The whole process from first call to job completion was top notch. Had some exterior damage and asked them to assess and repair. They matched existing siding and once in site worked professionally and quickly to deliver great product. Avery and team did a great job with communication and execution.

Rich, Avery, Alex and all the guys at Peak really looked after us and our project. Several areas were non-traditional in layout and at each step they helped us create something very special. The detailing is sharp and clean. Avery took his time to make sure we got exactly the look we were going for in the trim and wraps of the large beams.

Another great experience with Peak Home Exteriors! We recently had Peak perform some trim work for us. Specifically, this involved removing existing weather-damaged aluminum trim around a window, then duplicating the trim style (brickmould) using new, better-quality coated aluminum coil and installing it, forming it to match the existing trim on an adjacent window. Also, Peak removed and replaced some damaged aluminum trim on fascia boards, using the better-quality aluminum coil. This was our second experience with Peak, and owner Richard, team leader Avery, and their crew members again did a fabulous job. The work involved finesse and attention to detail, and the Peak team possessed the necessary knowledge, skill, and positive attitude to execute the work flawlessly. Additionally, the Peak team communicated well with us (and with each other), keeping us abreast of their progress, explaining what they did, and answering our questions. It’s obvious that these craftsmen take great pride in their work, and they strived to please us with their efforts. We plan to have Peak perform additional work for us, and we very highly recommend them.

Our experience with Peak Home Exteriors was phenomenal. We contracted with Peak to identify and correct a persistent leak. Owner Richard and Team Lead Avery are consummate professionals – very knowledgeable, skilled, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Assisted by two of their skilled technicians, they were able to locate, troubleshoot, and correct the likely source of the leak. This involved a combination of siding, trim, underlayment, flashing, and shingle work, all of which was performed with a very high degree of attention to detail and quality. Communication with Richard and Avery before and during the job was outstanding. They collaboratively took into consideration the information we provided regarding our history with the leak and used it to help identify the source. As work was being performed, they updated us regularly as to what they discovered and their plan to make repairs (including before and after photos and videos of their work). The Peak team was punctual for appointments, and thoroughly cleaned up after work was completed. Based on our experience in this project, we plan to have Peak perform additional work for us, and we would very highly recommend them.

I have an old 1890s era home with a variety of siding, some original, some a newer 1990s addition. Richard spent some time with me going over issues unique to each section, and came up with a good game plan for addressing. Great communication, and clear contract. Like all quality trades they are clearly in demand - booking is out several months. Once on site, Avery worked through each area with a team of 4 - 5 guys, everyone super professional and easy to work with. He requested walk-throughs several times to ensure he was addressing everything like we wanted. In the end, excellent work - we are ready for painting and another 100 years!

We are really happy with the work that Richard and his crew did on our garage! We had a rotting garage door jam and they sealed it up nicely and replaced all of the damaged wood. It looks fantastic. He was incredibly communicative and friendly from the first time I spoke with him, and they did a really great job on the project. The work itself cost about half as much as other estimates we received on the project. Really happy with Peak Home Exteriors!

Rich and his team replaced 17 windows at our house. The products are similar quality to a mid-to-high level specialty window company, but were provided at 60% of the price. The crew were great to work with, and Rich happily accommodated our changing design plans, visiting multiple times to get precise measurements before they ordered anything. They handled everything (permit, dumpster, windows, trim, etc.) and worked around our schedule. Great work performed by great people; could not recommend more.

We needed just some of our siding replaced and the owner, Richard, worked with me to find a great match. They also replaced our old shutters, added trim detail to two exterior windows and flower boxes. They worked efficiently but not rushed and their attention to detail was fantastic.

We needed new gutters as well and I appreciate how upfront they were about using a subcontractor. The Peak crew were there when the sub was installing the gutters and they checked the work quality to make sure the install was high quality.

They even had a dumpster and outdoor potty on site so they weren’t tracking dirt into our home and could keep trash in a safe place. Bonus-they cleaned up at the end of all 5 days. Excellent customer experience!

Richard, Avery and Fritz did an absolutely amazing job on our total house makeover! They removed rotted stucco/wood from our dated 1980's fake tudor design and replaced it with hardy board to give it an updated and durable look. I can't say enough great things about this company. They were always on time, great communicators, respectful to us and our property! Richard was always checking in and making sure we were happy. He was willing to make any changes we desired. We are already scheduling another project with them! They were also very tolerable and loving to our friendly/needy golden retriever who assisted them daily!

I contacted Peak Home Exterior for vinyl siding replacement after meeting with a company that gave me an ASTRONOMICAL price and told me the entire house needed replacement.Richard came out, assessed and pointed out areas that needed attention..NOT THE ENTIRE HOUSE!!!!!
