Spent months trying to get measurements so we could order gutters. Had to give him info 2-3 times because he never had or took notes. Finally got an estimate but for the wrong type of gutters ( he was dead set on installing seamless, not what we wanted). After telling him again that’s not the gutters we’ve been asking for, he stopped all contact. That was after 5 months of communication. Don’t waste your time w this guy.

Tom is super responsive and gets to the project quick. I have had two commercial buildings done and the entire process was super easy and quick. Totally recommend this company!
