Bobby and his team replaced my siding and they were all fantastic to work with! The new vinyl siding (upgraded with a cedar shake design) is perfect for my house and great quality. Bobby's team was professional, courteous and great to work with. Debbie and Bobby were both very helpful and easy to work with in the process of booking and confirming the job. My neighbors on my street highly recommended McCollum Roofing based on their great experience with the company. My roof leaked and I emailed Debbie on a Wednesday and got an immediate response. Bobby was at my home the next morning to give me an estimate. He was thorough and took pictures of my roof and explained what I needed. They replaced my roof within 10 days and were professional and cleaned up with no remaining mess. Bobby and Debbie were a pleasure to work with and it was clear from the start that they take their family business to heart and care about their customers. Their crew was great too! My roof was done in one day, with no issues at all. I highly recommend them and will work with them in the future as well.

I needed a new roof for the house and 2 additional buildings on the property. They installed the new cupola on the roof of the one building perfectly, as well as new shutters on the house. Bobby and crew did a great job from his estimate outlining all the work to be performed, warranty for workmanship and product. Most importantly cleaned up daily and at the end of the job. Very professional and reliable. He started the job as projected and we were very happy with all the work done. I highly recommend them for all your roofing or siding projects.

Just had a new roof, skylight, attic exhaust fan, gutters and downspouts installed at my home (top of August, 2023) by McCollum and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. For the initial appointment they arrived on time, the quote arrived soon after, every minuscule question was addressed by email or phone call without attitude or frustration, not once did they push me if I was going to use them, the scheduling for the job was as told, the install teams (one for roof/skylight/fan and the other for the gutters/downspouts) were professional and cleaned up thoroughly, the walk-through upon completion was professional and all paperwork was handled in a timely fashion (.pdf to my email). And the work? My house looks great! I cannot wait to refer them to friends and family. Seriously, I’m beyond pleased that I chose them.

Bobby and his team are real pros--honest, hardworking, and knowledgeable. We needed experienced sleuths to figure out why water kept leaking through ceilings in two of my bedrooms. After other roofers failed, these guys pinpointed the problem and fixed it for good. A few months later we had new leaks in the same rooms and Bobby came by (on his day off!) to figure out what was going on and discovered a different source, which actually had nothing to do with the roof this time. This company is a class act and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for great service on their home.

Strong recommendation for McCollum Roofing and Siding! They replaced our roof and gutters mid-October 2022, and the house looks amazing! The entire experience of working with McCollum was great - from Debbie's quick and clear email communications, to the thorough roof inspection, to the accurate estimate, to Bobby's phone and text communications, to the quality and speed of work. They did everything they said they would, when they said they'd do it, at the same price they estimated. Debbie got things off to a great start by answering our questions and scheduling the inspection quickly. Bobby did a thorough inspection, answered all of my questions, and explained the basics about the roofing process. The estimate came back to us within a few days of the inspection. All items we had discussed were detailed and all costs were listed. The estimate was in line with 3 of the other 4 we received (one was double the others). We had many follow-up questions and Debbie replied immediately. Work started about 1 week after we accepted the proposal, and took 2 days to complete. The team cleaned up around our house each day, getting all but the smallest pieces of old shingles, and used a large magnet to collect nails. The dumpster for the old roof debris was removed early in the morning the day after work was completed. Debbie, Bobby, and all of the guys were great to work with, responsive to our questions and anything we needed. We're very happy with the new roof, happy with the experience, and glad we picked McCollum!

Incredible experience working with Bobby, Debbie and their team. I don't rate contractors often but they are the real deal. They are first class professionals -- responsive, honest and dependable with excellent attention to detail. We had our entire roof and all our skylights replaced and we could not have been happier with the quality of the results. We recommend McCollum with the highest degree of confidence.

SUPER GREAT, from start to finish. Debbie answered all my questions via email in a timely manner. The installers were super, again had questions and they showed me what they were doing and explained it to me. Cleanup was GREAT no problems. The quality and service can't meet it!!!

