof repairs, to painting, to interior rebuilds in two weeks. 1st Class Repairs really is 1st Class. Our only regrets are that they are not located near us in the States and that we may not have the opportunity to see them again.

We use McClain for two major projects and a minor project and his work was outstanding, Timely and inexpensive. We will continue to use him for all our projects around the homestead
