Paul Davis Restoration of Central Nebraska

Leo did a walk through of our home to give us an estimate. He was kind, professional and addressed all of our concerns explaining how to approach and resolve each issue. We live quite a distance from the area they typically service, but since he was in our area he was kind enough to fit us into his schedule last minute and did not charge us for the walk through. His expertise really put our minds at ease. We are so very grateful!!!! Thank you!!!!!

Leo came in to check our house for concerns of air quality & possible mold presence. He arrived exactly when he said he would & got to work inspecting right away. He was very polite, friendly, personable & professional. He checked all the areas we asked him to & even inspected areas he knew could be potential spots of concern we didnt think about. Leo went above & beyond for our family & gave us piece of mind letting us know exactly what we should do in order to address our concerns. He was very thourough & we feel lucky it was him who inspected our families home!

This company is very professional. Each time I have needed their services, they presented a bid and a timeline and stuck to it. I have had Paul Davis help me take care of water damage in my basement. The staff was incredibly professional and answered all my questions. They set a schedule and gave me a bid, and worked in a timely manner. I highly recommend Paul Davis for any work in your home!

Extremely overpriced. Have video of workers sitting on their phones when they should have been working. The only hard worker they had they fired mid job. Charged $600+ to move 1 coffee table and 1 empty box. Really not appreciative of having to get "felt up" and accosted by 1 worker. I "coulda/shoulda" filed charges but they're Cuban immigrants so it would have been, "oh you're racist". Tore up my lawn spinning out tires & broke sprinkler head despite my marking their location. No compensation for damages. No, never again. Would not recommend.

I have to admit that the demolition job was good, they left everything clean and ready for a new project.

We have used your company 3 or 4 times. I have always been very pleased with your work, however this last time took 6 months to complete and the work is sub par. The work is not at all the quality we had previously, so much that I had to ask if I was working with professionals. The end result is not what it should be. The baseboards were reused and put back on with paint chipped off, the bathroom behind the sink was rough so they put quarter round to hide it. When they removed the boarder around the door paint was chipped off so I am going to paint it myself. I was told they would credit me $200 to do the work myself. They contracted for 1 person to do the stairway and it cost them so much there wasn't at least the $200 to pay me for doing the work. It was a nightmare and honestly I wondered if I was working with Paul Davis restoration. I am very disappointed. This is not the same experience I had before, by far.

Paul Davis has been super for us with our water leak issues. I don't know where Id be without them.i highly recommend them.

Very unprofessional demeanor, pushy, rude at times. They don't do a very good job in communication. We had them come out and dried the floor due to flood, they ripped off the affected floorboards but ruined another big area of floorboards that was not affected. We decided not to use them for the restoration part of the job because of that. The workers have had attitudes since then. This company has monopolized the market in central Nebraska. If I have another choice I would not go with them. P.S. this is a different company from the Paul Davis in Omaha apparently, the Omaha company is a lot more professional and easy to deal with. Stay away from the Paul Davis central Nebraska people if you could.

Had some problems with the guys that did the wood work. Andrew took care of our issues! Andrew was great & very professional!

Had a pipe burst. Called at the end of the day and they had a crew out first thing the next morning. Michael, Andrew, and Jaime were all great! Got everything demoed, dried, and cleaned up in just a matter of days!

They did a GREAT job!! They were here & working just a few days after I contacted them, as opposed to the waiting I did with another company(over 2 weeks for an estimate). Their employee, Jorge, did a lot of hard work outside in EXTREMELY hot & humid weather, but he still kept on going. I'm very happy with everything they did!!

They are efficient and effective in all things that they do to get you back in your house or your life back to normal as soon as possible. Collaborating with Insurance companies is made painless because of the work, preparation and documentation provided by Paul Davis. They always contact you before entering your house and are very consistent in following up with progress and updates throughout the process. Visible effort was put into returning our house back to normal not only from the water damage but also from the impact of numerous workers and equipment being used. For the trash removal and carpet protection and cleaning they left the house like they were never there. Would highly recommend them to anyone in need.

We hired Paul Davis for their restoration services. Our home had been vacant for a time after family members moved. While unoccupied, raccoons got into the basement via the chimney and damaged the ceiling, walls, and some furnishings. Leo and his crew were prompt, professional, and responsive to our needs. Everything that wasn't damaged and removed was thoroughly cleaned. We are pleased with the results and highly recommend Paul Davis for your restoration and remediation needs!

They came the same day we called, and it was not that big of an emergency. And they got 54 x 15 feet of carpet pulled up that afternoon. It shows how much they care about the customer. Thank you to Michael and crew.

This company worked for my son and daughter in law after a fire in their home in St paul, ne they still have not completed what needed done, they ruined several items on their property and their employees stole items from my son. Then they turn around and send a bill to collections. Never use this company for anything. Even if your insurance company says so. Very bad business to deal with and unprofessional.

Gave us peace-of-mind! So thankful! Cleaned our ductwork and insulated our crawlspace, so much better climate control and less humidity-great work!!!
