Brandon Harrison from Ram Restoration responded quickly when our basement flooded at 5 am on a Saturday after a valve blew out on our hot water heater. He worked with our insurance company to quickly get the wet carpet, drywall, and insulation removed and his crew monitored moisture levels daily. We also chose Ram to pack out and store our belongings - this area is 1/3 of our home and contained a heavily used living area as well as one of our work spaces. Alexis Harrison and Mary Jeffries were kind and patient with us and their moving crew cheerfully dealt with snow & ice packing out and very hot weather moving us back in. Everything was in great shape when it returned from their storage after restoration, which we also hired Ram to complete. Our need to schedule asbestos abatement, concrete slab repair and leveling, and extensive unrelated electrical work presented many challenges for our project manager, Joe Sirk, who has patiently worked with us to ensure that no details are missed. The restoration work quality is excellent and all of the crew members who worked on our home were conscientious and considerate of our property and our neighbors, which everyone appreciates in a high density neighborhood. We're greatly looking forward to getting the electrical inspection from our City so that we can finish the last few details. Ram was recommended by both neighbors and our plumber and we're very happy we chose to work with them and highly recommend them for all phases of residential disaster management.

We had a dishwasher leak that damaged our floors. RAM was an absolute pleasure to work with and honestly made the whole disruptive experience seem easy. Irma / Ana H. Packed and unpacked us and took great care of our things. Joe managed the project and made sure to keep me updated and answers for any question and worked towards a win/win for any issue. I had an amazing experience with Ram Restoration. The Water Mitigation Team (John, Mary and Anna did an outstanding job preparing my garage for renovations. They answered all our questions and updated us along the way. They were definitely an experienced team of professionals. I didn't catch their names but the crew that came out to put up sheetrock and paint paid attention to detail and they made my garage look brand new. You wouldn't even know there was a flood. Joe was excellent, super responsive and timely… we waited on him/RAM for very little.

We had some back and forth between various venders and our insurance, but that was to be expected…and with Joe and our insurance helping to push…we eventually got through any issues relatively quickly.

I would recommend to anyone using ANY RESTORATION company to focus on clear and exact communication and expectations on cost and timing…Joe, Brandon, and the team helped with that quite a bit….we had some issues with vendors not related to RAM…Joe and team helped push those issues through quickly as well.

RAM covered our pack out and in as well, that team was also exceptional…everything was incredibly well packed and arrived back home without issue…and they communicated timing and needs very well.

All in all, some small hiccups but nothing world ending….thats home-reno baby!! Would absolutely use/recommend RAM again and cannot speak more highly of Joe the PM on our project.

RAM Restoration did a fantastic job remediating water damage to our kitchen and basement. They were here shortly after we notified our insurance company, had all damaged materials removed in a few hours, and started drying things out. They visited regularly and kept us fully informed of what to expect as things started to dry out.

When my laundry room flooded because of frozen drain pipe RAM Restoration was there to help me out. Chris came out to diagnose the problem, Ray and Will came out to check the progress of the floor drying, John and Mary came to take up the floor so it could dry out completely and Leanne always picked up the phone for scheduling. They worked together well to get the house dry quickly and prevented the mold from setting in- if I ever have an emergency like this again I'll be calling RAM Restoration.

Our pressure tank sprung a leak and flooded our storage room and into the rec room. These guys came out very late to start the dry out process. Our house is cursed by the Water Demons! We’ve had 9 water damage events through the years and they’re always traumatic. I’ve had mixed results with other mitigation companies. This time my plumber (Patrick at Gidders and Sons Plumbing) recommended RAM Restoration. My wife and I are very glad he did.

Ionela quickly answered my late Saturday panic call, and the process began. Bailey did an excellent job assessing the damage and gave us a very fair proposal.

The first step is removing the damage, then they set up dehumidifiers and fans within tented areas. After that it’s daily visits to measure the amount of moisture. The noise is like living in a loud wind tunnel, but you must live through it.

Doug, Kyle and Marlon of the mitigation crew were on time, professional and did a great job of managing the damage, explaining the details, answering my questions – all of which helped reduced our anxiety!

Communication was excellent. Via phone and email, LeeAnn and Mindy always kept us informed with the follow ups.