I can’t say enough about Bobby and his team. I unfortunately came to the realization that I needed a new roof 2 weeks ago. I’m a realtor and had been referring any roofing business to one particular roofer over the past few years so clearly he was ny first call. After not feeling as though he was doing me any favors, I got several other bids. I can tell you that many of the roofers played games starting high and then coming down, others were insanely priced and then there is this crew! The owner came out as scheduled, for me a bid within hours and by far the most competitive. There was no need for negotiations because his price was very fair! They got me on the calendar within days. Said they would be at the house 8am Tuesday and were. Said the roof would take 2 days and it did. They went above and beyond in every way. I did all the due diligence for you, look no further but McCollum Roofing… best price, service and my roof looks like a piece of art as a few of my neighbors have said! I love the color and again the owner helped me decide and pushed me darker which was excellent advice!! Highly recommend and will always refer them in the future.

I researched Google Reviews, the BBB, neighbor and friend references, as well as members of my local chamber of commerce. Out of the top four companies listed as the "best" in all criteria on the BBB, only Debbie McCollum contacted me quickly, kept to her promises regarding communications and quotes, and stuck to deadlines. Bobby McCollum was honest, efficient, thorough, and took care of the details without me having to chase him down. They were patient, understanding, and assisted us with choices. They replaced my roof and my gutters, and did a fantastic job. They did the best job at the best price. I totally recommend Debbie and Bobby and their company.

First let me note: I am a new first time homeowner. We knew the roof would need to be replaced eventually and after a year of living here with a few leaks (Covid put a stop to us calling earlier) - we started calling around to get quotes.

I had 5 different contractors/companies come out to quote us. 2 fell into the $$$$$ range 1 fell into the $$ range and 2 fell into the $$$ range. Even thought we could've gotten it done by 2 different companies for cheaper - we chose Bobby's team at McCollum. There are two reasons for this.
1. Look at the materials used. We did a thorough analysis and researching each line item (I LOVE that he breaks it down line by line) and Bobby's was by far superior and more involved. Not only that but we get a 50 year warranty on the shingles. Mccollum has been around a long while and we know we can call him up years down the line and get something scheduled - their office manager Debbie is ON IT and always attentive.
In addition some of the $$$$$ ones wanted to put the new shingles on top of the old shingles! Who does that? Not good. That meant they wouldn't even do new flashing or water-guards. Insanity.
2. When Bobby came to give the free estimate - he got up on the roof but more than that - he was warm and genuine and totally explained things in a way I could understand. I just FELT good about him if that makes sense.

I could not be more pleased that we chose Bobby and his team. They did everything they said they would do and IN THE TIME they said they would do it. They didn't intrude on my neighbors property and the roof looks BEAUTIFUL. They also had to put additional wood in as the roof was over 20 years old and some of the wood was ROTTED through and through. And they STILL finished on time and even took down the old Dish Networks TV Dish on top of our roof from prior owners and disposed of without any additional charges.

Note to people getting their roofs done: It goes a long way to put out a few waters, teas and snacks for the crew. They are out there in the sun and yes they bring their own supplies but I can promise you it goes a long way.

With that said - I loved everyone on the crew and they cleaned up after themselves. We had an issue a couple of days later and Bobby personally came out to take care of it himself. The response from them is just amazing. They aren't a finish the job and take your money type of team. They are a finish the job and check in and COME BACK if anything isn't to your liking or if you have questions.

I honestly couldn't love them more! I wish I could rate 10 stars. Thorough. Professional. Quality. AND on time. A+!

I should also add the dumpster was added fine without me ever having to leave the couch - it was also picked up the same way! Minimal interruption to our day!

I have called Bobby twice to take a look at minor issues on my roof that I had tried to DIY but not quite succeeded at. Both times he has showed up and advised me, at no cost, how to complete the work myself. Bobby and Debbie are people of integrity and they are my first call for anything roof related. McCollum shows up on time, are extremely professional, and just honest and pleasant people.

