Peak Roofing replaced my roof 3 years ago and my daughter's roof just recently. I am beyond pleased with the quality of workmanship. The roof was installed quickly and cleanup was absolutely flawless. Milt was very easy to work with and had answers for all of my questions. He also helped with forms required for our HOA approval.

I was referred to Peak Roofing and couldn't have had a better experience. Milt came over within a couple of days of me calling to inspect my roof and quoted me how much it would cost to fully replace my roof and even add ventilation. His quote was so affordable, I have a 1200 Sq ft home and know other companies would have charged way more. When I was ready to commit to this company, he came by to let me pick the right color shingles for my roof and his team was there within a week. It only took 5 hours to complete the whole roof. They even discarded some old satellites that were on the roof when I moved in that we hadnt gotten around to throwing away.

I would recommend this company to everyone. As a first time home buyer with a bit of a fixer upper and whose husband is out of the state right now, I truly couldn't have felt more comfortable and happy with this experience.

Milt, Rick and crew did a great job! The crew showed up on time, old roof stripped, new roof placed and cleaned up in a day...they even corrected a vent problem (caused by the original builder) that was starting to leak.

Milt and his team were awesome! They worked with our insurance company to get the correct roof repair determined and complete from a hail storm. They were very fast. They had a large team that did the work on the weekend while we were closed. Minimal disruption to our business. I couldn't ask for better service. I highly recommend them!

Milt's team was fast and efficient leaving a great looking roof. A Full replacement in about a day. The cleanup crew also left the areas around my house better than they found them.

Milt and his team were on time, cleaned up the area, and completed the roof project in 2 days...which including taking off 3 layers of old roof and hauling it away. They were the lowest of our three bids. I was not sure if I should go with the lowest bid, but had been reassured by two other neighbors that I would be satisfied...and indeed I am! Milt also installed extra vent fans and replaced our sky light with a better quality one than the fogged up one that we had. The roof has withstood many of our summer microburst winds, inches of rain, earthquakes...no problems! I would recommend Peak Roofing to a friend! We are happy we saved money, but also got a quality roof job!

I was doing several improvements to my home & he helped me properly coordinate them so all went smoothly. He knew a “guy” for rain gutter replacement & got me a great price. Milt’s crew was conscientious & did not leave a mess. It was a very hot couple days when they worked, so Milt added additional crew.
