Pegasus Roofing is very professional company do work with. They were very helpful dealing with my insurance company. I would definitely recommend this company to all that needs a roof replacement.

Couldn't be happier with Pegasus. From start to finish they were professional and great to work with. They helped us through working with the insurance company, they made sure all damaged was repaired and their crew was efficient, professional, and extremely clean. An absolute pleasure from start to finish. Super pleasant experience. Arrived day of install while still dark outside to get things prepped, started as soon as it got light.

Absolute worst customer service and communication. Gave them a substantial sown payment for work over 2 months ago and only have a roof done, and it's not even complete. On top of that one of their contractors hit my brothers car and had no license or insurance. We were assured it would be taken care of - a month later, still nothing. No repair to the vehicle, no insurance information - just crickets for communication.
And 2 months after giving them nearly $15,000 we have no end in site for the work to be done - no siding, no gutters, no garage door - no estimates for when work will be done.
Gutters were suppose to be installed today and they never showed up. No communication, no nothing.
I hired a Christian company so I wouldn't be taken advantage of. Joke is on me.

I contacted Pegasus for a last minute fix before I listed my house for sale. They responded immediately and sent someone out the next day, despite how busy they were! Chris was very professional and kind, and fixed the roof with no issue. I would absolutely recommend them!

During the high winds we had in late March I lost a substantial amount of roofing. I called several roofing contractors and Pegasus was the only company who returned my call promptly. One company called me a week later to tell me that they dont service my area, after they repaired my neighbors roof. Chris Murphy handled everything from the very beginning. He dealt with my insurance company who was extremely difficult and kept me informed through the whole process. Pegasus was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and most of all affordable. If I ever need anything roof or construction related, I will not use another company based on the experience I had with Pegasus. Thank you so much Chris. These guys know their stuff!

This was a seamless project. They walked me through the process from start to finish. They started my roofs on my house and garage at 7:10 AM and pulled out of my driveway at 4:15 PM! The job was done! They did a great job and it looks good!

very quick to respond. Day of roof installation, had a Project Manager on-site all day (first to show, last to leave). He checked with me throughout the day. Did 40+ squares of steep roof in one day, gutters replace 3 days later. Anytime we had a discrepancy from initial estimate to day of repair, Pegasus took the hit financially. My final cost was exactly what was estimated/quoted to me. Did the repair for less than my insurance payment. Very Pleased

We were so happy with the gutters and the professionalism that Pegasus showed. They were very responsive, the lowest bid we received, quick to install, and delightful to work with. We had a small job that some companies weren't even interested in and we couldn't even get them to come out. But Pegasus was not only interested but they ended up being our lowest bid of all of them. Great experience overall. Everyone I spoke with was very professional. These folks are roofing machines. My house is 4,500 Sq ft. with very steep pitch and several gables. They removed the old roof, installed the new one, cleaned everything up and were out of here in 8 hours. No equipment in the yard. The shingle bundles were carried up the ladder, so very easy on the yard and landscaping. I'm telling you, these folks work and bust it out. I highly recommend them.

Pegasus Roofing and Construction installed 3 roofs for me my house and two rental properties. They also came out a few weeks later and installed gutterguards on all roofs. The installers were professional and friendly. They did excellent work and were very tidy on cleanup. Tyler Kinney who was my Pegasus rep for both projects did and outstanding job on the keeping me informed on status of the jobs and any questions I had. He even showed me how to get home owners inusrance to pay for part of the roofs since the roofs had storm damage. He also came out to the sites personally on several occassions. Here is an experience I could not have predicted…our roof was evaluated by the capable Pegasus rep who accessed it to have suffered wind and hail damage even though we haven’t experienced any leaks. Our insurance agreed, materials ordered/delivered and work scheduled in short order. In one day, the old roof off, new roof on; the Pegasus folks made sure the job was seamless with continual attention and care for our property throughout the whole process. They served us with Kingdom care which meant more than any other aspect; you won’t be disappointed with Pegasus Construction.

Wow, so impressed with both Pegasus Construction & Stewart Creekmore! We had significant wind & storm damage throughout that Stewart found, & so began the process to replace the roof. The entire process was worry-free & Stewart made regular calls to ensure that everything was running smoothly. Even after our beautiful roof was finished, Stewart made another call to be sure we weren't having any issues, & were completely satisfied. i just recently had a roof put on going through pegasus. a roof that should have taken one day took three. with two different crews. the first crew that showed up did an awful job. the rep from pegasus on the project (which was actually VERY NICE) fired that crew which was a contracted group through pegasus and got someone else that he chose to finish the job... and he was AMAZING! the second group that came in and worked on my roof realized that the shingles were faulty that the other crew had put on. so now looks like i might have to get yet ANOTHER new roof... in which i will not be using pegasus for. The first crew also bent my gutter so now i have to get those replaced as well. all in all the rep for pegasus was amazing. but as far as the customer service from owners its very LACK LUSTER... they only came out to meet the second guy working on the roof and i didnt receive any sort of apology from them AT ALL... except from the rep who was quite embarassed. I will never recommend pegasus to anyone because of this.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! The time from initial contact to completion of our roof was very fast. On the day of installation they had multiple crews installing and cleaning up at the same time so they were finished and gone before we even realized it. Everyone was very professional and respectful of our home and landscaping. We were super impressed with this business and would absolutely recommend them and use them again.

Just amazing. Bevan handled everything and took us through it all. Once the claim was sent off and we got the first check from our insurance company, Pegasus has a crew there the next evening and stripped the roof. The following morning, bright and early, the crew got to work and where done by noon. They cleaned everything up out of the yard and then Bevan walked around many times to just check. A few here and there left behind but I haven’t seen any since the job was completed. I love the color of the roof and it has helped tremendously. Only issue I have is that I can’t hear the rain anymore but that just means I have a really good roof on there now!!!! Thank you again.

I have been trying for a long time to find a reputable company to help me with my roofing needs. I finally found Pegasus Construction, LLC. I found these great folks on LinkedIn. I had numerous Roofing needs occurring all at one time. They were very responsive, came to my Aid immediately, and we were able to set up getting three rubber roofs fixed even in the winter time. They have been responsive to a final walk-through, found some other issues, fix those as well, and continue to be communicative and very helpful. I highly recommend these guys, and will definitely use them again for all my oofing needs. Steve John and all the rest were very good, and I look forward to working with him again, should I need them.