We noticed a little paint bubbling up towards the front of our house. Contacted McCollum on a recommendation from our handyman. Bobby came out right away. Said there were some minor gaps in the shingles leading to leaks. He could patch, but the roof was nearing end of life and we should budget for a new one int he future. If we wanted to get a new roof, he would patch ASAP for free and fit us in for a new roof when his team was available. The patch was a reasonable quote, but the full roof was too (compared to what we had heard from neighbors). So we went that route knowing we'd need it eventually anyway.

After one snow related delay, his team came out and worked a long full day to complete what was supposed to be a 2-day job in a 1-day. They were professional and respecful. They cleaned up thoroughly. Aside from the loud banging, we wouldnt have know they were here. The dumpster wasn't picked up until the next day, so Bobby came by personally to clean up again after it was.

Communication throughout the whole process was great--from the inspection to the patch leading up to the actual job. During the job, I asked them if they could take a look at my noisy attic fan. They quoted me for a replacement, but after looking at it told me I didn't need one--it was just loose, so they affixed it more securely for free and no more noise.

Only time will tell how good a job they did. But they're a certified GAF installer and the shingles come with a 50-year warranty. So we're hoping that we never have to worry about this roof again as long as we live here.

Bobby and team were complete professionals, and did a fantastic job repairing a challenging cement tile roof and replacing a garage roof. What's more, they were prompt and straight-forward in estimating, scheduling and performing the work. Kind and communicative too. 5 stars!

We got quotes from three different companies. Only one actually went up onto the roof and inspected it: McCullum. The owner himself showed up and gave us a verbal description of what was needed and then sent a quote. What took place after that....One of the best home improvement experiences of my life. This team showed up on time went right to work and explained every detail of the removal and reconstruction of our roof. They offered advice, reassurances and outlined the performance specs of every piece of material used. Few issues were found with our roof and any that were were quickly taken care of. Our home is a new purchase and it has very few improvements that are necessary.

After the completion of the roof the clean up was done at lighting speed. We have a small child and we’re concerned with nails. The crew inspected, swept, leaf blew and used a magnet to clear all debris. After the crew left the owner showed up over the following couple of days to reinspect and put on some finishing

The roof was the biggest concern for us. McCollum roofing and siding put our worries to bed. The level of professionalism and care for their customer was/is amazing. We now have a new roof, are experiencing an improvement in insulation, and have the piece of mind that McCollum roofing and siding will stand by the product they sold us.

We bought our home in November and the roof was old and had a lot of moss and algae build up. The roof and gutters were the first thing I wanted replaced once the weather warmed up. I started my search for a roofing company. After several estimates we decided on McCollum. We couldn't be more satisfied. Bobby and his team did an excellent job and only took them two days to strip the roof and put everything down new. The roof is GAF certified and the warranty is excellent. They used Timberline shingles. McCollum was professional and kept us informed every step of the way. Our home looks updated and newer with our roof and gutters and we were given a fair price. They made sure to also clean up our property of any debris. I'd highly recommend!

We have used McCollum Roofing & Siding several times over the last 3 years. We have had our entire roof replaced in 2019 and just recently in March 2020 had our house re-sided. Bobby and his team did a full teardown to the sheathing including removing the original cedar shingles which had been poorly sided over by a previous contractor. They take care to replace all rotted wood, re-insulate and wrap the entire house. I was extremely impressed with the metal work they completed, re-wrapping all my windows and doors with new flashing so that they all match. They replaced all my eaves and the gutters were rolled on site to exact measurements so they are completely seamless.
Their crews are very professional, fully-equipped, fast and clean up after themselves. McCollums pricing is the very best you will get for true quality warranteed work. Bobby is a friendly, very accommodating guy who will bend over backwards to make sure you are satisfied with the end product. Can't recommend them highly enough

They were very responsive to my questions and even dropped off samples so I could pick the right color shingles. They then did a good job on my roof and cleaned everything up when they were finished.

They removed 3 layers of roofing on our house and installed a completely new roof in 3 days! This family owned business is the best -- professional, excellent quality, and exceptional service. I highly recommend them.