The last visit was by Chris who made sure I was comfortable that the house was dry, and we could finally call my painter to begin the repairs.

Joe Sirk was the best project manager! I highly recommend RAM Restoration! We had water under the floor in our basement bathroom. RAM dried out the floors and did a redo of the tile and flooring in the bathroom and basement. They did an excellent job!

I have dealt with a lot of Service minded companies, but Doug and Kyle was by far the most experienced dedicated professionals we have ever come across. They spent 14 to 16 hours (no breaks) just to ensure that our basement was dry and made sure there was no mold in place. I highly recommend RAM company to anyone including all their service employees. Zack was amazing and worked us through the entire process.

RAM assisted us over a two-year ordeal to recover from water damage, compounded by asbestos abatement. Ram Restoration came out after a microbiologist identified high levels of a toxic mold in our house. With an immunocompromised person living here, it was a big concern and something we wanted dealt with quickly.

Ray and Chris came out on an emergency call that night, and stayed late into the night to start the mitigation process, and the next two days to finish the various tasks, with Bob joining them. They were meticulous and thoughtful in every aspect of the job, and were tremendous about working around our schedule.

I couldn’t be happier with the team and the work they did. Whatever Ram is paying them is not enough.

When our basement flooded, we were pretty panicked. RAM Restoration came out to do the cleanup, and made a tough situation much easier. Ray and Chris were real professionals and very easy to work with. They were friendly and treated our home and us with a lot of care and respect. Ray & Chris have done a terrific job of clearing and checking for water damage. They work well as a team and were very thorough in checking for dampness, moving furniture, removing wet carpet & settling up the fans. They work well as a team!

RAM Restoration was recommended for a water damaged hardwood floor and kitchen island. Joe himself responded immediately to any of my concerns and was instrumental for insuring the quality of work being done. Joe’s team, including Elder Anavisca and Nate Johnson along with Nader and his carpet and flooring guys, were prompt, respectful, skillful and hard working. No detail was ignored. Update 3: 11-12-24

Restoration is still not complete. Was supposed to be done last week but for a couple days no one showed up and so far no one has showed for this week either. Thanksgiving is coming up and we are still waiting to put our house back together since June and the delays are not to do with the abatement which has been complete for some time now it is just been issue after issue with getting this done on a time line. We have our son coming home and as of right now no room for him because of the terrible delays. Totally unacceptable and no excuse for it.

Update 2: 10-30-24

After all of the previous issues things had moved forward and we were happy with the progress as we can see the bones of the house coming back together. We went downstair in our basement after the crew had left a couple days ago after they had been painting and drywalling in that area. We found 5 boxes clearly marked as fragile stacked on top of each other. We were never asked to move the boxes and even though I work from home I was never spoke with about moving anything. Upon open the boxes there were crystal cups, stemware, a vase and a family heirloom over a 100 years old damaged due to carelessness. You would think that when in someones home with items that are stored and labeled Fragile some care would have been taken. We further found two boxes clearly marked heavy stacked on top of a box marked not just fragile but very fragile as it had a full set of China in it that is very old. Thankfully the china was not damaged. It's a basic thing really and all they needed to do was ask for them to be moved or move them to the other open side of the basement with care and not stack them.

***One positive is I cannot say enough how fantastic the first team was that did the demolition. They were attentive, patient and informative. Everything after that has been a nightmare to live through.

Update 1: After speaking with the owner I was assured that things were being handled in regard to certain issues and that we would have no further problems moving forward. Abatement was complete and negative asbestos results came back on September 9th. Here we are on October 14th. It has been almost three weeks since the items for the restoration were handled/ordered and after over two weeks with zero communication from RAM they were called for an update (seems like something they would know to do after such a long time). I was informed by Shannon how fortunate I am that someone else cancelled so that moves us up by weeks ( please feel free to listen to your call tapes for October 9th at 1:48 pm). First off I’ve had half a house since June 7th and sorry but fortunate is not what I feel. We were told the abatement was holding everything up well clearly that’s not the case. The insurance also approved some time ago so this is solely a RAM thing at this point. This morning at 7:45 I get a call from Jeremy that he has a man on site needing to get in. I was never given a call that anyone was on their way or a scheduled time for them to be there at all today. Simply told by Shannon the electrician would start sometime today. Customer service who handle calls inappropriately and people showing up with no advanced notice again along with no communication for extended periods of time. Clearly everything the owner and I spoke about either didn’t get relayed or the staff didn’t listen. Please don’t ask me to change the review this time clearly even after changing my review things continue to be handled the same. Beyond disappointed.

