For reroofing our house, we chose to work with Ethan at Peak Roofing and Construction. We are not sorry! He was able to schedule us right away, and the crew arrived on time ready to work. They worked quickly and well, a tremendous pool of talent! The job required coordination so that trailers were available and emptied periodically. Supplies had to be delivered, and more supplies had to be delivered. Because we had two different kinds of roof, there were two different crews that had to be coordinated as well. Another necessary aspect of the job was clean-up, a tedious never-ending job, but done frequently and well. The whole process happened seamlessly.

I was particularly impressed with how well the roofers adapted to the quirkiness of our roof. They exhibited skill and precision and speed. They definitely know what they are doing!

Throughout the process, Ethan was communicative and pleasant and knowledgeable. We are delighted with our new roof! If I didn’t think it was necessary before the job was done, I am certainly convinced at project completion. It looks amazing and is quite the contrast to how it looked before. Last night 2-6-24 Ethan arrived at my condo to assist with a roof issue. Not only was he and his crew very professional but he stayed late into the evening in frigid conditions climbing up to a 3-story roof until the roof issue was resolved and he sealed the area leaking. I can't say enough about his team. That is only a fraction of my satisfaction. His team needed to gain access into the wall of the room by removing drywall to ensure it was a leak from the roof and not a water pipe. My family was there alone at the time, as I was at work.
