Had a great experience with Valentine Roofing replacing my roof. It is the only company out of 6 I quoted who correctly identified and fixed my attic ventilation issues. They use premium quality product, perform quality installation, provide best warranty, all at a reasonable price. Clear, convenient and reliable communication throughout the project. Highly recommend! They also offer maintenance contracts and additional/cleaning services which I have not used yet, but will explore.

This team knows what they are doing. Their bid was very competitive but more important I had/have confidence that the roof is well done and will last. The previous roof was done by the low bidder and only lasted 1/2 the expected life time. They matched the other bids so I got the best of all worlds.

Very professional roofers, did a great job replacing our roof and were easy to work with, great communication setting everything up had our gutters replaced as well that team did wonderful, and the one year service inspection was great! Highly recommend!

I have only contracted a roof job one other time and that was in the 1990's, so I don't have much of a comparative baseline. I can say this: I obtained 3 quotes. Valentine's was in the middle. My sales guy, Dane Hurn, was awesome. He climbed around on the roof, went up into the attic, and seemed to be very thorough in his approach to the quote. Interestingly to me, the cheapest quote came from the company that the sales guy did not even go up on the roof. I negotiated a few things with Dane which he was very open to. Once we struck a deal, and it was in motion, everything went very smoothly. All of the timelines were as promised. This included the delivery of the materials, delivery of the dumpster and arrival of the crew. We had a one day delay due to weather, but the crew worked on a Saturday, and quite late on the final day. I was contacted by office staff person Courtney every day. Also, Jose, the jobsite foreman, checked in with me every day. I had some small add on expenses as the job progressed but these were from my request for mitigation of some rotten decorative woodwork that were not even related to the roof itself. Otherwise the job came in as quoted.
Would I use Valentine again? Yes, absolutely.
Since I often do not trust on line reviews, I will add that I was given no incentive to provide this review, nor do I personally know anyone associated with Valentine Roofing.

I strongly advise against using this company for  roof, sunroom windows, or gutter cleaning services. My experience, scheduled on May 1st before a surgery (which delayed this review), was exceptionally poor and frustrating.While the initial price seemed good (with a 10% discount for three services) and the office staff were friendly, the actual service delivery was deeply disappointing:Punctuality & Communication: The technician, Jarel, was nearly two hours late for the appointment and failed to call or inform me of the delay.Unpreparedness: After arriving, Jarel announced he lacked the necessary cleaning supplies for the roof and gutters. He left to purchase items from Home Depot, returning 1.5 hours later. He then claimed those products weren't strong enough and left again to get supplies from his company, returning after another 1.5 hours.Poor Workmanship & Property Damage:The chemicals used on the sunroom window left it in significantly worse condition, with permanent streaks and a white film.The chemicals also leaked onto my sunroom screens, bleaching them in several places.The shed roof, despite "powder" being spread on it, remains dirty and covered in moss.Unreliability & Wasted Time: Jarel left early for a personal commitment, promising to return. He came back at 7 p.m. but spent only about 15 minutes on the shed roof before finishing. He then promised to return the following Saturday at 9 a.m. However, he never showed up, and when I texted him, he claimed to be on another job. This wasted our entire Saturday waiting. After waiting until 3 p.m., I informed him we would not wait any longer. Given my recent surgery, I couldn't continue dealing with the issues. Although I paid ~$1000 for the services, I am left with a damaged sunroom and screens. I am writing this review now to warn others after I recovered from surgery. While they might be competent as a roofing company, I absolutely do not recommend them for any cleaning services they offer.

Prompt and professional, very nice and conscientious workers. Pictures showing before and after are great. So glad to find a good company I can continue to use in the future and for multiple services.

Had fantastic results working with Valentine Roofing on my roof replacement. They were prompt in sending out an estimator and provided a thorough breakdown of costs. Inclusions and exclusions were straightforward and there were absolutely no hard sell tactics, unlike some of their competitors (you know who you are). Quote came back on the lower end of the bids received. Great communication throughout, starting with pre-project, during construction I received a daily call to provide an update and there multiple follow up calls after completion. Crew was fantastic, hard working and quick yet paying attention to details. The foreman kept me informed of any changes to schedule, additional material or installation costs, there were no surprises. High quality installation and attention to detail, the roof looks great and I'm already receiving complements from neighbors. Site was left completely spotless going as far as using a magnet to find any errant nails on my lawn. I will recommend Valentine to anyone who asks. I would enjoy working with Valentine again however with the 50 year warranty, I may have replaced my last roof.

Replaced 25 year old roof. The Valentine crew was hard working . The job progress was closely monitored. The cost came in close to original bid with no surprise upcharges. And the cleanup crew left the property cleaner than they received it.

This is the 1st time we used Valentine Roofing to clean our roof. We had a great experience. The crew was thorough and careful. They cleaned up all the debris from cleaning the roof and gutters. We were so impressed by how easy it was to get a quote, schedule the work, have it completed and paid.