Very happy with the professionalism and craftsmanship of the work. They took great care in making sure all the paperwork are proper and squared away. Joe Sirk was a great Project Manager and did great work in making sure the job was done right and to our satisfaction.

Very timely in getting the job done and transparent. It did take a bit to get to the part of scheduling the job but the workmanship was excellent.

The first part of the service was handled with professionalism and in a timely fashion. Happy with everything up until the abatement process. The lack of communication with their team has been frustrating. We had a date for abatement now due to movers not being scheduled in a timely fashion the abatement has been pushed back with no date in sight. Reached out to RAM and was told several times the woman handling the movers would call back and it’s been over 5 days without her calling back. Truly a shame because the restoration team was incredible and helpful.

What do you do when your entire basement floods????? You call your RAM in the bush "RAM Restoration"!!!! Cesar & Douglas and the team did an excellent job keeping us informed of the process and their findings and their plan of drying everything to prevent mold. There was water everywhere and they brought their machines that same night to begin drying and worked all around the clock. They were honest, efficient, and professional all the way through and we thank your team for helping us during this crazy time.

I reached out to RAM when I identified we had wood rot on the subfloor around our shower. They sent Zack the same day to provide an estimate to mitigate the damages (clean and/or rip out parts of affected area and dry). Ray and Bob were on-site the next day to initiate the work. Had a bit of a surprise to deal with carpenter ants literally coming out of the woodwork and they remained professional and focused on the tasks at hand.

Great company. Caesar and Doug were the best people to work with. Very knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend this company.

RAM Restoration absolutely saved our summer. We had burst water line in our ceiling that immediately had water raining from the light fixtures and across the ceiling before I could shut the water off. A lot of damage was done in a short amount of time. I contacted RAM Restoration and one of their estimators, Brandon, was at my house within the hour. He talked me through the entire process and what to expect. From the first phone call, RAM was very empathetic to my situation and seemed genuine and cared about my home. Brandon spent time documenting and scanning the damage. He was able to draw up multiple quotes on the spot that were reasonable. Only a couple of hours later, Doug, Daniel, Tyler, and Cesar were doing water mitigation at my house. Immediately removing the wet and damaged drywall, setting up protective plastic in my home, and drying out the ceiling. They had 6 industrial fans and a dehumidifier right below my kids rooms and everyone still slept through the night. The water mitigation team used their moisture readers to determine my ceiling was completely dry and beforehand had used anti microbial spray to be safe. The scheduling team wasted no time contacting me and I had Nathaniel and Johnson from the production team at my house ready to get my room back to normal. This was the crew I was totally blown away by. These two professionals worked for 6 hours with zero break installing drywall, drying it completely, and painting my entire ceiling in one day. I was convinced my room was be off limits for at least 2-3 weeks when this happened. This was not a rushed job either. My ceiling looks better than before and I truly cannot see where any previous damage or drywall removal was done. This all happened on Thursday afternoon and it is Tuesday night and my home is completely back to normal in 5 days from a soaked and raining ceiling to fresh paint. I was also shocked to see how little mess was left behind. They even removed their shoes and left them on the plastic when going back and forth to the truck. If you know how messy drywall work can be inside your house, you understand a large cleaning effort will follow any job. They fully sealed the room in plastic and also used vacuums to eliminate dust. Their receptionist and scheduling coordinator were 5 stars as well and truly worked to get my house repaired as efficiently as possible. The last thing I will say is that their prices were so reasonable that I actually decided to pay out of pocket instead of using my insurance to avoid a claim on my record. They of course were willing to work with my insurance but since the price was very reasonable, I made a personal decision to avoid the claim based on the number. I waited until all phases of the job were complete to post my honest review and I have nothing but great things to say about this company. They stuck to their business mission and got my house completely back to normal in record time without skipping any steps. Truly grateful.
