Excellent! The owner himself did an inspection, walked us through the options, employed one hard working crew to get it all done and then left the place very clean afterwards. I would definitely hire these guys to do another roof and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family and everyone else.

Two months ago I called about a leak in my roof. Understandably , they were busy and told me they’d get back to me in two weeks to schedule something. A month went by and I didn’t hear back, but I wanted to stick with them because I’ve heard good things. I call back, explain that I never heard anything from them, and was apologized to profusely. Said they’d be by in a week but wouldn’t give me an exact date. It’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t heard anything. Meanwhile my roof continues to leak. I’m sure they’re good when they’re working on your house but I’m incredibly frustrated at their inability to plan/schedule. I’d rather they just have told me they were too busy. Guess I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I highly recommend Peak Performance Roofing. They have helped repair roof leaks (done by another roofing company) and repaired a broken downspout and drain at my office building. Each time I have worked with them, they were responsive, professional and efficient at communicating with me and fixing all my roofing needs. They are the nicest people to work with from the office staff to the workers in the field. I will not hesitate to use them again for my personal home or my commercial building roofing work. That’s a big decision, and I may have struggled more than most. They have samples right at the office for side by side comparisons, and even led me to houses to look at.
When the big day came for installation, their crew worked hard and got the job done in one day! They were pleasant and professional, and took great care with clean up.

I had an overall wonderful experience with Peak! As a new first time home owner this was my first adventure into a roofing issue. Jacob was so kind to come out to my home as promptly as possible with their very booked schedule. He explained to me the issues that were causing me to see some leaking and also talked to me about some shingles that he noticed looked odd. He assured me it was not an issue right now but some years down the line it would be worth keeping an eye on. I really felt like he wasn't pressuring me into any extra services but simply letting me be a more knowledgeable and informed home owner.

I felt very lucky that they were able to get a repair man out the next week since it was a minor fix. Everything went quickly and the charge matched what I was quoted. It was overall a great experience and I'm very grateful

We had some skylights that kept leaking. Peak Performance came out, gave us a competitive quote and replaced the skylights for us. The workers were polite, did a great job, and thoroughly cleaned the area when they were done.

I had a problem with a malfunctioning roof air vent directly above my bedroom that was making a horrible grating noise, making it impossible to sleep. Peak performance roofing was responsive and quick to come out on the first weather safe date to do this repair, several days in advance of the initial quoted repair time. As a frontline healthcare provider during the covid pandemic, I really appreciated that they went above and beyond to get this issue taking care of quickly. It's great to see local companies do their part help out. Would definitely use them again.

A tree limb had damaged some shingles. The company that installed our last roof is no longer in business so I called Peak Performance Roofing. Quick response! Jacob came out to inspect roof and provide a quote. He found that the roof peak vent was improperly installed and also one other defect.

Peak performance responded quickly to our request for bid on roof replacement. Work was completed professionally with a friendly crew. Jacob inspected and measured our roof to ensure an accurate bid. The crew worked together as if each new what the other was thinking. Neighbors have complimented their work on several occasions. Bid was comparable to other bids received. The difference was the quality service and genuine interest in completing the job to our satisfaction. No problems occurred during bid, installation and billing process.

job on removing our defective roof and installing a new one. Their workers were extremely considerate of our property. They covered our plants and moved our outdoor furniture to be clear of any debris that might fall. They even took the time to blow off our deck, patio and driveway when finished. Had an excellent experience with Peak Performance Roofing. I needed a full roof replacement and after a decent amount of shopping around decided to go with Peak. Jacob laid out all the options, didn’t oversell, scheduled me within a week, and came in and completed the job in one day. I work for Dolan Home Improvement and can't say enough about Rich and Peak Performance Roofing. Rich and the team at Peak Performance Roofing have done roofs at two houses for us and other roofing, fascia, and soffit work for us. They have done excellent work, been extremely responsive, and are more than competitive with their pricing. Recently we needed some soffit and fascia work done due to damage from a storm. Rich and his team did amazing work and for $200 less than the next closest bid. Rich also came back to spray for hornets that had built a nest there.
