Professional local company that managed reporting with the insurance company and efficiently managed the project for replacement and repairs of our roof, gutters, window parts and fencing that were damaged due to hail. Lost a few shingles on a ridge, I called 5-6 different roofing repair companies. This was the only one to give me a price quote, arrive at my home. Explain what they were going to do. Provided an accurate timeframe for the repair.. all this happened within a weeks time. Hopefully I don’t have to have repairs done for a long time but if I do, I’m reaching out to Peak Roofing again.

I recently had some wind damage to my roof and called Peak Roofing as i had worked with them prior for some siding repairs for my chimney and was happy with the pricing and quality of work. Mike reached out to me within 15 minutes of me calling the office and was at my house within the hour. He repaired the damaged section and secured a few other loose sections of shingles. He was extremely transparent and showed video with commentary of each damage and repair. I will definitely be using Peak Roofing for any future repairs or replacement.

Marcus guided me through the process of replacing my roof shingles and gutters and was very polite and professional. He explained how he would interact with my insurance company and handle the details. I am very pleased with Peak Roofing and Construction and highly recommend them.

Michael was great. He was very friendly and explained everything to us in a way that we could understand. Quick turnaround time in roof repairs after a storm. Called the next day after the repair because I saw a bubble in the shingles. He came right over, fixed the problem and did numerous touchups to other parts of the roof that were not part of the repair at no cost.

I can't say enough about Peak Roofing & Construction in Frisco. Their salesman, Max Maya worked throughout the process with my insurance company and myself. He kept me up to date with texts and drone pictures especially on the day of the reroof. They have been in business for a long time with an actual office instead of just a truck. 5 stars a definite.

After a wild night of Texas storms, they made sure my call was a priority when I had a hole in my roof after the skylight was blown off by heavy winds. The estimator took pictures of my roof, walked me through the possible solutions, and quoted me a very competitive price based on what I was comfortable doing. They were very thorough, prompt, and provided competitive pricing. We had a hole in the roof made by squirrels and they were able to patch the hole and provided pictures of the before and after to confirm the work completed. I will use this company again if we ever need work done in the future.

We worked with Max over Peak Roofing to help replace our roof in Little Elm and he was amazing. He was extremely responsive to text messages and clearly explained all the work that would be done (unlike another roofing company that we ditched). Max came over the home, walked us through the process, and helped us with the insurance. The workers that came (especially those who re-stained our fence) went above and beyond. Jimmy Smith was super-professional to my girlfriend and me. Anytime I needed help, he was eager to resolve our problem. His communication skills were excellent (something hard to find these days). I now realize there is a reason a neighbor referred him to me. He made sure the roof was installed properly and answered all questions. Highly recommend Peak Roofing!!! Max was so professional and easy to work with. Our modern style home did not have your traditional roof but more of a flat commercial roof style. It is hard to find quality roofing companies who are comfortable fixing and replacing these style roofs. In a world where customer service doesn’t seem to exist anymore, Emiliano and Peak roofing and construction are SHOWING exactly what TO DO! They worked with both my schedule and circumstances to get the job I needed done quickly! If you need a new roof, they will blow your expectations out of the water.

I called Peak to come over and look at my roof and gutters. He (Josh Lopez) inspected these and cleaned the gutters. The problems went away and I was very satisfied. He did an excellent job and I will recommend him to others.

We have a tile roof and have had a couple of issues that needed repair. Jared with Peak has been amazing to work with and spent a lot of time looking at the problem areas and coming up with a solution. No high pressure sales pitch to replace the entire roof, just very honest and straightforward repairs that solved our problems. Very fair and reasonable and I’m very pleased with the quality of the work performed. Highly recommend!

After the recent storms I had some minor damage to my roof from large, falling tree branches. A call to Jared Bernstein with Peak was answered promptly. He came and patched the injured places within a few days. I strongly recommend Peak for any roofing need.

This review is long over due. Three weeks ago we had some crazy sideways rain and I woke up to a drip coming from above my front door. I knew where it had to be coming in and so looked for a roofer on yelp and NextDoor. I chose to call Peak Roofing, Marcus answered and said he could be out the next day. He came out and got on the roof and caulked up all around the wood trim that had slightly pulled away from the siding. He said that would keep it for 3-5 years. When I asked for the bill, he said no charge! Next time I need roofing done, they will have my business. I highly recommend Peak roofing! Thank you Marcus no drips since your repair.

We had used other roofing companies in the past but Peak Roofing repaired the roof where others failed to determine the cause. We have a tile roof so it's more difficult to deal with. They are also very responsive, professional, and friendly. We highly recommend them.

Marcus was great on doing a roofing inspection
fir me. In addition, he found out some defectives from the installer in my roof and also provided the fixes needed for them in his report. Hi, little recommended.

I have been a Peak customer for a good number of years, and they have done several projects for me, including a complete roof replacement. Peak stands behind their work and understands what customer service is all about.

The office staff is very knowledgeable and the inspectors respond quickly. With the amount of severe weather we get in Texas, I have them do an inspection and "tune up" every year or so to make sure my roof stays in good shape.

Our roof was damaged by hail and had to be replaced. Peak Roofing was recommended and after reviewing two other companies, we went with Peak. We couldn’t be happier, they were timely, professional and thorough. Our POC was Josh Lopez and he was unbelievable. We never had to seek him out, he took care of everything and was outstanding. He made the whole process bearable. During the roof installation, he and the owner came by to see how things were going and to ensure us that we would be 100% satisfied. I can’t recommend Peak enough. Additionally, they have a military discount that was significant. Go with Peak and you won’t be disappointed.
