We had wind damage and our insurance company had PDQ on their list of recommended contractors. Raul was professional and polite. He came right out, took photos and told us details about the damage. It took forever for our adjuster to come through with the claim and money but Raul kept checking in and explained the process to assure us all would work out. On install day his crew was right on time. He found additional damage after tearing off shingles, took photos and replaced wood. Most people would have just covered it back up, he does what is right. His crew cleaned up everything and were done in a half of day. Roof looks great and we are relieved to know it was done correctly. Work ethic is a hard thing to find these days , Raul and his crew are the exception. I can’t say enough about how impressed we are with PDQ and would give them 100 stars as a recommendation/review !