Christian did a great job cleaning my gutters and the best job cleaning up my yard after. My gutters were full of cottonwood and maple tree seeds. It was a mess!

Always great working with Valentine Roofing. They were out for annual maintenance of a roof they installed last year for a client. Area was left mostly clean, roof looked good, moss control applied. Would definitely recommend Valentine for a new roof or their maintenance plan.

I called to have our roof and gutters cleaned knowing there was a good possibility of needing a new roof. When they attempted to clean it they discovered that continuing would further damage the roof, so they stopped and talked with me about options and I decided to get a roof inspection. There was no charge for the work done to that point, and no pressure to use their roofing company. In fact, there was never any sales pressure at any point. We decided to go with them in the end, and were very happy with the experience and outcome. Everyone was very professional, communication was excellent with frequent check-ins, the work crew was courteous, friendly, and did a great job with clean up. They shared plenty of photos of problem areas and of the new installation. I would definitely recommend them for their cleaning/home services and roof replacement. We’ll be using them again for ongoing maintenance.

Valentine's Roofing recently did the roof on one of nine buildings for us, and the job was well planned, well managed, the crew was contained and kept the location so neat there was very little clean up afterward--they not only replaced the roof, but they improved the infrastructure and gave us a stronger, longer lasting replacement while solving some ongoing air circulation issues. Really an excellent experience, and they went above and beyond in managing the logistics too!

This company exceeded expectations. They are so easy to communicate via text. They send a professional tech guy to install anchor on my roof. The tech was very respectful, friendly and most of all did an excellent job. Also, they’re very honest with their pricing. I called other company before them to do one anchor and they told me that it’s $750 to install one anchor. This guy only charged me $126 and that’s with the trip fee included because I live far from them. I will definitely call them again for future roofing issues.

I have a very positive experience in dealing with Valentine Roofing. The estimator, Bredan Mille, made a very professional presentation. He spent time to explain the roofing process and the materials that would be used. It was not a ten minute walk around and we will e-mail your quote. Jody from the office provided excellent communication, and coordinated the delivery and removal of materials. The work crew was fantastic. There were five to six workers that were like busy bees, and paid attention to the smallest of details. They even righted some of my wife's garden village characters that got knock over during the tear off process.

This would have been five stars job except for a problem we had with the skylights. Assumptions were made that our five skylights were a standard size. They were not. This resulted in delays and increased costs for custom sized skylights. They should have measured and ordered the correct skylights before the work crew ever got on site.

Otherwise an excellent experience and a job well done.

I heard about Valentine Roofing from their KUOW radio ad. They came out promptly and sent out the price the next day. Their price was competitive. The project manager, Dominique communicated many times during the construction process so I always know what was happening. The work was very high quality.

They put a new roof on my house several years ago. I got 3 bids and theirs was in the middle, but not much more than the lowest bidder. However, they came across as significantly more professional than the lowest bidder and I felt confident having them work on my roof. Since then, I've been getting the annual maintenance with detailed photos and it gives me great peace of mind.

Recently I noticed that they now do siding installation and I contacted them about some repair work I needed on my siding. Even though they weren't prepared to handle siding repairs at this time, they referred me to an independent contractor who ended up squeezing me in very quickly and finished my repair at a very reasonable price.

Valentine Roofing is simply fantastic—transparent, knowledgeable, and incredibly communicative. Their pricing is outstanding too; when we needed to replace over 40 sq. ft. of asphalt shingles on top of an existing project, the additional cost was only $100. That’s practically bargain-basement pricing for top-tier work.

I would highly recommend Valentine Roofing they did a Beautiful job they were very polite and hard workers I don't even know if they took a lunch. through out the process they would show me pictures of what they were doing. And when they were done they made sure that the roof was cleaned off and the yard was clean up. Very professional.

The folks at Valentine Roofing did a great job for us. We had a section of the roof replaced that was leaking. They communicated very well. They kept us informed regarding timing. They finished the work in a day. They picked up after the job. They were polite and professional. AND they were about $2,000 lower than the next cheapest bid.

When I made the appointment, I was told late morning. I called that morning and was told probably by 11am. At 11:45 I started placing an endless number of calls to Valentine, all ending in circular recordings, trying to find someone who could tell me when the technician would arrive, as I needed to leave to do some errands. I connected with someone in the guarantee department and asked her to have someone call & tell me what was going on. At 1:15 the cheerful technician arrived and just said that the last place needed a lot of work. No one bothered to notify me of the timing. He did an okay job cleaning the gutters. No one has bothered to apologize in any way. I'm angry, frankly.

The process was great. You are assigned a project Manager. The crew was amazing. The old roof removed and new roof replaced in one and half days. Hard working guys. Also we had 3 estimates from roofing companies, and Valentine was the most affordable

He made recommendations about possible trouble spots which will require my future attention.
