Peffley Construction is top tier. All of our experiences with their team have been great. Their employees and subs are all very professional and are truly dedicated to their craft. Andrew is very involved in the entire process and expects quality of his team. I highly recommend them.

My Fiancé and I were initially estatic about the opportunity to have Peffley build our first house. After an initial completion date of December 2017, we closed at the end of Feb 2018. Five months after we moved in, and there are still things that haven’t been fixed. The backyard is a wasteland because they still haven’t come to finish grading and repairing the damage done by the well drilling truck. Several exterior items, including a door and gable vent were never painted. We spent a significant amount upgrading to Coretec Flooring, and it is full of gaps from not being properly installed. Cabinet doors and drawer faces are warped. Defects in the drywall. We’ve tried to communicate all of these things and we just get “you’re on the list”. Our shower drain disconnected and was open to the ground below. After telling Andrew, the response I got was “ok”. I got under the house and fixed myself. The plumber didn’t contact us for three weeks. They still haven’t fixed a house faucet that was damaged when installing lattice. Cannot say enough about how wonderful our construction experience went! Peffley replaced our roof and rebuilt our entire back porch. The crews were efficient and the work is perfect!! And the best part....he stays WITHIN your budget and doesn't go over it! Honest and effective......and super easy to work with!
