Travis Parker was very prompt and knowledgeable on what we needed. Josh Wright was on the job to ensure Quality work being done. He also was a very thorough and helpful when doing our final walk thru after completion. Their workers are very hard working and very good at what they do. Travis, Josh and the crew were on time, professional, thorough and finished our roof replacement and ridge vent upgrade in 1 day (7 AM - 3:45 PM). They were very communicative and cleaned up thoroughly after (I have only found 2 stray nails in the yard). Highly recommend these guys.

They welcomed my customer questions with friendly, yet precise answers. When others tried to cheat on the roof install, they went above and beyond to give me an HONEST quote. Conner even walked out the measuring of my roof to be sure the square footage from satellite images were correct (they were not); extra savings in my pocket! Had significant hail damage to our house after a storm blew through. Couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with Empire Restoration for the repairs. Josh Wright was excellent to work with from start to finish. Great communication on a weekly basis for any and all decisions, scheduling, and updates. The repairs they made to our house were exactly what we wanted. Will definitely be using them again for future projects.

We had concerns for roof damage prior to putting our house on the market. We initially had worked with a roofer from a different company that lied to us the whole time, told us we needed to go through insurance, then turned around and told us our shingle damage was cosmetic, and completely ghosted us when we tried to follow up. We figured since they told us it was cosmetic and that it was more of just discoloration and normal wear on our shingles that we were good to go and put our house on the market. When we got our inspection back on our house, we were informed that it was not cosmetic damage and that we needed to repair the roof. We got Empire’s name from our realtor and told them of our experience and asked if they would give us very detailed descriptions of everything that needed to be done as well as before and after photos to provide to our buyers (included here, 4 before photos and 4 after photos). Within two days, they came out to do an assessment, gave us a quote, and were able to get the job finished 3 days after that. We had the typical discoloration on our shingles that occurs with environmental exposure and they brought multiple shingle examples to really match as closely as possible to what was already on our roof. They were super quick, had excellent communication during the entire process, and were very affordable! If I ever have need for roof work in the future, I will definitely be reaching out to Empire!

Bart, Josh, and team were extremely diligent with replacing my roof. They let me know every important detail and delivered exactly what they promised. The workers had it down to a science. They were respectful of my house, pets, and kids. I recommended them highly to a few of my neighbors and friends.

After the big hail storm in June 2023 we were overwhelmed by the damage and thoughts of dealing with insurance for repair. We were lucky to have stumbled across Blake with empire restoration who quickly jumped in and handled everything for us! He coordinated everything with our insurance company and was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond. We were one of the first homes in the neighbor to have our repairs completed. (It’s been over a year now and many homes in our neighborhood still have no been repaired!) Blake checked in with us constantly and maintained excellent communication. We needed a complete roof replacement after storm damage, Blake came out within 24hrs of taking my call, and got the process started with me and the insurance adjuster. He was very professional and thorough, walked us through every step, battled the wind to place a tarp to ensure no leaks between his inspection and our replacement, and answered every question we had- no matter the day or time. On the day of the project Blake & Josh made sure the project was as seamless as it could’ve been and both followed back up to ensure we were happy with the end result. Empire Restoration was so easy to work with and highly recommend their service. Travis answered my call at 4pm and was at our townhouse at 930am the next day. He tarped off our roof leak and got me a fair quote. Materials were ordered quickly and we had a new roof within 10 days from the initial call. They kept me informed and were very organized in getting the project complete. I would definitely use their service again if needed.

Great experience, i never put in a review, but i got to say this was a great experience with Empire. We are doing a remodel project and Empire made the stressful project a little less stressful. Empire jumped through some hoops to get my addition covered before my scheduled Instalation and then returned to complete the project as scheduled. The clean up was amazing they even picked up after some other contractors we had on site. Long story short we will recommend and use Empire Restoration for all our roofing needs. BART was amazing. We had a roof fall on our house last summer and we decided to use BART and Empire Restoration after getting a recommendation from a friend. They were so professional, helped us with our insurance company, and were so patient waiting on the insurance company to get their act together. Bart made the whole process easy and stress free… they even came back out to make sure the nails were cleaned up and double checked their work after the first rain. Amazing customer service!!!!
